Comment: DO NOT take your alterations or dry cleaning here, you’ve been WARNED.. I have spent thousands here (with coupons I admit since why not when im paying thousands anyways in reoccurring biweekly dry cleaning). I have also done several alterations, with more alterations coming there way.. I was completely surprised and shocked at how I was treated today when I showed up with a new suit that I was, once more, paying for a hem alteration and dry clean. I’m not surprised at how I was received given the entitled, unprofessional and extremely rude service that has been given to me this whole time, specifically the front line greeters. I was told by the alteration rep that he doesn’t want to “do double work and that I was annoying” because I would bring up questions regarding if he can do minor adjustments on HIS WORK after I tried them on at home because it was off… Keep in mind they were just questions and I never acted on or brought them back for adjustments or, in his words, having to do “double work”... I told him the only time he had to do a “readjustment on his alteration work” was ONCE… ONCE!! and his response was that “once is enough for me”.. Trust me, you will spend thousands of your hard earned money here only for them to treat you with a “we don’t need you and go somewhere else attitude”.. Please take your business somewhere else where you will be valued and not be called “annoying” just because you ask valid questions that you don’t even actually act on, but are just curious.. They are all rude and dont try to correct their mistakes or take accountability, instead they will blame it on you the customer. I’ve noticed most of these “5 star reviews” have unrealistic shady names that I wouldn’t be surprised are made up, being that they are completely unethical as well.. Trust the constant multiple negative experiences from others with this company and just avoid doing business here altogether, youll be glad you didn’t spend your hard earned well deserved money here.

Comment: No first time customer discount? I’ve been dry cleaning clothes all my life probably used 20+ cleaners until now and have never seen prices like this.. never told me price when I dropped off or gave me a receipt just said it would be ready on Thursday and to come back and give them my phone number.. 3 suits and a button up dress shirt for $90? This place is a joke.. what is the $5 fee for? I’m going to the cleaners on the other side of the 405. Thanks for ripping me off

Comment: They do a great job, get the creases in my slacks just right every time. Best dry cleaners in town. Poor people crying about it being expensive get the hell out of Irvine and go back to the slums where you came from

Comment: It was really disgusting, I had 20 clothes delivered, and when I was here for the first time, I asked the clerk how much each one cost, and she didnt tell me, she just said she would let me know the price when she picked up, and I ended up paying over $300+ for the 20 clothes, including inexplicable credit card fees！！

Comment: Dry cleaning in this day and age is a market good in that no dry cleaner is really better than any other. This place charges significantly more than others, however. $16 for a sweatshirt? I won’t be back.

Comment: Sunny Fresh Cleaners in DP.The manager John takes extreme pride in the type of repairs and cleaner that Sunny Fresh produces.I needed the outside pocket of my 40 year old bomber jacket. The entire pocket was gone. The tailor created a new pocket. That needed the lining opened, a pocket constructed, stitched in place and have the lining sewn back.Amazing tailoring!! A perfect job for the reasonable cost of 35.00.The work and cleaning is the best I have experienced in our area!! Five stars for Sunny Fresh!👍

Comment: I’d like you to know that the owner of Sunny Dry Cleaners in Irvine couldn’t explain to us why he charges an additional 5% when you use your credit card! This charge doesn’t appear on your receipt just on the statement of your credit card! At first he told us it was the tax and then he told us it was the fee for the use of our credit card! We were never told this would happen so imagine our surprise when the amount on the receipt didn’t match the amount on our credit card statement! Is this legal? We’ve been using this service for quite some time so imagine how much money we’ve been putting in his pocket without knowing! Have you checked your statement?!!!! We’ve considered legal action! Can you imagine how many customers are in the same situation! Little by little he’s been making his bank account grow! The stuff is amazing very friendly and helpful but the owner……..!🤦🏻‍♀️

Comment: Good Morning!Anybody who values their clothes or has any expensive clothes; I would not recommend going to this business. Second time it has happened to me where they have taken my branded clothes and they’ve gone missing or given any sort of accountability. It is very sad to see that the owner does not care or provide customer service. No point giving business to them when they don’t even reach back out to their customers or correct their mistakes. I have been using their services for over a decade and will now stop using this location. Every single time, there is an issue at this location and expensive and branded shirts are always the ones that go missing.Thank You!

Comment: On 4 May 2018 I picked up a suite and tie. The pants with the suit had a tear in the pocket, so I asked them to repair it. When I picked it up I trusted them to do a good job and didnt check. When I got home I knew I was right; the repair is PERFECT! Gracias! They are good people; friendly, accurate fast and great quality cleaning, alterations and repairs.
