I ordered a pair of scrubs in June in store. I called three weeks later because I never received my order. After playing phone tag with the sales rep she finally got back to me three days later with a message that read, your product was discontinued. I asked to speak to the manager, she never called me back. However, I was refunded the money. I thought maybe to give another chance. I ordered a set of completely different scrubs on 8/22 in store. Still waiting for the order. Then I just got this message:Good Afternoon Crystal,This is Sharon from ace uniforms I was just informed that your items did not come in we called the manufacture and they told us they only have the pants in stock the top is going to become available on Oct 16. Please let me know if you wanna move forward with your order or if you wanna cancel Im sorry for the inconvenienceSimply the worst service. If I didnt call three-four weeks later, I would have been completely forgotten about. I just want one pair of matching scrubs. Very disorganized. Their manufacturing company needs to be fired. Just awful. The sales reps are nice in person and on phone but thats definitely about it.The place is full of mis matched scrubs. Especially in the men's department. Before I placed the online orders on two separate occasions. The women said upon ordering:“Lets see if we have any in stock before I place an online order...That's weird?! It says here we have 5 in stock, but we can't find them?! We will just need to place an online order.”I Attached two receipts to the yelp review. None of which I received.

I would not recommend this shop for alterations. I had three pairs of work pants altered. On my first visit, I was quoted incorrectly on cost and time of completion. I was told it would be a week and $11 a pair for an “original” hem. So we marked them for hemming, I requested a little long as I typically do, so they do not ride up. We checked them in the mirror with my work boots to make sure it looked the way I like, and that day they did. Then I was told it would be $22/ pair and 2 weeks. I was not happy but I agreed. On my second visit I picked up the pants and brought them home. Tried them on and they ended up longer than the visual inspection from the sizing day. I called the store they told me it would be free to fix because I had the work done there.I went in for my third visit to have them fixed. The person I worked with originally, said he wanted to go shorter and it was my request to go “longer” I said I was aware of that, however they ended up longer than the original visual inspection and I was unhappy with the work. I was informed “it was my fault, and I would have to pay again.” Bottom line these pants ended up too long, and not where we originally marked them. The tailor told me “he was right and I was wrong, if I listened they would have come out perfect.” I would say with a statement like this, coupled with this business owner's very unprofessional response, I would say he maliciously hemmed my pants longer than we marked, because I didn't agree with his first mark and because there was disagreement about the price and time on the day of marking. Or perhaps he made a mistake with the mark, if you read the reviews, this wouldn't be the first time they messed up lengths on hems. All I know is this shop over charges, then when they have an unhappy customer, they blame the customer. Read their reviews, then read how the owner responds. I'm not trying to hurt a small business, just trying to get what I paid for. My tailor back home would not have made this mistake and if she had she would fix it without trying to double charge me. These pants DO NOT sit where they were marked on my first visit. How can you trust a business or business man that trashes customers when they are unhappy, the level of unprofessionalism is quite appalling.

That was the fastest, funniest, most efficient suit buying experience ever.I highly recommend Suitsupply!UPDATE:I want to add context to my review, as I feel that it doesnt currently match the level of effort that Andrew, my Style Expert, puts into his work. Honestly, its very rare to get to work with someone that is so well versed in their profession that they have pretty much every question covered, and offer useful insight into your particular case every step of the way.Its obvious that Suitsupply invests heavily in their people, as everyone I talked to in the store was on-point with their interactions, from remembering my name the next day when I picked up my suit, to knowing how to talk to people, to getting you to where you needed to be. Theyve been trained, and very well. It shows.I walked in on a Saturday evening, and was informed by Mila that the wait would be about an hour, so went and got lost in the labyrinth that is UTC. About 40 minutes in, I received a text message from Suitsupply informing me that the wait would be about 20 minutes longer. After about 15 minutes, I received another text informing me that it was nearly my turn, and to make my way back to the store. Their communications are efficient, informative, and on-point.When you arrive at the store, they offer you a drink. It can be water, coffee, or even beer. What a way to shop!Andrew was quick in sizing me up, getting the pertinent information regarding the event Ill be in and the materials/colors I was looking for, and grabbing a few samples for me.Once we decided on the jacket/pants, he pinned them up, and sent them to the on-site tailor to have them adjusted (no waiting weeks here!).We then moved on to shirts, ties, shoes and even handkerchiefs. Andrew provided excellent information and suggestions along the way.Payment was straightforward, and clear, with an itemized list presented on a tablet. Their prices are more than fair for a high quality suit.On the way home, I received another text from Suitsupply informing me that my alterations were complete and ready for pickup. We hadnt even made it home yet! When we picked them up the next morning (walk in again), they made time for one last fitment check as we sipped a fresh coffee. We were in/out in less than 15 minutes. The speed, efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of Suitsupply has me wanting to buy more suits. Im sure thats part of their sales model, but its working!I have no doubt that the next time I need a suit, Ill be back.

