DO NOT take your alterations or dry cleaning here, you've been WARNED.. I have spent thousands here (with coupons I admit since why not when im paying thousands anyways in reoccurring biweekly dry cleaning). I have also done several alterations, with more alterations coming there way.. I was completely surprised and shocked at how I was treated today when I showed up with a new suit that I was, once more, paying for a hem alteration and dry clean. I'm not surprised at how I was received given the entitled, unprofessional and extremely rude service that has been given to me this whole time, specifically the front line greeters. I was told by the alteration rep that he doesn't want to “do double work and that I was annoying” because I would bring up questions regarding if he can do minor adjustments on HIS WORK after I tried them on at home because it was off… Keep in mind they were just questions and I never acted on or brought them back for adjustments or, in his words, having to do “double work”... I told him the only time he had to do a “readjustment on his alteration work” was ONCE… ONCE!! and his response was that “once is enough for me”.. Trust me, you will spend thousands of your hard earned money here only for them to treat you with a “we don't need you and go somewhere else attitude”.. Please take your business somewhere else where you will be valued and not be called “annoying” just because you ask valid questions that you don't even actually act on, but are just curious.. They are all rude and dont try to correct their mistakes or take accountability, instead they will blame it on you the customer. I've noticed most of these “5 star reviews” have unrealistic shady names that I wouldn't be surprised are made up, being that they are completely unethical as well.. Trust the constant multiple negative experiences from others with this company and just avoid doing business here altogether, youll be glad you didn't spend your hard earned well deserved money here.

My husbands dress shirt needed to be pressed for our wedding. Ive already washed it at home and it was clean. When I went in, the lady at the front said itll be better to do wash instead of just doing a press. I followed her advice.Went to pick up the shirt the next day, only to find theyve used too high of heat to burn the glue on the collar, creating a black outline on the collar. The lady kept insisting that this is how the shirt is, we cant do anything about it. When I insisted that doing a wash and iron doesnt have this effect since Ive washed and ironed it at home before. She said shell try again by same day. I came back before closing to pick up the shirt to find that the is ruined and cannot be fixed. I showed the lady the receipt of purchase and she said she will talk to the manager and let me know how theyl l credit me so I can buy the replacement. This was 11 days ago. I havent heard back from the manager. I also reached out via their chat feature and was completely ignored.Since we needed the shirt, we bought the replacement the same day and took it to a different cleaners to get it washed and pressed.Attaching the shirt View Cleaners ruined and the new one I bought for comparison.Update June 26:Manager finally reached out and provided a credit.

Where to start?.. this business failed expectations on all counts. After dropping my coat off for cleaning on a Saturday (needing it for a trip to Big Bear the next weekend), I was told that my coat would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. Tuesday came, it was not ready. I was told to expect a call letting me know when my coat would be ready. The rest of the week went by and I did not receive a call so I ended up having to head out of town without my much needed coat. After our return the following week, I had my boyfriend go in to pick up the coat where he was told AGAIN that my coat was not there and to wait until the NEXT Tuesday. Tuesday came, no phone call to let me know my coat was there (or not there for that matter!). Fast forward two more weeks (as life goes on and the weather was pleasant so frankly, I forgot about my coat) I still have not heard from First Class Cleaners. So today, many weeks after first dropping off my coat, I walk into the cleaners. This time they have it. When asked why I didnt receive a call to let me know that my coat was ready I was told that they should have called you. When asked who they was, the lady who helped me told me the other cleaners. So for one, they outsource their work and take it offsite without our knowledge. Two, they take no responsibility for keeping track of your items and communicating with you if there are delays or when it is delivered back to their site. Then the employee rang me up at FULL PRICE as if all went well! Taken aback I asked if they would consider discounting the price as I not only received poor service on this item but I was also a new, potentially long term customer as I am very local. The employee looked uncomfortable and asked me to hang on while she called her owner. She calls her (Sharon) two times, no answer. This poor employee then starts calling her COWORKERS to see if any of them have been able to reach the owner lately. Finally the owner calls back and the poor employee gets very timid and uncomfortable, hanging up and telling me that shes only willing to offer 10%. If ever there was a moment to save face and show your customers you value them and own your mistakes, this was it. I laughed and said 10%? As in the tax? Shes willing to take off the tax? I told the employee that I was not satisfied with that offer. She dropped the ball not once but twice when I was told that my coat would be ready and I had to go on my trip without my coat. The employee called her back, hung up, and told me that that was all the owner was willing to offer because I waited two weeks to pick up my coat. WHEN I NEVER EVEN GOT A PHONE CALL TO TELL ME MY COAT WAS READY! The coat could have literally come in yesterday but because I hadnt physically come in to check on my coat for two weeks she justified that as the reason to only offer 10%. Un-freaking-believable. Do not go to this place. The sooner they go out of business the sooner we can have an actual useful service in their place. All this and I havent even inspected my coat yet. So there may be a follow up to this review.

