For several weeks now with a Fatal service, only the free dryers have been working for more than two weeks. If its not one thing, its another. The truth is, Im very disappointed in this place and Ill stop coming and recommending people because its a pure waste of time because I washed 4 large washing machines when I will end up drying in just one because they are all occupied. For several weeks now with a Fatal service, only the free dryers have been working for more than two weeks. I came here too wash my laundry on a Friday, I had all my clothes inside the machine I used laundry detergent two cups, after that I was picking up my laundry basket and this bald skinny man tells me, Hey you need to put some detergent for your prewash..I ignored him, Its not the first time I wash clothes. As I was stepping outside he followed me and yelled at me! Hey I need you too put some detergent I told him, its fine I have already put detergent for my wash.. He said no, all your sweat, filth, lint will remain still in the washer unit..I got so upset I told him: Hey I dont work in the fields! I work in doors for your information..He kept bothering me about the prewash, I got inside my car and left, after that I came back picked up my clothes..I went to another Laundromat..Never again I will go there ever, so rude unprofessional bald skinny man.

More expensive than other laundromats and I see why. It's exceptionally clean, and it's better organized. Only more expensive by $0.25-$0.50. At least there's a way to assure any problems will be fixed here, unlike the Launderland on Truxel & W. El Camino.Launderland just gives you your money back and the guy says he'll tell the owner whenever they come in. If he has the owner's number, then he should tell them at the time of the problem and put a sign on the machine. But he doesn't. The same problems exist there.3 stars here because the Caucasian lady (her shirt says Michelle) gossips about customers. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars. That's something you do in private if something is bothering you. But she thinks no one is listening. Even when it's not about me, it's rude. She gossips about everything, even if it is not a problem. She shouldn't do that. There's always someone listening. The other women don't talk much. That's how you know they're focused on their job.

I like the fact that this is a newer laundromat with new machines and it's in a relatively quiet shopping center compared to the other laundry places around Sacramento that are in busy loud areas. I also like that there's good ventilation with the front and back doors left open. However I'm wondering how well this facility is staffed - I rarely see anyone working here in the office. And it doesn't appear to get well-cleaned daily. The same dirt and garbage (Discarded coffee cups on the folding tables for example and same dirt along the baseboards. Seriously, it's the same clumps of dirt.) are in the same locations two days in a row. I do see an attendant periodically cleaning the machines, which is great (thank you). But the same attendant spent most of his time out by his car on his phone rather than staffing the facility.Another paper towel holder in the bathroom would be a great addition if someone's not going to be around to make sure the single small one is stocked.

Have been coming here for a few months now. The woman who is here in the mid mornings is very nice and helpful. She always says hi when I walk in. Always keeps the place clean and tidy.Bathroom is very clean as well. Never had it dirty when I went inside. They have laundry size loads that go from 1 load to a Jumbo size of 8 load. They have jumbo dryers as well for comforters and blankets that rotate both ways to keep the blankets from bundling up and not being able to dry fully like most dryers. They also have regular dryers for ordinary clothing items as well. They have many folding tables. Two benches to have a seat on, as well as bar stools around the folding tables to sit on as well. You can pay with Card and/or coins. They have two different change machines incase one is out of order. They have a soap vending machine and a soda vending machine. (So convenient)If you dont happen to like the sodas in the machine, they conveniently have a store right next door to the laundromat where you can quickly purchase snacks or drinks without having to leave your clothes unattended for too long.I have had issues with coins not being processed easily in the machines, but when I told the woman who works here about the problem she always seems to have it fixed by the time I come back! (And I come here weekly!)I overall love this place. I live in Elverta but come all the way out here instead of going to the laundromats near where I live because this laundromat is honestly the best around me! Great customer service. I feel safe. And I am happy to spend my money here knowing it is always up-kept and clean!
P L Coin Op Laundry

Today was my 1st at this place. I arrived to wash at 8:40pm to wash. I was told by the person who was cleaning that I was not allowed to wash, although they close at 10pm. He said he is cleaning up and the last was at 8:30pm. I told him I would never use that place again. As I was leaving, another person of color, African-American, was coming in to dry a load of clothes, and this guy told him, No. I told the guy coming in to dry his clothes that the person working must be a racist. I personally will never go there again. I went to Elk Grove Landrymat. It is open 24 hours and very clean. Pictured is the person who works there. He was not happy that I took his picture.

