Get It Clean Laundromat
3985 30th St, San Diego, CA 92104, United States
If you enjoy getting your clothes mixed up with other clients. Then, after returning the clothes that arent yours and inquiring on your missing clothes, being told that youre lying...well, then this is the place for you. Basically I was told that the clothes never get mixed up, which is odd considering they obviously were. I explained that Id opened one of the bags, seeing my sons clothes on top, and that after I pulled out his clothes then I realized the rest werent mine. The owner replied, thats not true. Funny...because it was, the honest to God truth. Then, they kept trying to pull trick questions on me to prove I was lying, such as well, did you or did you not receive a pair of pants on a hanger. To which I replied, no. I did receive a pair of black capris, which may or may not have been on a hanger before I took them off. Honestly, I dont remember if they were, I was too distracted trying to dig through what was and what wasnt mine in the bags I was given. Of course, me not taking notes as I dug through apparently means that I wasnt telling the truth. Not that this company made a mistake, or at least not one that theyre willing to own up to. I mean, its undeniable they made a mistake seeing as I returned a huge tub full of clothes that werent mine. But did they find any of my missing clothes? No. They assured me I received all of my belongings back, and that the clothes were never actually mixed up (even though I pulled my sons clothes out of a bag full of some strangers clothes).Basically, theyll get your clothes mixed up, refuse to own up to their mistake, then make you feel like it was your fault for the not mistake occurring. Oh, and if you think that I even got offered a refund for all of this trouble, think again. They never even apologized. I accept my loss, because I know that the universe will only throw back what you throw out. So, lady owner and her disorganized employees, all of which were very rude, enjoy your bad karma.
Super Wash & Dry Laundromat Inc.
2973 Market St, San Diego, CA 92102, United States
This lady is so racist. I came to wash today and I usually go in and get my Quarters then get my stuff out the trunk. She came straight at me and asked If I was going to wash and I told her yes she started to get verbally aggressive towards me saying were your clothes you need to bring your clothes in before u get Quarters and thats the policy. I simply asked weres the sign that says that. She told me she knows my type. I said what is my type. Why are you Profiling me. Im not breaking into your machine and I put my money in there to wash. She then got loud and so I walked out to my car I said you lost a customer and now Im keeping my Quarters I payed for and Im not going to wash here ever! She then followed me out to my car. Ive never been Humiliated or treated with such disrespect. I suggest nobody going to this place. Theres a right way and a wrong way to address customers I understand your doing your job but that was un called for! Im a mental health aid and I can tell that you are un stable in the head lady! Hahaha this is the lady in the picture everyone is referring to.

I'd give it a 5 if they a soap machine, a sink and paper towels to pick up spills and more informative social media information. This is a Clean, Self serve laundromat with plenty of folding space. Has one Mega (6x) machine, four Giant (4x) machines, five large (3x) and eleven standard front load washers. They also have one Mega dryer and 28 standard stack dryers. All the machines are Speed Queen and appear newer.Vending machines for snacks and drinks. No soap machine but there is a CVS 400 feet away that is open from 7am - 10pm. We bought our soap there. We also like the decor!
Quickwash Laundromat

Just moved back to the area and came back to this place and WOW! New owners really turned this place around. It used to be ugly with a bunch of homeless hanging around. Now it's clean and feels safe. And the machines are the cheapest in city heights! Definitely coming back.
