Comment: If I could give a negative review, I would. Brought in two brand new, unworn designer jackets to be tailored. One was tailored too much the other not at all. I paid 180 bucks. When the high-loft (with tags, unworn) jacket was returned it was stained/burnt on the front.When I brought it back in, proprietess tried to gaslight me and told me I had worn it. I tried it on after getting home, and then immediately took it off when I saw the stain and that the material was now crushed, AND it hadnt been altered. I couldnt wear it to the event it was for (video cameras pick up everything). They told me they hadnt pressed it.Dont walk out the door of this place without trying on tailored items and checking their work. They screwed up, and I had all three of them telling me I had worn it or done something to the jacket, and I havent. I put it in the plastic and brought it back, thats all.Im a seamstress myself, I believe in paying people for the good work they do, and I really dont like being accused of lying to people. That really pissed me off. I wont be back. I wanted to have a break in altering the jackets, and instead I got a huge hassle.At least they eventually gave me my money back for not doing the alteration, but I had to make a stink to even get that. Consider spending your money at another business. I feel sorry for the dude that was in the shop watching all the baloney go down. 45 years in business doesnt mean you cant make a mistake, and accusing a customer of lying is bad business.

Comment: My husband and I renewed our vows in Venice Italy this year. We were married in 2006 Ive grown a lot since then lol but it was important to me too be able to wear my original wedding dress for my second wedding / vowel renewal with my husband. I went to edindale cleaners to have it altered a little bit so it would fit me. Osana Made the whole experience very special. She was very happy for me and excited to be a part of helping me with my special day. I want to mention that I was impressed with how quickly she was able to clean and alter my dress. She ended up coming up with the solution to put a corset in the back of the dress since the original zipper I had from when I was 22 would no longer zip up all the way. I was excited about that because I always wanted to have a corseted wedding dress I just always thought that would be beautiful. I was impressed with how quickly she completed it it took about 3 days! And it looked perfect and it looked brand new! She also did my husbands tux - lol - He bought a used tux off of eBay which was way too big for him and she completed his tux in just a few days and it fit him very well. I am so grateful to osana and her team at edendale cleaners for their quality and professional work it made my vow renewal wedding day very special thank you so much.

Comment: 2 pants to hem, 1 shirt to take in and make shorter…. $75 dollars. I was chocked. And the man babbled on … it’s lots a work. 2 Birkenstock’s shoes to resole….. $50 dollars each… that was the max I wanted to pay, and of course the man said …. That’s the price. The alterations were mediocre at best. The shoes had white paint and glue on them very sloppy.I will never return to this business nor would I recommend it.

Comment: Amazing place! ❤👏👏👏I needed a tuxedo for my son, Mens wearhouse couldnt rent for me right away. They sugested me to go to Edindale Cleaners. They were a life savior as I rented a tuxedo with shoes, shirt and tie. it was an amazing experience. I was so happy! Definitely I recommend them.

Comment: This place is fantastic. I went to California for a wedding with pants that hadnt been hemmed yet and they absolutely saved me. I had wedding pictures the day after I got there, and within four hours of touching down in CA my pants were done AND they steamed my shirt for me. I went into the store with four other groomsman and we had a blast. I didnt even know that was possible in a tailor shop. These guys are incredible and even better at what they do. You da man Michael.

Comment: Amazing place to have your blazer cleaned, your tux for prom rented at only $45. I love the staff and ive went to them for 6 high school dances, graduation, and 2 weddings. I love them and cant recommend them enough.