Went to the store looking for some dressy shoes for toddlers. Was told bluntly to look at Target or JC Penney - since they dont sell kids shoes. Ok, thats fine, but what we were looking for would have been more suited for this type of store rather than the boring shoes at a department store. No biggy... Well check Amazon... The worst part of our visit happened while I was trying on suits. When I spend $$ on a suit that I will wear often, I dont mind being picky about the fit. For reference, I wear suits on a daily basis. The gentleman helping me, measured my size and pointed me in the right direction. As it goes with suits, not all suits are created equally and you may have to look at sizes above and below your fit to find something that really fits well. Understood... I also know when a suit fits and when it doesnt. I was given suits WAY too big and was told that the fit was perfect. Given another one that was WAY TOOOOO tight and the salesperson puffed and said thats how folks like them these days. Ok, thats fine, but Im not spending $$ on something that cant even be tailored to my liking. I finally found one brand where the jacket fit nicely and then tried the pants on. I just didnt care for the fit and feel of the pants. When I said so, the salesman barked WHY!. Uhhh... Do I really need to give an explanation? I know, Im old school but given my size, I prefer a pleated dress pant and YES those are hard to find nowadays and occasionally a flat front fits fine, but not these. When I told the gentleman that, he puffed again that I will have a hard time finding anything that works. He then left me standing there and went to help other customers. No good bye, thanks for visiting, etc. I KNOW Im picky, and tried to be as polite as possible. But the service was SOOO rude from the start, that I will not return to this store.

If I could give anything less than one star I most certainly would. I went in for one dry cleaning and they were very quick and professional so I took another shirt to them, a very expensive one for cleaning. I never receive a call or message that my shirt is ready for about a month. Finally I drop in to see whats going on with the shirt. I go in and the lady there looks all throughout the shop cant find it but says shell give me a call when they figure something out. A week later I still havent received a call. Then my girlfriend calls to see if they have the shirt, and they again say theyll call and look for it. But they dont call. So we call again and they say that maybe they gave it to some other customer or something. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. If they had at least called to give an update this would be better, but to lose an expensive shirt and not even take the time to call and update me on the situation is beyond discourteous. I can understand that things get misplaced but at least have the decency to call and tell someone when you say you will. Just absolutely terrible, I advise anyone thinking about going here to be cautious and make sure they dont act so unprofessional.