A short post to praise Stella and her team is simply not enough. My father, whom she and her team are caring for, has said that she is a guardian angel sent to help him. And he does not praise lightly - actually, he is more critical and judgy than not :) He suffers from stage 4 cancer, and the staff has been very gentle and caring. Which also alleviates my worries. I feel extremely supported by Stella, and so it pulls me and my family through this difficult chapter. I highly recommend Stella. From beginning to care, getting the info and establishing logistics with her is clear and easy. Shes easy to communicate with via text/calls, and is super prompt. She came into our home and organized it better to make it more comfy for dad. She takes initiative and helps with things we dont even know, we dont know about. Shes helped us pass so many crises, Ive lost count. Honestly, I hesitate to write a review because shes so amazing and I want her all to our family -- but the woman should spread her love and wisdom to other families and I know she would make a difference in your lives

I had a Saturday clogged kitchen sink that after trying the Drano method, snake it myself still could not clear the drain. I called a plumbing company I searched on the internet with good reviews and they gave me the number for Zoom Drain. Called then and got a call back in just a few minutes. They happened to have a technician just finishing up a job near me and within 30 minutes of my call Roger was at my front door to give an assessment of my problem. He said that most likely he would be able to clear it out with a snake and if not then a hydro-jet clearing would be needed, gave me the estimate for each job and then proceeded to start to work. After trying to clear with a bigger diameter snake he then gave it a try with a smaller diameter one and that worked!! He was working for over an hour and did solve the problem. He was very clean and made sure that the job area was spotless before he left, using a drop cloth to keep the area under the sink and the floor by the sink cabinets very clean. He did about a 10 min running water check to make sure the drain was free and clear. An excellent job all around. The price of for a weekend service call was very reasonable.

Refrigerator in my kitchen stopped working. I called Smartappliancefix on Friday around 5pm, talked to Aman, explained the problem with my fridge and he agreed to come to fix it - that was good for me because I didnt want to spend my weekend with broken fridge, really worried about losing the food!Aman was quickly able to determine the problem, the issue was not compressor, as my roommate worried, but actually failed fan inside had allowed the coils to freeze up. He answered all my roommates questions and had a replacement part in his car with him. He also diagnosed why the ice-maker wasnt working without me asking, and told me there was a plug of ice in the filler tube from a leaky valve.The guy accepted payment by Venmo, convenient for me! and he even taught me how to remove and reinstall the freezer door so I could clean the freezer interior while all the food was already unloaded for the repair. Fixing cost was not expensive at all, thanks!Overall Im very happy with this company's repair and based on this single repair, it was courteous, professional, very reasonable, I thoroughly recommend him, I would use their services again if anything else breaks in my place.

Update - After the case is closed, I cant believe they kept calling asking me to rate them 5 star with the insurance company.. You knew this was going to happen, yet you allow the situation to unfold.. Please stop asking me to modify UP my rating to 5 stars when you know I wanted to give you a Negative star..=====================================Insurance referred Elite to take care of my Rain/Wind damage. The Tarp was not large enough to cover the section, matter of fact missed the broken tile by over a foot. Demo and mitigation took over 4 weeks. They seem to be doing as little as possible, I had to keep calling (several times) in order to expand the demo/mitigation. In the mean while, leaving Mold debris in unseal open trash bag in the garage over 4 weeks. I had to call during the 5th week before the MOLD infested trash is removed.The water Heater was cut without temporary hook up, thus zero hot water still.. into 8th week. Mold clearance report wasnt done until the 7th week...Something that should have been 3 weeks took over 7 weeks. Also Elite never contact me on Repair Estimate. Wasted my time through the entire process.Mind you.. Elite Restoration had 24x7 access but they fully took advantage of my flexibility.===========Devin - Thank you for your rapid response and 45 min conversation to help me understand the restrictions from Nationwide Insurance Adjuster, Don Rogers. The adjusters inability to communicate and act in a timely matter has made Elite appears to be at fault. Adjuster also failed to re-engage Elite made me to believe Elite didnt want to provide repair estimate.If anyone encounter any delay or concerns to contact Devin as soon as possible. Unfortunate for me, it is too late.
