Comment: I don’t ever leave reviews but this place wow for a laundromat can’t be better anyone who complains clearly has a pessimistic outlook on life!! I forgot a whole load of laundry with my debit card and they held onto in for me! Gloria sweetheart, she was amazing helped me with everything and had a beautiful smile doing!

Comment: I came to this laundromat due to the reviews and I was very disappointed. The attendant was very rude when I asked if they had any carts because they allow customers to keep their laundry detergents inside the empty carts preventing other customers from using the carts to transfer their laundry. She said no and I told her people are preventing others from using the carts by placing their laundry baskets or detergent inside she said and? So I walked outside and I found a disgusting Rusty cart lol of course I had no choice but to use it. I used usually go to supreme clean because they dont allow people to do stuff like that they respect customers so I dont know what all the positive reviews are about I was very disappointed. Even though this happens to be closer to my house I would rather drive 7 miles to go to supreme clean where I dont have to l use a rusty Brown cart to place my clean laundry in it or deal with a disrespectful attendant.

Comment: Great place to wash machines aren’t broken all the time, staff is friendly they use card not coin, free dry after a certain wash “don’t really understand it” I have injuries and one day they flare up on me due to moving around for too long and the staff noticed and helped, I was so grateful he wouldn’t even know how much that meant to me. Parking good oh and they have snack machine and sell detergents/fabric softener which is awesome in case you run out, there’s a atm machine to load your card and also a machine to load money from your credit/debit card onto your laundromat card “staff will assist if needed”

The laundry attendant yelled from inside they were closed and refused to let me put my laundry in to wash but website says last was is at 9:pm . The owner, Jeff, is a great guy that is more than happy and willing to accommodate any needs, within reason of course, to ensure the highest customer satisfaction Pretty clean and modern equipment. A nice part of the laundromat is the free drying. Depending on the washing machine thats used, theres a table of how many free drying minutes you get. Theres also the Monster washing machine that can do up to 14 loads. Ive been coming here for years and plan to keep doing so. Theres also the wash, dry, and fold service that makes it very convenient and easy to get laundry done if one is too busy to come and do it.

Comment: Only two stars because there is a man who works here who is very professional and extremely helpful. Otherwise, customer service is only good if you have no issue. If you have any problems and that one gentleman isn’t there, good luck. Furthermore, the wash prices are higher than other places. Plus they limit your drying time. If you need to wash stuff like jeans or jackets, you’re going to need to pay more to dry so it’s not really free. You can pay for a wash and paid drying for less money somewhere else. Another thing, the machines work with a money card and the lowest amount you can put on it is $10, which is inconvenient at times.

Comment: I’ve been coming here a little over a year now and I’m always nervous to try new places because staff can be rude but the customer service here is incredibly the ladies speak Spanish & English and they’re always very attentive to the customers. I notice a lot of elderly come here and it’s not the ladies responsibility at all to help them but they always go above and beyond to do so ! ☺️You can also get free coffee and there are vending machines to buy chips for a reasonable price,the ladies are always cleaning the machines/floors as well so if you have small children who constantly get on the floor you won’t have to worry about them putting tiny stuff in their mouth haha 👌🏼 Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a laundry in San ysidro:)!also the owner added new machines that I’ve been loving ! they work very well and so far haven’t had any problems with any of the machines !

I personally know their Employee Rocio now for a long time now, and never have a i had a complain about her or her performance. Comment: Love love love this laundromat. It was a Wednesday night, and my partner and I accidentally left a bag full of clothes that we usually hang dry instead of machine dry. We realized that we forgot it two days afterwards. I go back that morning and they had it saved for us. They dried it for us because they didn’t want it to stink up. The personnel are very kind and helpful. The prices are a little high, but super worth it! It can get busy on the weekends, but they do open as early as 5am which is a great hour to avoid so many people. Thank you Crown Laundry!

Comment: I love coming because they have huge machines where I can quickly wash clothes for a family of 6. I drive past 2 laundry mats to come to this one. It is always clean. They provide coffee and wifi. They even gave us $10 extra for loading our card with $50. And all the lady’s that work here are super nice! I accidentally left a whole load behind, I guess I was excited about the Super Bowl, but I called and they had saved my things. The best laundry in the area