Wash N Go Laundry
2885 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92104, United States
UPDATE: Sam, the site manager reached out to me on Wednesday, April 28th, explaining that he would need a few more days to look through surveillance footage in regards to my missing items. He was more apologetic about the situation, and said he would call me with an update on Saturday, May 1st. My clothing was found, and was accidentally shipped to another Wash N Go Laundry site. I am grateful that they took the time and energy to look for my items and make the situation right.I work as a registered nurse, and I have been using Wash N Go Laundry since May of 2020. I am typically not one to write reviews, but I feel it is important to warn others of my experience. With the receipts of my items, this establishment has lost $828. 21 worth of clothing, by accidentally giving my belongings to the wrong customer. I started using Wash N Go for my complete laundry needs in January 2021; due to my apartment not having an on-site washer and dryer. I have had a good experience with the drop off/pick up fluff and fold service up until April 23rd. On April 23rd I dropped off a load of laundry containing 6 sets of Figs scrubs (which are quite costly) for work, and multiple pairs of jeans from Express (which also were not cheap). I came in today, on April 27th, to pick up my laundry with my receipt in hand. Jesy, who is always helpful, informed me that my laundry had been somehow mistakenly given to the wrong person on April 25th. Jesy was not the employee who mistakenly handed off my laundry to the wrong person on April 25th. My name is extremely unique; and every time that I have picked up my laundry, I have had to sign the copy of my receipt. Therefore, I find it very hard to believe that my laundry was mistakenly given to another customer. None of these practices were done before handing off my laundry, because the copy of my receipt in their books was not signed for. I wanted to wait to speak with the manager, but I was told that the manager was busy. Later, I received a phone call from an employee relaying a message from Sam the manager; asking if I could give them time to find out what happened to my clothing. I did not get an exact time frame; and I asked this employee if I could speak with management in regards to this issue.I received a phone call from Sam the manager, who did not have good customer service; nor was he apologetic about the situation. He said, mistakes happen and supposedly this has never happened before. Although I am reading otherwise in the reviews via yelp currently. He asked me to give them approximately 24 hours to review the surveillance footage, to see whom they mistakenly gave my laundry to.I work extremely hard for my belongings, and all of those Figs scrubs in that load of laundry were brand new. Not to mention, I need those scrubs to wear to work. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation, and do not plan to use Wash N Go Laundry any further for my laundry needs.
The Laundry Room
1955 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92104, United States
BEWARE DO NOT SPEND MONEY HEREWe drive kinda far to come here. I like that the washes are sanitized with O3. But today I got a Canadian quarter from the change machine and when I went to exchange it with the room attendant she implied I was lying about it. As she handed me the correct quarter she said if you say so. Frankly, its just a quarter and I wouldnt lie about that. But I needed it for the dryer, which you get a measly 5 min of dry time. (other places do 8 min, FYI). So really, you got the money back if I did lie about it. Sheesh. Also, while our clothes were washing, we walked down to 711, when we got back our laundry bags were missing. We talked to the room attendant and she has no idea. Would have been nice if she offered to review the cameras to see what happened to the bags and maybe we could have gotten them back.Sunday October 11 201811amEdit: Saturday March 17thIn response to the comment left by the owner. Also minus one star.Pretty sure the dryers look to be the same standard size. ? If they are so high efficiency, wheres the advertisement for that? You advertise everything else. Also your attendant didnt exchange the quarter without hesitation. She pretty much implied I was lying to her. Sorry but that is definitely hesitation. She said if you say so, so, to me she is thinking Im not being truthful ie: lying. She also made me ask her several times, I had to tell her that we put a 20$ bill in the change machine. I even had to tell her I wouldnt lie about it.So did you look at the cameras? And people know if they put a bag some where or not, and it was too slow for someone to make that mistake. So frankly, I consider the bags stolen. But also I know not to leave my laundry bags unattended in the future.I would suggest getting friendlier staff who doesnt give you a hard time over a quarter. Maybe even thinking about how you conduct business yourself. Cause I dont feel any better or heard after your comment. Its called taking responsibility, fixing the problem, and moving forward. Its all about how you handle complaints. Why would I take time out of my day to write this if I didnt feel it was necessary? I actually dont want to come back anymore. Today is laundry day and based on your response (which was condescending) you know we are going elsewhere. Also, as shown above my name is TANYA.
