In addition to the vast selection of various scrub companies and fabric types, what really made my experience extraordinary was store associate Chris, who went above and beyond to help me pick my scrubs for me. Not only is Chris an extremely chill person, he is very knowledgeable about the various scrub fabrics and what would be good for summer vs. winter, etc. He also wears scrubs, so he shared some personal experiences as well regarding his favorites. Overall, definitely visit Chris at Ace Uniforms if you need a new pair of scrubs!

Comment: This review is about Ms. Sandy. Ms. Sandy and the staff get 4 stars. Ms. Sandy gives ace a greater atmosphere along with most of the staff working there. Ms. Sandy took care of me and my boyfriends clothing, returns and double checked on everything. Ms. Sandy is personable, thorough and makes sure everything is correct before leaving. There are other stores that my boyfriend prefers in respect to Ace. Ms. Sandy is solid and she goes above and beyond to make sure the customer and their product is taken care of.

Comment: I feel like I have to write a negative review after every time I leave ACE Uniforms.I placed an order for three pairs of pants in March, and it is now June. When I called ACE, they informed me that my order wouldnt be available until August, but they never bothered to contact me and let me know. Today, I was informed that my order had magically arrived early and was ready for pick up. However, when I went to pick up the pants, I realized that the color was wrong. I literally cannot stand this place and would not shop here if my job was contacted by them. Constant fk ups.

The quality in craftsmanship and attention to detail gave me years of service out of my uniforms. Comment: The girl who helped me pick out and fit my uniform shirt was great. She was the only positive. Alterations are a nightmare here. Avoid at all costs. The staff is rude, told me I got a “fake text” telling me my item was ready for pickup even though they also confirmed it came from them, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to find my order (there is no organization there due to do to some new system they just implemented), and then when they found it one of the patches wasn’t sewn on as it should have been. Then when they finally did that (an hour later), the patch was sewn onto the wrong place, despite written instructions. The woman at the alterations front desk just rolled her eyes and gave an exasperated sigh at me when I pointed that out, even though it was Ace’s fault. It’s also absurdly expensive for alterations. Never coming here again for alterations.

Comment: Stay away! This place doesn’t put prices on their items so you don’t know if you’re really getting any discount because you don’t know the original price. I made two separate transactions because One set of uniforms were a gift for someone. The girl told me my receipt would be emailed to me, only to find out that she put the incorrect email in the system so I never received one. I only know this because on my second transaction, I requested a printed receipt to give with the gift. By the time I got in and looked at the receipt, I noticed all the incorrect information; therefore, I never received the emailed receipt for my items. Then at the bottom of the receipt, I noticed it says no exchanges or refunds! So the recipient of the gift can’t even exchange for a larger/smaller size! When I attempted to call, the place already closed at 1:30pm Saturday. Sunday closed, Monday is Memorial Day, so I have to attempt to speak to someone on Tuesday!! I hope someone will be helpful!

Comment: Best Uniform store in Southern California. They were very informative, helpful, and had everything in stock. The customer service was excellent and Cazandra went above and beyond. She helped size my uniforms, helped me pick out boots, and also recommended a few items, she was great. Everyone in the store was helpful, friendly, and nice.

Comment: Had the best experience with this store! The BEST customer service I’ve ever had at a uniform store. I was in a bind and Cazandra was super friendly/helpful/funny and able to get my uniforms sized and embroidered within an hour! Seriously can’t explain how awesome her and the staff are here! 11/10 recommend using their services!

Comment: I was in there this past Saturday, even though theyre a little busy Ive always get good service. Ive been shopping here for years for my security equipment. All the staff there is great, and ladies in the back. Does sewing got my patches on in no time.I recommend this uniform shop.