Since our very first delivery from AtYourService Laundry they have proven to be consistently amazing in every aspect!1. We always get a notifications, sufficiently in advance, and within minutes of our delivery. It's very helpful to ensure we have our laundry ready.2. We were very, very impressed with how our laundry is always perfectly folded and wrapped in respective groups. Even the collared shirts are folder perfectly! It's very easy to put the clothes directly in our drawers from the bundles.3. The response time we've received has always been very prompt when we require adjustments to scheduling.4. They always go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience!! One time we'd forgotten to leave our laundry outside and we had to let them in remotely. Even with a temperamental Chihuahua as an obstacle, they retrieved the laundry without hesitation. Not only has this service been a complete gang changer in terms of aiding our life balance and relieving time constraints, we truly feel that the staff at AtYourService Laundry sincerely do the best to ensure we are having the best possible experience. It's feels like a friendship more than a service. Thank you AtYourService Laundry for allowing more freedom in our lives!! I continue to highly recommend this service to friends and family!!
Launderland Wash & Dry Laundry Service and Pure...
9337 La Riviera Dr, Sacramento, CA 95826, United States
This place was never been very clean since we started using this place but its progressively gotten worse. We tolerated it because its so close to my home and its 1.50 to wash. The woman who works there doesnt clean anything. The washers are always dirty, either on the inside or the top area where you load your clothes And The high counter tops are layered thick with dust.I went there this morning after being gone a couple months and it was so bad I just walked out. She asked me why and I showed her how dirty it is and that a lot of the single load machine are out of order, they are never repaired. I shouldnt have to clean the washers and the counters before I use them. They need to hire someone else. The bathroom is usually locked except one time it was open and it was nasty because vagrants use them to wash up. And homeless people wonder in and out bringing all their belongings and stinking the place up.
Top Dry Cleaners & Alterations & Laundry

Took some button downs, two wool coats, and a black suede jacket here.I was told that the suede jacket would take two weeks before it was ready, which was no issue. The jacket ended up taking over 6 weeks. Which again, would have been fine if they were just honest with me. I had to repeatedly call to find out where my jacket was during those 6 weeks - often times my call was dodged. Every time I called, I was told my jacket would either be ready the next day, next two days, next week, etc. etc. I went there in person to pick it up 3 weeks in after being told it would be ready that day and was given half-cooked excuses as to why my jacket wasnt ready. I was promised several times that they would call me back by tomorrow with the status - they never did. Not even once. Very tedious. When I was finally able to retrieve my jacket from them, it was not good. They had re-dyed the suede with some cheap black dye that rubbed off on everything. My skin and any surface that my jacket touch was left with black residue. The jacket was a year old, the color still as black as could be, and only needed a bit of cleaning before the winter season. I did not ask them to dye my suede jacket. I am not sure why they would do that, and I really wish they hadnt because the cheap dye they used ruined my jacket. The two wool coats, they were not well cleaned (possibly not cleaned at all). I had to take them elsewhere to be actually cleaned. But at least they werent ruined like my jacket. Most surprisingly, the button downs were not well pressed either. Odd creases in places creases didnt belong. I figured buttons downs, any dry cleaner should be able to get right with ease.To summarize, this place is more expensive than other dry cleaners and may or may not take care of your clothes. Good luck to you and your wardrobe if you decide to take your garments here!To the owner I see arguing with peoples negative reviews, please. Your staff went negative on the delivery and took no ownership of the issues they caused.
Five Star Cleaners & Tailoring & Laundry

I recently visited this location in Sacramento for the first time last week and yes It does have a nice location area in the plaza, but unfortunately it was nothing of which I originally paid for. I brought a coat and pair of flare pants in which had some face paint along the collar of it from a previous video shoot. I spoke with the lady in which we came to the final pricing and when I would need it by because I have an event on Saturday. Everything was fine, the woman behind agreed. The Day comes around to being done and it literally looks like the same coat I brought in just now with hangers and tags. I could still see dog hairs on it. It wasn't really much communication we could do because the initial lady who helped me wasn't there. I'm not here to down the business because I want all to grow, just tell me experience so hopefully they improve communication and service.
