Comment: Ive brought clothing to Hamilton Cleaners for about the last 8 months and have had THE BEST experience with all their employees. I brought them a bit of a challenge, my Son got marker and dirt all over his Baptism outfit and I didnt think it was going to be salvageable. The baptism outfit looks better than I could have imagined and they even offer a keepsake box option after the cleaning. Amazing work!

Comment: Update: 2 years after my initial review and this is still my go to dry cleaner. I come to them only whenever I need dry cleaning or alterations done on my clothes. Recently my pants ripped down the seam and they got them patched up in a timely manner and helped keep my pants alive for longer. Really love their customer service and how kind and gentle they treat their customers and the clothes. Cannot recommend this place enough.Really great place. Ive come back here multiple times for my dry cleaning. Every time I get one of my items back it looks brand new. It amazes me every time. I have requested a few of my items get some basic alterations and they have come out great! Really love the service and always a great experience. I appreciate it!

They always greet me using my first name (they impressively know the names of all the customers they serve), they text me when my clothes are ready, and they have a convenient drive-up window for pickup or drop off. Comment: Ive been leaving dry cleaning here for years and it has been great! DO NOT have them do alterations. I left a pant jumpsuit to be hemmed. My fault for not asking how much, it was $28 and they were uneven. One leg was a whole 1 1/2 inch longer. I took back and they fixed the one leg. They are still wrong. They are so crooked and the back is longer than the front. I had to take to another seamstress who noticed it right away too! And her charge was only $4.95. I trusted Hamilton cleaners! I bought the outfit at Nordstrom and they were going to do it for $15 but were backed up over a week. $28 was supposedly even a $2 discount.They ripped me off. I should get a refund since they were so messed up and I had to pay to get them fixed properly.Follow -up .. picked up my jumpsuit from Perfect Fit studio. AWESOME job. They fixed Hamiltons mess iand only charge $4.95 for hems . Not $28!!

Comment: I started going here because of the reviews - and Im glad I did! We love this establishment. The owner always takes such good care with our clothes. She has even done some hemming for us. We get a text when our items are ready - always ahead of time. We can either have them delivered to our home or we can go pick them up. Delivery is every other week. When we started using Hamilton cleaners, we lived in Pacific City - close by. Now we live by Bolsa Chica and we STILL choose to drive across town to Hamilton Cleaners. Thats how much we like them.

I cannot say enough good things about the impressive work they do here. Jamie who is the show runner is always accommodating and helpful. I bring in all my expensive suits (Canali, Zanetti, Pal Zilerri) and clothing here and it always comes out superb.I drive out of my way to come here when there are dozens of cleaners near my home - I will commute 20 minutes there and back just to bring my clothing here.By far the best cleaners I have experienced for over 25 years and the prices are great. Comment: DO NOT COME HERE! they ruined my bridesmaids dress twice. I asked them to make a simple slit on the side of the dress and they couldnt even do that. Im so glad I got this done early because now I only have a couple days before the wedding to find an emergency tailor to fix it. The first picture is my friends dress after it was altered. The exact same one. I showed them this photo. The next ones are what was returned back to me twice.Each time the customer service was awful. Never an apology, just excuses after excuses that made no sense. The last time I came by I finally got an apology but only because she told me that the dress is unfixable now. I highly doubt this and Im praying this is not the case but now Im spending my only free day running around begging for a tailor to fix this. Do not trust them with your clothes! Whatever they respond to this will be more excuses.

Recently, I accidentally got some bad black gel pen stains on the collar and several other places on the lab coat that another cleaners said would be very hard to get out. Comment: We recently had our wedding dress and suit cleaned after being worn for pictures at Yosemite. You can imagine the amount of dirt and grime that was collected at the bottom of the wedding dress. As another caveat, our cat had urinated on the wedding dress, leaving a stench, naturally. To our amazement, Hamilton Cleaners, was able to rid the dress of the cat urine stench, which is an incredibly difficult thing to do. The cat urine was not fresh either, being several days old. The dress and suit was also cleaned of all dirt and traces of Yosemite. As icing on the cake, they even hemmed my suit pants, a job that was left undone by the suit store. Incredible work. When dropping off my items I felt very safe. They do a great job sanitizing and social distancing. Upon picking up my pieces I was floored at the quality of the work. Truly amazing! I was so pleased I have since brought in a designer dress that I ripped and when I went to show a friend where the repair was I couldn’t even find it, that’s how spectacular their work is. Comment: Just had my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned and preserved here. They did a meticulous job and boxed it up nicely. Expensive, but they were able to clean the bottom perfectly. They also cleaned our son in law’s wedding suit. During the cleaning process they found his handwritten wedding vows folded up in the suit pocket. They took the time to put it in a plastic baggie and attach it to the hanger. Imagine how happy we were to discover that keepsake! This place is great!

Since we began using Hamilton Cleaners years, and years ago, they have delivered, consistent, friendly, and courteous service that goes well beyond expectations. Hamilton has gone well above and beyond, whether it is providing us with last minute, rush service, pointing out necessary repairs, or even finding and making minor repairs (buttons, etc). Well beyond our clean, pressed clothes and alterations, we are always recognized by name and greeted with a friendly smile, always inquiring how we and the family are doing! I love that they change with the times, utilizing technology to alert you to when your clothes are ready! We love supporting our neighborhood cleaners, and that wont be changing anytime soon!

Comment: Our family has been using this dry cleaner weekly since 2014. The sister/brother team are friendly and reliable. The clothes come back clean and fresh, without that weird dry cleaning chemical smell. They text you when your clothes are ready. What else is there to say? Comment: If your looking for a professional and caring cleaners, look no more. I LOVE this place! Very personable and truly care to get your clothes done when you request. I have been bringing my husbands work clothes and mine for 3 years now and they have always gone above and beyond for me, who doesn’t want that. Prices are amazing and have a drive thru if your lazy to get out of the car lol. You won’t be disappointed and those days you forgot todrop the work clothes, they will still get your clothes done if desperate and need soon, thankful!

Comment: Business attire requires careful and knowledgeable cleaning.Suits—sports coats—slacks—are sentivive to steam pressing and ironing. Over pressing wears outgarments—fabric puckers. Expensive garments shouldn’t be worn out in the cleaning process.White shirts need to be white, without hint of yellow. Surprisingly the art of white is not common.I try to dress well when I’m working. Hamilton Cleaners cares as much about my cloths as I do.Jamie the proprietor is a pleasure. She has even helped with putting names and phone number in coats.
