Comment: Very disappointing. I rarely provide reviews but I was shocked how bad of service I received after reading so many good reviews. The front desk employee was great and she deserves 5 stars. However, I never seen a dry cleaner doing a such a bad job.I brought my new suit and slacks in to make sure they removed the smell off new clothes and all the bacteria from the manufacturing and so many people trying it on.It feels like that the clothes were not done any kind of wash, they were just ironed. They smell the same and are as rigid as before. Moreover, the ironing was horribly done. It is obvious that whoever did it, doesn’t know how the type of temperature required to iron quality clothes. The jacket appeared not even ironed, and all 3 pants have the side line formed from the extra heat applied by the iron. I am not bringing it back because I am afraid they can ruin the clothes.

Comment: Kona Cleaners was fabulous and fast. I took my son’s military dress uniforms in for cleaning. I wasn’t aware that Kona cleans military dress uniforms for free. Often times when a company offers a free or discounted service, the customer service can dip because “you’re not a paying customer”….BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH KONA CLEANERS! Service with a smile. All 11 of the pieces I dropped off were finished a day earlier than scheduled. The storefront also is clean and well kept, neat and tidy.

They hang sweaters properly, folded over the hanger and not hung on the hanger ( like other cleaners). This is a must! I also like their tracking system where they place coded stickers on garments which allows them to easily keep track of items. No misplaced items!I love the HB location bc everyone there is friendly and super helpful!

You can also sign up for weekly pick up and delivery from your home or business which I’ve used in the past. Comment: I have used Kona Cleaners on 17th St for years and just recently started using their Brookhurst location. Both offer excellent dry cleaning service, fair pricing and very fast service - I think if you get your clothes in by 9 or 10 you get them back the next day - and they text you when your stuff is ready! Which for me is the best, because I tend to forget. Anyway, always great customer service, and always seem like they will make the extra effort to make you happy!

Comment: Kona Cleaners was GREAT! I noticed that the prices were just every so slightly higher than other dry cleaners HOWEVER, it is absolutely worth it if you value quality work. Another added bonus of using Kona is how quickly they turn your dry cleaning. I dropped off four items mid-afternoon on a Friday and my items were available the next day. I also feel that the quality of the dry cleaning I received is much better than anywhere else I have ever gone.The facility I went to (on Brookhurst) was also VERY clean and the staff was amazing . Very accommodating and friendly. This is my new neighborhood spot. I would highly recommend using this location if your looking for quick turn around and quality work.

Greets me with a smile everytime, answers any questions I have, and has everything done for me in under 5 minutes. When I recently came in, she reminded me that I have my credit card on file and that saved me time there when she pulled it up. And as always, my clothes come out looking perfect. I highly recommend this location in Huntington Beach and make sure you see Stephanie, she will certainly brighten your day with amazing service!

Comment: 8/10 on the dry cleaning. There was a crease on my pants but overall ok. The light stain on the dress shirt didnt come off but most cleaners can remove them. 1/10 on customer service. The skinny lady at the front was rude. Told me I cannot use the discount and said my debit card was declined when it wasnt. She ended up giving me the discount but implied I made a mistake by not showing the card to the cashier in the first place when I did.
