Crown Laundry
310 W San Ysidro Blvd, San Diego, CA 92173, United States
I came to this laundromat due to the reviews and I was very disappointed. The attendant was very rude when I asked if they had any carts because they allow customers to keep their laundry detergents inside the empty carts preventing other customers from using the carts to transfer their laundry. She said no and I told her people are preventing others from using the carts by placing their laundry baskets or detergent inside she said and? So I walked outside and I found a disgusting Rusty cart lol of course I had no choice but to use it. I used usually go to supreme clean because they dont allow people to do stuff like that they respect customers so I dont know what all the positive reviews are about I was very disappointed. Even though this happens to be closer to my house I would rather drive 7 miles to go to supreme clean where I dont have to l use a rusty Brown cart to place my clean laundry in it or deal with a disrespectful attendant.

UniFirst Uniform Services - San Diego
4041 Market St, San Diego, CA 92102, United States
I really do not like posting negative reviews but I feel in this case I need to because I just cant take it anymore. From the get go, there have been nothing but deficiencies in the service and quality of uniforms coming back from laundry, misspelled names, and billing deficiencies. I have warned them several times via documented email correspondence that if they didnt get their services straight, we would need to cancel our contract, one time specifically in January 2018. I was promised they would start giving me turn in counts, that happened for 1-2 weeks then stopped again... In October 2018, I wrote an official notice of cancellation of contract due to several deficiencies which I had documented and listed in email and on letterhead. Instead of releasing us from contractual obligation for several very valid reasons and after several different warnings that I would cancel services after receiving the letter, they bullied me into giving them another 60 days to correct deficiencies as well as a $24,000 bill for contract buyout. They had over a years time to correct deficiencies but keep making the same mistakes.... They are filled with nothing but excuses and nothing ever gets resolved. The issues persist. The driver is really nice though and I feel bad for him because they basically blamed him for their lack of follow through and for their lack of service. I do not have the time to babysit my uniform company! I shouldnt have to.I am extremely frustrated and exhausted from all of this! Our guys even stopped turning in their uniforms because they werent getting them back, basically refused to turn them in even after delivery schedule changed. Still uniforms were not being returned. AND we were being charged for several guys who had been terminated from employment, some gone for over a year. I still have YET to see my credits!!!I do not recommend this company. They are horrible and the account managers have zero customer service skills!!

Fantastic Service. Called the business and Sarah was responsive and quick to schedule an appointment to fix my Thermadore oven. Cezar, the business owner, was very knowledgable and helpful. He ordered the needed parts and came back the day he got them to finish the job. Total time elapsed was two days.Three weeks later I called them again to fix my broken Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Cezar squeezed in time at the end of the day, coming at 4:30 pm to finish the job instead of waiting for the next day. He also took the time to explain what had happened and gave recommendations about better maintenance of the machine. Its not the first time I contacted them. Over the past 10 years, Cezar fixed my Subzero fridge at least 4 times. Nicest people, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and really Cezar takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.Couldnt have had a better experience. Recommend highly!
Wash N Go Laundry

UPDATE: Sam, the site manager reached out to me on Wednesday, April 28th, explaining that he would need a few more days to look through surveillance footage in regards to my missing items. He was more apologetic about the situation, and said he would call me with an update on Saturday, May 1st. My clothing was found, and was accidentally shipped to another Wash N Go Laundry site. I am grateful that they took the time and energy to look for my items and make the situation right.I work as a registered nurse, and I have been using Wash N Go Laundry since May of 2020. I am typically not one to write reviews, but I feel it is important to warn others of my experience. With the receipts of my items, this establishment has lost $828. 21 worth of clothing, by accidentally giving my belongings to the wrong customer. I started using Wash N Go for my complete laundry needs in January 2021; due to my apartment not having an on-site washer and dryer. I have had a good experience with the drop off/pick up fluff and fold service up until April 23rd. On April 23rd I dropped off a load of laundry containing 6 sets of Figs scrubs (which are quite costly) for work, and multiple pairs of jeans from Express (which also were not cheap). I came in today, on April 27th, to pick up my laundry with my receipt in hand. Jesy, who is always helpful, informed me that my laundry had been somehow mistakenly given to the wrong person on April 25th. Jesy was not the employee who mistakenly handed off my laundry to the wrong person on April 25th. My name is extremely unique; and every time that I have picked up my laundry, I have had to sign the copy of my receipt. Therefore, I find it very hard to believe that my laundry was mistakenly given to another customer. None of these practices were done before handing off my laundry, because the copy of my receipt in their books was not signed for. I wanted to wait to speak with the manager, but I was told that the manager was busy. Later, I received a phone call from an employee relaying a message from Sam the manager; asking if I could give them time to find out what happened to my clothing. I did not get an exact time frame; and I asked this employee if I could speak with management in regards to this issue.I received a phone call from Sam the manager, who did not have good customer service; nor was he apologetic about the situation. He said, mistakes happen and supposedly this has never happened before. Although I am reading otherwise in the reviews via yelp currently. He asked me to give them approximately 24 hours to review the surveillance footage, to see whom they mistakenly gave my laundry to.I work extremely hard for my belongings, and all of those Figs scrubs in that load of laundry were brand new. Not to mention, I need those scrubs to wear to work. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation, and do not plan to use Wash N Go Laundry any further for my laundry needs.

