Comment: We just completed an efficient, pain-free, hugely successful remediation and improvement project thru Elite. When our dishwasher leaked, it was awful. Elite took care of the clean up, repair, coordinated all of the insurance hassle, and worked with us to modify the work order. We ended doing a bit less work but got some big improvements. Their team is top notch and does stellar work. Their wood and cabinet lead, Max, is one of the hardest working and creative guys, a true master of his craft. I cant say enough good about our Project Manager, Brock. Communication with him was excellent. Nothing got missed. He always picked up the phone or got back to us within an hour or two. I never had to worry with Brock on the job. We will look to Elite for future with without hesitation.

Brock who managed the project called me each day with updates and I was always in the know on what was completed and what still needed to be completed. Any issues I pointed out were quickly addressed without any pushback or attitude. They even took care of some minor items that had nothing to do with the project. Essentially, every nightmare I experienced with contractors in the past, Elite Restoration was the complete opposite of them. In fact, I wish I could use this crew for other home improvements. If your insurance company works with Elite, just go with these guys. They are quick, professional, and yes… they will return your calls and text messages. Oh and the work they completed on my restoration was high quality and great workmanship.

Dan Poston came out to evaluate the scope of the work that needed to be done so that a detailed description could be submitted to the insurance company for approval. Dan was nice to work with. Then Brock was put in charge as the general contractor. Brock was a very personable and professional person to work with also. His team of workers were all excellent! I was impressed with how well Brock treated each of his workers; with respect, appreciation and encouragement. These professionals were able to come in and get all the drywalling, cabinet making, painting, flooring, electrical and plumbing done quickly and well under the careful coordinating order and timeline abilities and efforts of Brock. Tanner who inspected and submitted the claim was quick and thorough. We were then assigned a project manager who helped us every step of the way. Leila was great to work with and listened to our every need and got us the most for what we needed. Leila is a firecracker and she and her crew got the bathroom restoration completed in a timely manner. What would have taken weeks took about 1.5 weeks to complete. We are very pleased with the drywall, tub, fixtures, vanity, and tile replacement.

When they told me they will be done in less that 30 days. I have to admit I did not believe them. When he overheard me at a football game share about my kitchen disaster with a burst dishwasher pump that had burst and caused tons of water damage he chimed in and offered a wealth of knowledge. He shared about what his company (Elite Restoration) does, and came out the next morning to assess and begin work on the damage! Throughout the process I found three additional leaks in my house, and he has been able to help with every single one of them. You knew this was going to happen, yet you allow the situation to unfold.. The Tarp was not large enough to cover the section, matter of fact missed the broken tile by over a foot. Demo and mitigation took over 4 weeks. They seem to be doing as little as possible, I had to keep calling (several times) in order to expand the demo/mitigation. In the mean while, leaving Mold debris in unseal open trash bag in the garage over 4 weeks. I had to call during the 5th week before the MOLD infested trash is removed.The water Heater was cut without temporary hook up, thus zero hot water still.. into 8th week. Mold clearance report wasnt done until the 7th week...Something that should have been 3 weeks took over 7 weeks. Also Elite never contact me on Repair Estimate. Wasted my time through the entire process.Mind you.. Elite Restoration had 24x7 access but they fully took advantage of my flexibility.===========Devin - Thank you for your rapid response and 45 min conversation to help me understand the restrictions from Nationwide Insurance Adjuster, Don Rogers. The adjusters inability to communicate and act in a timely matter has made Elite appears to be at fault. Adjuster also failed to re-engage Elite made me to believe Elite didnt want to provide repair estimate.If anyone encounter any delay or concerns to contact Devin as soon as possible. Unfortunate for me, it is too late.