Great customer service, they really did their best to accommodate my last minute request even though they were already extremely busy. First good sign was the very friendly and welcoming energy the second I stepped through the door, secondly they made my life SO much easier preparing for my wedding. They were highly recommended to me by a friend who I trust to give me only the best recommendations when it comes to local business recommendations, glad I trusted him and came here, they are GREAT! They even had my things ready to go and be picked up two days earlier than expected, which I really appreciated. I will be coming back to this place only for my dry cleaning and alteration needs. Thank you ?.
Tammies Alterations and Dry Cleaning
4454 Ingraham St, San Diego, CA 92109, United States
Tammie has always been one of the best in the biz if not the best seamstress in town! I'd rate her an 11/10. Her work is flawless and always holds up to a wild night out in PB or DT. I used to live down the street on Hornblend and would always go to her for last minute alterations (cost a lil extra but WORTH IT). She can fix ANYTHING! I now live in Bankers Hill. I had a suit that needed its life saved, if I was gonna wear it for Halloween this year! Of course I didn't realize this till day of ??♂️ and it was 4pm ish when I pulled it out of my closest. I put on the suit & one arm promptly fell off, the pants I realized were a full size too big now and I was doomed. I frantically called local alterations and tailors around me everyone was busy or closing soon. Then I remember Tammie, I called her she said she was closing soon but if I could be there in 15 mins she'd help. I came flying through her door 14 mins later. She didn't realize how much help I needed but said she could do it this time but it was definitely costing extra. I came back 2 hrs later.. and she had created a masterpiece suit fit me like a glove ? thanks again Tammie!!Cheersddj

Went in to get a made to measure suit but was told it takes longer than 3 weeks and I have a trip coming up that was the cause for needing the suit.... ok so I buy one of the rack and have it tailored. Was told it would be ready in 7 days. At 10 days I called and found out it was really 2 weeks for alterations to be completed. Went in to pick up the finished product and the tailor work was incredibly sub par. Stitches not straight, things half finished and generally poor craftsmanship. Was asked to wait another hour for the tailor to try and fix the mistakes. An hour and a half later I went back to the store only to have only half the problems solved. Wait again for the tailor to fix things we already talked about. To wrap it all up while I was waiting thought I might buy some shoes to go with the suit..... the pair of damn near $400 shoes brought out were scuffed and the leather soles had been worn out of the store and returned... used shoes! Will not do business here again. Take your money elsewhere!
Primo Alterations & Dry Cleaning
7433 Mission Gorge Rd, San Diego, CA 92120, United States
Primo Alterations has helped me greatly in feeling exceptionally dressed on a daily basis!I retired about 95% of my wardrobe last year after having lost fifty-five pounds. Growing into a more professional appearance, I decided to update my wardrobe. This adjustment went from typical San Diego boardshorts, jeans, and sweatshirts to suits, sweaters, and well-fitting high quality clothing. In the past six months and probably well over twenty visits to Primo Alterations, I have only experienced a 100% commitment to the highest quality of work, customer service, and a feeling of great satisfaction (while wearing the best fitting clothes possible).Muna has given me invaluable insight, recommendations when Ive asked, and very honest feedback. She has also shared with me most of what I know about pieces fitting on my unusually shaped (narrow shoulders, broad chest and back, slender waist, full seat, and shorter-than-average) body, as well as shown me how to accentuate my self-expression with well-fitting clothing. She has made many different types of alterations on dress shirts, dress slacks, raw denim jeans, coats, jackets, and a suit. As my J. Hilburn personal stylist, she also made me an exceptional custom shirt; it is quite possibly my favorite article of clothing Ive ever owned! I wear it as much as I can.I am able to very confidently dress now how I envisioned six months ago. After such a time-consuming and tedious journey of finding clothes that fit, Munas superior assistance has given me the feeling of being prepared for any occasion. I feel more self-respected and confident in how I present myself than I ever have.Muna, I look forward to continuing to introduce my family and friends to you, as to give them the invaluable opportunity to have their own personal, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful tailor. I am forever grateful to you Muna! Thank you, Abe, and Primo Alterations!!Very Respectfully,Bob Holiday

Wonderful place, just great. Perfect alterations and great dry cleaning and pressing. They have a strong attention to detail mixed with a hustle. I have taken all my business and formal clothing (thousand dollar suits, 200$ + dress shirts etc) here they do same and next day if you need it and get in early. Alterations in a couple days. Also I have to mention their great affection for Military, I think its about 75%of this locations business, that should speak for itself when it comes to detail. Dont let the small location fool you, they produce big results.Highly recommend for everyone. Come in during the morning to miss the rush, they are popular amongst the community during the late afternoon/evening times. A+ rating, and I dont give those out much.
