Comment: Update 5/2024They still do a good job but honestly it has even gotten pricier from what I can tell. A tee costs $15 to clean for some reason (categorized as shirt for whatever reason on the receipt). A thin light nylon jacket was $20.Pricing not competitive at all. Not to mention they never give you the price until pick up unless you ask because it can “vary.” So just ask for the quote always beforehand so you’re not in for a surprise. The location is convenient but the upcharge is just crazy.View cleaners is probably going to comment saying they use the best materials, proper pay, insurance has gone up etc… yes we get that. But I don’t think it’s gone up as much as you are charging which is my point.——It’s expensive but great. They don’t use cheap stuff for cleaning and non toxic too. Also convenient since they pick up and deliver to your door but you will pay 2-3x normal pricing compared to other places. Everything comes at a price.

Comment: The last time I took my custom made comforter to View they got out all the stain from an ill dog. This time my son spilled water on it and after I paid quite a bit of money, they were unable to remove the water stain. I contacted Ethan Allen who made the comforter and they told me to take it to a particular cleaner in Newport Beach. They got the stain out immediately. I asked how since View said it could not be removed. They said you simply have to know what you’re doing AND take the time to do it. So View, what happened?

Comment: My husbands dress shirt needed to be pressed for our wedding. Ive already washed it at home and it was clean. When I went in, the lady at the front said itll be better to do wash instead of just doing a press. I followed her advice.Went to pick up the shirt the next day, only to find theyve used too high of heat to burn the glue on the collar, creating a black outline on the collar. The lady kept insisting that this is how the shirt is, we cant do anything about it. When I insisted that doing a wash and iron doesnt have this effect since Ive washed and ironed it at home before. She said shell try again by same day. I came back before closing to pick up the shirt to find that the is ruined and cannot be fixed. I showed the lady the receipt of purchase and she said she will talk to the manager and let me know how theyl l credit me so I can buy the replacement. This was 11 days ago. I havent heard back from the manager. I also reached out via their chat feature and was completely ignored.Since we needed the shirt, we bought the replacement the same day and took it to a different cleaners to get it washed and pressed.Attaching the shirt View Cleaners ruined and the new one I bought for comparison.Update June 26:Manager finally reached out and provided a credit.

The message arrived afterwards. Thankfully live in a fairly safe/secure location, so wasnt too bothered.Main drawback here is that the bundling is NOT eco-friendly. Lots of unnecessary extra plastic bagging around shirts & pants, plastic collar inserts etc.EDIT: super responsive, addressed everything above. 5 stars

View Cleaners package your items very well, and use higher quality hangers (e.g. hangers with clips and not just regular hangers with bobby pins for skirts) than some of the other dry cleaning services Ive used in the past. I have a very small bassinet (circular shaped) which consisted of a small thin bed skirt, circular thin padding that ties around bassinet, a vail, again very small and thin and a hanging decor that had small sheeps for them to spot clean. The total for these 4 items was $108.00! Not to mention there was still a stain on the bed skirt. I am impressed that View Cleaners updated their coupons so that we can just press a button online and have the discount applied now. When I came to pick up the articles, the amount I was told to pay was a lot more expensive than was quoted via text to me. Luckily the gal behind the counter reversed it to the price originally quoted.The one big issue is the extremely high price for dry cleaning sleeveless and short sleeve blouses. I brought in a sleeveless blouse with lining that snapped in and out of the blouse on another time and they wanted to charge me twice the price.Everyone who I have met at the Irvine store has been very professional and kind.

Comment: I was a loyal customer for over 10 plus years, they know me when I walk in. I was depending on my clothes to be delivered today. I called and they tell me they didnt because the credit card was declined. They never called me and asked for the new number, in the past they always delivered the clothes and would call me to get a new number if they needed it. Instead now they play these games and dont care about their loyal customers.

Employees are friendly - they know my name and are searching for my pickup order by the time i reach the counter. Receipts - both for dropoffs and payments - are emailed. Clothes are always ready on the date they promise - sometimes i get an email that they are ready before the promised date. I have never had any problems with anything they have cleaned for me and i appreciate the tissue paper in sleeves and some of the larger hangars used for jackets. Thank you View!

Upon further questioning, they do nothing different for a luxury suit than a regular suit. So they charge a premium just because they know the owner has money. Wrong, dishonest, and shady.

On a recent morning I got there at 6:30 in desperate need of a shirt (I had no more at home) for a 7am meeting.The staff was there in the dark store prepping for the day, but immediately opened the doors and got me my clothes. Given the posted 7am open time I was grateful.They are always friendly and they go above and beyond to be helpful.

Comment: Dont bother with this place...they are wayyyyyyyyyyyy over priced, you can find cleaners in the area that charge reasonable prices...unless you want to spend $10-$25 per shirt for dry cleaning go elsewhere.
