Comment: Overall, it’s a good store, with helpful staff, and reasonable prices.They seem to have a practice of putting clothing in a rack that is advertised for one price, but then, having small prices written on the pieces themselves that cost more than what’s advertised. I this is a deceptive, business practice and disappointing. The store personnel I talked with waved it off as, “one that was misplaced” which wasn’t the case.I also would like them to not put your shirt in a plastic wrap without asking first. Hopefully there are others who would rather not pollute.

We went here two times and both times there we waited for over 15minutes to speak to someone and the staff were knowledgeable but seemed burned out. And because they were multitasking, our time there was always longer than it needed to be. The products range in quality according to the budget. But there are a lot of options.

Comment: While Customer service was wonderful the custom suit I ordered for my wedding was not as expected. The jacket and vest came out just fine. The pants, however, were not. I returned to this location a few times in effort to correct the amateur stitching on my pant legs. I was told once that our tailor is grumpy and other excuses as to why the stitch was present. They took it back once and had the tailor confirm the invisible stitching. And still returned the pants to me almost in the same state and no real recommendations or fixes for the situation. I feel as though when spending over $1,000 on a custom suit the product would at least look brand new and not look as it does in my photos. I dont like the way I looked, so much for the guarantee.

Comment: This is one of those stories that is truly a story. Getting ready for a wedding out-of-town and after putting on my shirt, I reach into the closet for my suit, no suit. We’re a half hour from the beginning of the wedding. I’ve used this Men’s Wearhouse many times, so I headed straight there. I walked in the front door and was greeted with, “How can we help you?” By both the manager & salesperson. I replied, “I need a suit for a wedding. Wedding starts in half an hour. The salesperson measures me for a suit and says, “Follow me” and asks a few other questions on the way. We find a suit, and he measures me. As I sit down to put on my socks, I hear a knock on my changing room door. My suit had been hemmed & pressed it what seemed like less than a minute. I said my “Thank you’s” & made it to the wedding in time. It was a great story for the wedding. Thank you, Men’s Wearhouse

I went there for wedding suits, and worked with Jonathan, who was extremely helpful and patient. A few months after the wedding, I came back to look at other things, and he somehow immediately recognized me, asked how the wedding was, and then pointed me to the exact section I was looking for. Id definitely call that great service!

Comment: I had the worst experience on this location. Mens Warehouse is getting outdated. Their employees need more motivation. They seems stressed, mad and it reflects to their customers. The lady that helped me seems that shes having a bad day. I had an appointment for suit rental she just basically ask me what color of suit, tie and pocket square took my fitting thats it. Didnt even ask for my opinion and i have to ask what type of suit Iam getting and how it looks. She needs to switch career or maybe dont work at a professional setting. That is not customer service. I would just try somewhere else. I feel bad for her if shes like this everyday.

The lady who helped up had a cold and kept coughing but would not wear her mask. Aside from that she wouldn’t even show us the tuxedos. Only suits and when I asked again she said they don’t have any tuxedos that meet what we want (blue). She could have started off with that. I’m not sure if they work off commission but it felt like she just wanted to sell us a more expensive suit. We left after about 20 minutes. Completely disappointed.

They seem to have a lot more trendy suit styles and colors. Also had to order the actual suit that he selected, thats a new one on me. Used to be you picked a suit you liked and they measured and fitted it to you. Its going to take several weeks to get his suit. Youll need to plan accordingly if you need a suit for an event. Quality of the suit and accessories were good.

Comment: We had a great experience shopping at this location. Fast and friendly service - we were out of there in less than two hours with several fittings. They were also able to hem my pants on the spot as I needed them for travel the next day.Lastly, when I got home and opened one of my shirts, there as a stitching defect in a prominent location. Took it back for an exchange but they didn’t have another in the same size. So the tailor came out, took a look and worked his magic. Good as new! I walked out and went straight to the airport with a new, pressed shirt.

Comment: Went in to get a made to measure suit but was told it takes longer than 3 weeks and I have a trip coming up that was the cause for needing the suit.... ok so I buy one of the rack and have it tailored. Was told it would be ready in 7 days. At 10 days I called and found out it was really 2 weeks for alterations to be completed. Went in to pick up the finished product and the tailor work was incredibly sub par. Stitches not straight, things half finished and generally poor craftsmanship. Was asked to wait another hour for the tailor to try and fix the mistakes. An hour and a half later I went back to the store only to have only half the problems solved. Wait again for the tailor to fix things we already talked about. To wrap it all up while I was waiting thought I might buy some shoes to go with the suit..... the pair of damn near $400 shoes brought out were scuffed and the leather soles had been worn out of the store and returned... used shoes! Will not do business here again. Take your money elsewhere!

With one of those occasions coming up, I brought an old suit in with me for a refresh on the shirt and tie. Dan was incredibly helpful and patient, moreover he took the time to explain the details of why to this fashion neophyte.I learned a great deal about mens fashion, got a great deal on what I needed, and Dan even pressed my old suit. I feel prepped for that special occasion and will definitely be returning the next time the need arises!

Comment: Expensive. I had to pay for the coat and again for the pants. I may be cheap, but $250 for a pair of pants seems like a lot. The quality is very good and the salesperson was very attentive. Im sure I will like this suit for years to come, but Im afraid to sit down in a $250 pair of pants. The alterations are very professional and the class factor is beyond reproach. Wooden hangers and shirt stays, shirts were three for $100. Great feel of material, made of Egyption cotton. I was given another suit for $50 as a special offer. So two suits for $1000 is a good deal.

The guy who greeted me was great and was very friendly but when he found out I was looking to rent had to pass me off to the rental department. The gal who helped me was awful. When I would ask questions she made me feel as though I was being a inconvenience and when I told her my groomsman were not wearing the suit jackets and asked for pricing she said that it would require her to add up the other pieces individually to give me a price and I said that it was ok and Id wait she then said well I really dont want to do that, so I can give you a rough estimate. Not at all an experience someone wants to have while preparing doe their wedding. Def will not be coming back to this location or Mens Warehouse for that matter if this is the customer service they provide.
