Brought in a quilted Burberry jacket for them to dry clean and it cost me $36. When I got it back, the pockets lining were gone. The Hispanic lady who was in charge of investigating called me multiple times just to “update” me on the matter. However mostly she called to ramble on and on with an attitude while insinuating that my jacket was fake or too old (I got it 5+ years ago and this is the first time I brought it in for dry cleaning) to look for any replacement parts for the jacket. She offered to look through camera footages to see if anyone cleaned out the pockets before dry cleaning but in the end she said the camera footage was too long to look through. Basically she won't do anything about it anymore so I just gave up. Bottom line is DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE with any expensive item. If they mess up, they will try to say your item is fake and they won't be any help. Better to go to a smaller dry cleaning run by mom and pop so your items will stay and get cleaned at one location instead of being shipped out to multiple places.

Very disappointing. I rarely provide reviews but I was shocked how bad of service I received after reading so many good reviews. The front desk employee was great and she deserves 5 stars. However, I never seen a dry cleaner doing a such a bad job.I brought my new suit and slacks in to make sure they removed the smell off new clothes and all the bacteria from the manufacturing and so many people trying it on.It feels like that the clothes were not done any kind of wash, they were just ironed. They smell the same and are as rigid as before. Moreover, the ironing was horribly done. It is obvious that whoever did it, doesn't know how the type of temperature required to iron quality clothes. The jacket appeared not even ironed, and all 3 pants have the side line formed from the extra heat applied by the iron. I am not bringing it back because I am afraid they can ruin the clothes.

Friendliest dry cleaners in huntington beach and great prices. Every time I bring a garment in dry cleaning, it is always ready on time and looks superb. Never once have they let me down. Ive been using them for several years. I tried other dry cleaners but they were all very expensive. Harbour View cleaners are reasonably priced, the owner knows my name, the service is top notch, so why would I go anywhere else? I recommend them to everyone.

This is the first time that I have ever posted a negative review of a person or company. I had been going to this dry cleaner religiously for 5 years, but will never step foot in their place again as of August 18, 2015. On that date, I returned a pair of slacks that had been shortened and hemmed by them in June 2015. I brought them in because two weeks earlier, the hem on the right leg came undone within the first hour of wearing them. Not only did the woman I delt with refuse to clean them before rehemming, which was only necessary because the longer leg dragged on the ground after the hem came undone. But after I told her that In that case, I am going to have someone else rehem them, she also refused to refund the money I paid for the original shabby hemming, because she said that the hemming was done two months earlier. It is summer, I am retired, I wear shorts most days, and when I dont, I have many slacks to select from. There was no way that I could have detected the poor workmanship until I wore them. How I company could operate on this premise is mind boggling. plan to file a complaint against this business with the Better Business Bureau on principle alone.

I needed to get to comforters dry cleaned I went in there it was very easy to do Im very glad I drop them off and I picked them up the same day now that really made me happy cuz I got to put the rest of the house back together and all the rooms looks so nice thank you to that cleaners for helping me out if you need to know is very reasonable and you can give him a call before you drive over I just drove over cuz theyre in my neighborhood and I was very pleased give him a try

DO NOT GO HERE! A Year ago, i sent some sweaters, when i picked them up, they were NOT clean. I called and called for MGR, never got a call back.. Now yesterday my husband took some jeans to be hemmed. He called this am, went to pick them up, brought them home and they WERE NOT DONE! NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO THEM. He immediately called, 6 calls and no one answered phone. ON 7th a very rude person named Corona answered, and said that she would NOT refund the CC and to wait for Manager to call back. Which we know she wont since she didnt ask for my number. DO NOT USE THEM.. there are a bunch of other cleaners around!

I literally spoke to a woman on the phone right now and she was extremely rude. Like I just asked her questions and I understand you need to see the item and can give me a better estimate but her tone was so not necessary and yes, I can shop around as she claimed couple times with me. She just didn't need to be nasty it being COVID-19, she should be grateful and patient to explain to new people like myself just are seeing when something can get done before making a long trip to her shop. If she's already rude on the phone before I get to the shop, I can't imagine how she is in person. Look, if you want great reviews then please appreciate your customers and potential new customers better. Don't give me attitude and act so ungrateful that you're open and others aren't so i would just give you business. I very well could have been patient but asking for estimate on pricing for a pillow top queen cover to be washed vs dry cleaned, and how long it would take, are reasonable to see if I need it sooner or can wait later. I've never experienced such rude tone with anyone on the phone, so I simply hung up with her when she got more inpatient with me over the phone telling me she doesn't have time to talk to me and I can go elsewhere and compare prices. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I took a brand new dress out of the package that I was going to wear for a wedding to be hemmed. When I went to pick it up there was a circle stain (resembling oil) on the dress. I shared this was not there when I brought it (I have photos of me trying it on prior) and she said her seamstress would fix it. I went back to pick up the dress two days later and there was a large white circle on the fabric in the front of the dress (and other small stains). I let them know the dress was ruined and I wanted a refund and she insisted that it was my fault and the stain was not there doing. How could you in good faith present this back to a customer? I want a refund I said. They did not give me a refund and instead yelled back and forth with me saying I was just looking for money $. I was only looking for a refund as the job was her only job was to hem the length and it was brought back to me with a stain on it + my dress was ruined/not wearable. We argued more and she then said she was going to call the cops on me if I did not leave. I asked if anyone else in the room could help me and no one said anything. This is the worst customer service and the most unacceptable behavior to a returning customer. This business is operating under corrupt management. Although the tailoring was only around $28 or so, my dress was $300. It is not just about the money -- I was shown no respect or customer service in this transaction and this business should have consequences for these actions.