I did have a great experience here. The girl, whose name I cant remember, was super helpful. She worked towards the back of the store and searched high and low to find the lab coat I needed. Comment: I ordered a pair of scrubs in June in store. I called three weeks later because I never received my order. After playing phone tag with the sales rep she finally got back to me three days later with a message that read, your product was discontinued. I asked to speak to the manager, she never called me back. However, I was refunded the money. I thought maybe to give another chance. I ordered a set of completely different scrubs on 8/22 in store. Still waiting for the order. Then I just got this message:Good Afternoon Crystal,This is Sharon from ace uniforms I was just informed that your items did not come in we called the manufacture and they told us they only have the pants in stock the top is going to become available on Oct 16. Please let me know if you wanna move forward with your order or if you wanna cancel Im sorry for the inconvenienceSimply the worst service. If I didnt call three-four weeks later, I would have been completely forgotten about. I just want one pair of matching scrubs. Very disorganized. Their manufacturing company needs to be fired. Just awful. The sales reps are nice in person and on phone but thats definitely about it.The place is full of mis matched scrubs. Especially in the men’s department. Before I placed the online orders on two separate occasions. The women said upon ordering:“Lets see if we have any in stock before I place an online order...That’s weird?! It says here we have 5 in stock, but we can’t find them?! We will just need to place an online order.”I Attached two receipts to the yelp review. None of which I received.

Comment: They do a good job here trying to take care of you. They have a good selection. They workers care and work hard.The owner is kinda weird and walked up on me in my car and started to say hi to me with my window rolled up and startled me. Dude, wait till Im in the store. He apologized in the store and realized he made a mistake.The Big dude talks too much. He is clever though but never stops.The Manager is the reason I keep coming back. Dude is solid and treats you like a real person.Great Place over all. Hi ust make sure you get a promise for your pick up day for uniforms. Call before you go to pick to make sure they are READY!!!

Comment: Terrible experience!!!!! They had to order my 3 pairs of scrubs, wouldnt give me even one pair when they had 2 on the floor. Told me it will take 7 days, ends up being over 2 weeks. I called on the 7th day and they couldnt find my order. Then they found it after a while. My husband went to pick it up for me and tried to charge him even though the company I work for paid for it. Then they made him go to their warehouse to find my order, how is that okay!?!? Then they only give him two pairs because they put it in the system wrong. Just a terrible experience wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Comment: Ace Uniforms provides many professional outer wear. Such as scrubs, lab coats, law enforcement, fire and rescue.The staff is extremely helpful. They assisted me with the correct size and best color for me.Alterations and embroidery are available on site - excellent tailoring skills!They have sales periodically but it is so very popular, one must be quick to catch it.The only negative thing I can is their business hours are limited.As a nurse, I find it difficult to get into their shop considering my working hours. Which means that I arrive about 45 minutes to their closing time....BUT, they treat me as any other client!!!No rushing, sighs, or passive-aggressive jesters - EVER.I highly recommend this shop. ☺

Comment: They were super busy when i went to get fitted for uniforms, quickly hemmed and ordered items i needed and they didnt have, but they were really friendly and chatted with me the entire time. Lisa was awesome. Will keep coming back for my uniform needs!!!!

Candice the blonde girl in nursing helped me chose scrubs that complimented my body frame best rather only worrying about how much $ I spent. I recommend anyone searching for scrubs stop in & ask for her. This store services all body types from big to small/short to tall

Comment: I have been coming here for over 10yrs. I have always had a good experience here and if they dont carry an item, they special order it for you pretty quick. If you are not satisfied with that special order they do allow you to return it which is nice. They have a huge selection equipment, uniforms and just about anything you can think of for those in public safety. One stop shop with embroidery and tailoring services here as well, makes it very convenient.

Comment: For those who gave this place a one star, I sincerely hope that you would consider coming back and perhaps ask for Michael for service. He is professional and has great customer service. I ordered a white coat and has my name embroidered and they took less than a week. Everything exceeded my expectation. I have been coming here for my nursing school stuff twice, both undergrad and graduate school stuff. I am now back to get my nurse practitioner lab coat.

Comment: Great store! I personally didnt buy anything, but the person I went with did. Christina, gave an awsome customer service! She was very polite and helpful. The two hours we spend there, we saw nothing bad everyone was being helped, all the staff will greet you with a smile. Even the tailoring ladies, and must we say they got the job done in an hour. Thanks Ace!!