Pearl Laundry
4355 Home Ave, San Diego, CA 92105, United States
05/27/21: Response to Pearl - Obviously??? When I was there the seating was not. That is why I said it. How exactly does removing seating keep people safe? You cannot keep people away from eachother without dictating how many people are allowed in and assigning equipment. It is physically impossible in the building. Is it safer to sit on the floor??? Now that you are feeling safe with shots all around, are you going to follow CURRENT CDC GUIDELINES and STOP forcing masks? Wearing a mask should be a choice if you are claiming to follow some sort of pandemic protocol. You think sitting on the floor is safe, I have to wonder what GUIDELINES you are following?04/2021: 4/5 stars - Wow! Seating! Girls working very hard all the time!! As always very nice and as helpful as possible. Machines are still hard to read and understand. Laundry card still glitchy. At least there were a few places to sit!! Customers seemed more happy yet not. No clue how to get into the bathroom. The lady told me to use it. After six hours, I needed to go!! Oh well. I hate the dryers at this place! Constantly feeding the thing to get things dry. Really wish I could figure this out better. Perhaps people are just taking wet/damp stuff home? Anyway, improvements made. Well done!12/2000: 2/5 stars - Incredibly nice ladies are very busy working hard. The machine instructions are difficult to read. Need a step stool to add products to the machines. The laundry card is glitchy especially with the dryers. There is no place to sit down. The dryers are terrible. There is a do not enter area where the employees have sole access to specific washers and dryers. The girls are constantly sweeping and working. The area of town is a bit rough. Patrons are less than friendly or helpful. Hounded by the girls to wear my mask. I took it off to drink some water and to use my inhaler! It was so damn hot in there. I took my mask off to literally wring it out in the garbage can. So sweaty and full of water. At that point it is worthless anyway.
Wash N Go Laundry
6931 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115, United States
Everything was going good till I used the restroom and realized I started my period and asked my fiancé to bring me a tampon. About 10 seconds after he walked in we hear the lady worker knocking on the door. We get out about 4 min after that. The worker then walks in and accuses us of making the restroom dirty. I told her it was already like that when I entered and she insisted that no one used the restroom before me. She then tried to argue with me so I ignored her. When she walked away I told my fiancé how crazy of a situation cause I never been in one like that before and she walked up from creeping behind the washers on the other side to argue again and say she wasn't crazy. She then kept walking back and forth by us so I finally said excuse me to apologize to her for thinking I would call her a name; but she ignored me and rolled her eyes. I get that the area is “ghetto” which is why I didn't want to go there in the first place but i was in the area after seeing family; but for her to look at us and basically say we are ghetto/ dirty is absurd and ignorant. I found it extremely disrespectful. To this day I'm still shocked on how someone would lie and assume we are the type of people to make that big of a mess. She swore she just cleaned it but then why was she walking over to clean it again ? I'm not sure but other than that easy place to do laundry if you're not going to use the restroom or talk to the lady that works there. One other thing I forgot to mention was I called before and asked if they had free dryers and she told me yes; upon arrive and throwing my clothes in they were not. But they aren't expensive what's so ever.
Sunshine Center Laundry
2235 First Ave., San Diego, CA 92101, United States
I highly recommend Sunshine Center Laundry to anyone traveling to San Diego. While traveling to San Diego with my family, I found out about this place while searching for a laundromat because the hotel laundry service was expensive. The customer reviews were very good and I also liked that it opens early in the morning. I arrived around 7:30 am and there was plenty of parking space. Larry, who was in the office, came out and very kindly showed me a washing machine suitable for the amount of laundry I had and even brought me detergent. As soon as the washing was finished, Larry guided me to the dryer and set the drying time just right. Both the washer and dryer were operated with a credit card, which was convenient. Next time I travel to San Diego, I definitely want to visit this place again.Larry, Happy New Year!
Crown Laundry
310 W San Ysidro Blvd, San Diego, CA 92173, United States
I came to this laundromat due to the reviews and I was very disappointed. The attendant was very rude when I asked if they had any carts because they allow customers to keep their laundry detergents inside the empty carts preventing other customers from using the carts to transfer their laundry. She said no and I told her people are preventing others from using the carts by placing their laundry baskets or detergent inside she said and? So I walked outside and I found a disgusting Rusty cart lol of course I had no choice but to use it. I used usually go to supreme clean because they dont allow people to do stuff like that they respect customers so I dont know what all the positive reviews are about I was very disappointed. Even though this happens to be closer to my house I would rather drive 7 miles to go to supreme clean where I dont have to l use a rusty Brown cart to place my clean laundry in it or deal with a disrespectful attendant.