BEWARE DO NOT SPEND MONEY HEREWe drive kinda far to come here. I like that the washes are sanitized with O3. But today I got a Canadian quarter from the change machine and when I went to exchange it with the room attendant she implied I was lying about it. As she handed me the correct quarter she said if you say so. Frankly, its just a quarter and I wouldnt lie about that. But I needed it for the dryer, which you get a measly 5 min of dry time. (other places do 8 min, FYI). So really, you got the money back if I did lie about it. Sheesh. Also, while our clothes were washing, we walked down to 711, when we got back our laundry bags were missing. We talked to the room attendant and she has no idea. Would have been nice if she offered to review the cameras to see what happened to the bags and maybe we could have gotten them back.Sunday October 11 201811amEdit: Saturday March 17thIn response to the comment left by the owner. Also minus one star.Pretty sure the dryers look to be the same standard size. ? If they are so high efficiency, wheres the advertisement for that? You advertise everything else. Also your attendant didnt exchange the quarter without hesitation. She pretty much implied I was lying to her. Sorry but that is definitely hesitation. She said if you say so, so, to me she is thinking Im not being truthful ie: lying. She also made me ask her several times, I had to tell her that we put a 20$ bill in the change machine. I even had to tell her I wouldnt lie about it.So did you look at the cameras? And people know if they put a bag some where or not, and it was too slow for someone to make that mistake. So frankly, I consider the bags stolen. But also I know not to leave my laundry bags unattended in the future.I would suggest getting friendlier staff who doesnt give you a hard time over a quarter. Maybe even thinking about how you conduct business yourself. Cause I dont feel any better or heard after your comment. Its called taking responsibility, fixing the problem, and moving forward. Its all about how you handle complaints. Why would I take time out of my day to write this if I didnt feel it was necessary? I actually dont want to come back anymore. Today is laundry day and based on your response (which was condescending) you know we are going elsewhere. Also, as shown above my name is TANYA.
Wash N Go Laundry

Everything was going good till I used the restroom and realized I started my period and asked my fiancé to bring me a tampon. About 10 seconds after he walked in we hear the lady worker knocking on the door. We get out about 4 min after that. The worker then walks in and accuses us of making the restroom dirty. I told her it was already like that when I entered and she insisted that no one used the restroom before me. She then tried to argue with me so I ignored her. When she walked away I told my fiancé how crazy of a situation cause I never been in one like that before and she walked up from creeping behind the washers on the other side to argue again and say she wasn't crazy. She then kept walking back and forth by us so I finally said excuse me to apologize to her for thinking I would call her a name; but she ignored me and rolled her eyes. I get that the area is “ghetto” which is why I didn't want to go there in the first place but i was in the area after seeing family; but for her to look at us and basically say we are ghetto/ dirty is absurd and ignorant. I found it extremely disrespectful. To this day I'm still shocked on how someone would lie and assume we are the type of people to make that big of a mess. She swore she just cleaned it but then why was she walking over to clean it again ? I'm not sure but other than that easy place to do laundry if you're not going to use the restroom or talk to the lady that works there. One other thing I forgot to mention was I called before and asked if they had free dryers and she told me yes; upon arrive and throwing my clothes in they were not. But they aren't expensive what's so ever.

Im not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from but not me. I just moved to the area and needed to do laundry and this was the closest one to me and had good reviews. First impressions were ok. It has a cool change machine that took my $20 and gave me 3 $5s and $5 in quarters. Loaded up 2 machines, started them with a 30 minute wash. One of them made funny noises through the whole cycle and they took more like 45+ minutes to wash. The machine making all the noises left my clothes sopping wet. Then the dryers only work at half heat. These same dryers were at my old laundromat and worked well getting really hot. These on high get lukewarm. So I spent more time and more money at this laundromat with a bad experience. I will gladly spend the money to go to another laundromat next time as I already spent it here because of poorly working machines.
SpinCycle Laundry Lounge
4876 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115, United States
Still a great place to use, but I'm posting a second review to point this out in a way some of the employees working here may understand:Laundromats have historically been a cash-only business, but there are no cash machines at this location. The internet has apparently been buggy lately, so nobody is able to load the laundry cards issued at the facility unless they come with cash already (not common nowadays, considering Covid)…There is no “internet bug” that caused card readers to not function for three weeks. All of that is fine, I guess, in the end. What is NOT fine is the garbage attitude I get whenever I try to check on the status of this problem. (It's honestly even worse because your listed number is either not operational or just not active after 6 pm, so I don't even have the ability to call ahead and check before I walk there to do laundry, which I do due to the bad parking situation ?)If you guys are sick of hearing about it, fix it instead of condescending to your customers. I promise you're already losing customers because of the issue itself, but if you guys are going to start having an attitude about it, too…A real shame, too, cuz I really do like this place and it is otherwise quite good, fast, ez and cheap.Your move, SpinCycle management. :)
Bolt Laundry Service
2066 Fourth Ave STE 1, San Diego, CA 92101, United States
I never leave negative ratings because I normally don't think it's worth it. But I was really upset by the lack of customer service when I tried to figure out why my laundry wasn't picked up in my window. I first contacted right after the window was missed and was simply told the driver was on the way. Then, 1.5 hours after the window was missed, I tried to call the driver twice. Directly to voicemail. I left a message with my callback number. Then I messaged customer service and was placed on hold for 30 min without any update. Finally, they confirmed my cell phone number and told me the driver told them he/she tried to contact me. I had NO incoming calls, no missed calls, nothing. All I had wanted was an update on a drop off window. I just asked for a refund at that point. I'm really disappointed. I had added a $10 tip up front for the driver, too. I just would've appreciated more transparency and honesty. Things happen, but I don't want to be lied to.
