Friendliest dry cleaners in huntington beach and great prices. Every time I bring a garment in dry cleaning, it is always ready on time and looks superb. Never once have they let me down. Ive been using them for several years. I tried other dry cleaners but they were all very expensive. Harbour View cleaners are reasonably priced, the owner knows my name, the service is top notch, so why would I go anywhere else? I recommend them to everyone.

Brought in a quilted Burberry jacket for them to dry clean and it cost me $36. When I got it back, the pockets lining were gone. The Hispanic lady who was in charge of investigating called me multiple times just to “update” me on the matter. However mostly she called to ramble on and on with an attitude while insinuating that my jacket was fake or too old (I got it 5+ years ago and this is the first time I brought it in for dry cleaning) to look for any replacement parts for the jacket. She offered to look through camera footages to see if anyone cleaned out the pockets before dry cleaning but in the end she said the camera footage was too long to look through. Basically she won't do anything about it anymore so I just gave up. Bottom line is DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE with any expensive item. If they mess up, they will try to say your item is fake and they won't be any help. Better to go to a smaller dry cleaning run by mom and pop so your items will stay and get cleaned at one location instead of being shipped out to multiple places.

Very disappointing. I rarely provide reviews but I was shocked how bad of service I received after reading so many good reviews. The front desk employee was great and she deserves 5 stars. However, I never seen a dry cleaner doing a such a bad job.I brought my new suit and slacks in to make sure they removed the smell off new clothes and all the bacteria from the manufacturing and so many people trying it on.It feels like that the clothes were not done any kind of wash, they were just ironed. They smell the same and are as rigid as before. Moreover, the ironing was horribly done. It is obvious that whoever did it, doesn't know how the type of temperature required to iron quality clothes. The jacket appeared not even ironed, and all 3 pants have the side line formed from the extra heat applied by the iron. I am not bringing it back because I am afraid they can ruin the clothes.

If I could give a negative review, I would. Brought in two brand new, unworn designer jackets to be tailored. One was tailored too much the other not at all. I paid 180 bucks. When the high-loft (with tags, unworn) jacket was returned it was stained/burnt on the front. When I brought it back in, proprietess tried to gaslight me and told me I had worn it. I tried it on after getting home, and then immediately took it off when I saw the stain and that the material was now crushed, AND it hadnt been altered. I couldnt wear it to the event it was for (video cameras pick up everything). They told me they hadnt pressed it.Dont walk out the door of this place without trying on tailored items and checking their work. They screwed up, and I had all three of them telling me I had worn it or done something to the jacket, and I havent. I put it in the plastic and brought it back, thats all.Im a seamstress myself, I believe in paying people for the good work they do, and I really dont like being accused of lying to people. That really pissed me off. I wont be back. I wanted to have a break in altering the jackets, and instead I got a huge hassle. At least they eventually gave me my money back for not doing the alteration, but I had to make a stink to even get that. Consider spending your money at another business. I feel sorry for the dude that was in the shop watching all the baloney go down. 45 years in business doesnt mean you cant make a mistake, and accusing a customer of lying is bad business.

Hamilton Cleaners are absolute perfectionists, with an incredible eye for detail down to the last sleeve stitching, with the highest quality control I've ever encountered, and the most humble family owned dry cleaning establishment I've come to respect. My family trusts them with our entire wardrobe, including our extensive closet of Ugg slippers and boots.Even in our surreal times of Covid-19, I noticed they were very well prepared to adapt, accommodate, and ensure the safety of their staff and customers. With recent visits, the moment I stepped in, I had this feeling I'm in a safe and comfortable environment.Plexiglass at the register, convenient hand sanitizers, everyone wearing masks, and their genuine warm welcome, I truly sensed they were all about providing the highest caliber service to their customers...it was all about the customers, indeed.IMHO, these quality establishments are rare and my entire family will continue to support and applaud their business ethics as we all together strengthen our local communities near and far through these challenging times. With much respect to the Hamilton Cleaners family,- Thanh Tran

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT COME HERE unless you're willing to spend most of your day waiting in line or wandering aimlessly around Huntington Beach. (Yes, I'm trying to warn you Tiktokers bc that's what we do for each other?)I came here 1 hour before they opened, and after waiting for 45 minutes I was told that I needed to wait another 2 hours to get my order taken.. They said I could leave and come back once the 2 hours were up, which is why I mentioned you have to be wanting to do something in Huntington Beach while you wait.. We left. The owners need to take a management or economics course, because they clearly do not understand what supply and demand is. I wrote some tips of ways you (the owner) could use to reduce the waiting line and waiting time.1. Raise the prices of cotton candy characters.2. Buy more cotton candy supplies, and spend more time preparing characters before opening in order to get them to the customers faster.3. Open earlier! This could help you avoid having all of your customers showing up at once (aka everyone and their moms showing up all at once when you open at 1).4. Open a new location to help alleviate demand from this location. They should have the new location specialize in making only cotton candy characters (aka no ice cream). This would help your workers focus on making as many cotton candy creations instead of constantly multitasking with ice cream too.Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. I hope the owners read this. ?
