Comment: This place is expensive and they dont call when your clothes are ready. I just picked up a chiffon dress that was dirtier than I left it! It looked like they dropped it on the floor before returning it to me. I wouldnt recommend this place to a friend and definitely wont be back.

Comment: Im a loyal fan, because they do such a great job. Very professional, kind staff, and well educated about their services and alterations (like tailoring and repairs). Open later hours than some dry cleaners, and they do handle large and specialty items. Family owned, great prices, and they also offer specials in the local deals coupon books mailed to surrounding homes.

Comment: This is hand down the best cleaners I have ever used. The owners always have a smile on their face and are ready to help with any questions. I use them for cleaning and repairs such as zippers and buttons. They also have the personal touch of remembering your first name if your a regular customer. A+

Comment: The cleaned my class A’s and did an amazing job. Super sweet and friendly customer service and good prices. I don’t trust my uniform with very many cleaners. I’ll certainly be coming here for all of my dry cleaning.

Comment: This is the first time that I have ever posted a negative review of a person or company. I had been going to this dry cleaner religiously for 5 years, but will never step foot in their place again as of August 18, 2015. On that date, I returned a pair of slacks that had been shortened and hemmed by them in June 2015. I brought them in because two weeks earlier, the hem on the right leg came undone within the first hour of wearing them. Not only did the woman I delt with refuse to clean them before rehemming, which was only necessary because the longer leg dragged on the ground after the hem came undone. But after I told her that In that case, I am going to have someone else rehem them, she also refused to refund the money I paid for the original shabby hemming, because she said that the hemming was done two months earlier. It is summer, I am retired, I wear shorts most days, and when I dont, I have many slacks to select from. There was no way that I could have detected the poor workmanship until I wore them. How I company could operate on this premise is mind boggling. plan to file a complaint against this business with the Better Business Bureau on principle alone.
