Comment: Today was my 1st at this place. I arrived to wash at 8:40pm to wash. I was told by the person who was cleaning that I was not allowed to wash, although they close at 10pm. He said he is cleaning up and the last was at 8:30pm. I told him I would never use that place again. As I was leaving, another person of color, African-American, was coming in to dry a load of clothes, and this guy told him, No. I told the guy coming in to dry his clothes that the person working must be a racist. I personally will never go there again. I went to Elk Grove Landrymat. It is open 24 hours and very clean. Pictured is the person who works there. He was not happy that I took his picture.

Comment: I don’t typically use the laundromat so I’m always clueless where the best place to go is. I’m so glad I came here today! I have huge blankets that don’t fit in my washer so I’ve gotta get them to a laundromat. This place is right down the street from me. I’ve been here a few times and have never had any complaints. Today was not the exception, I was helped thru the door from the owner (I believe) and he even helped me load my machine with the quarters (my nails were not helping me lol). Very kind and helpful and the area is very clean. Will definitely be back when I need to wash my blankets again. Thanks PL!

Comment: Weve been to this laundromat several times, and have been surprisingly pleased as far as laundromats go. The owner keeps everything very clean and wipes down the machines immediately after people use them. He is always running around, helping customers in whatever way they need, from opening the door for customers who have a lot of laundry, to helping them with the machines.The best time to go there is on a weekday in the morning or afternoon when its not so busy. They have a good amount of free dryers as well.There is also free WiFi.

Comment: Very nice clean and awesome staff. They often keep an eye, monitor and even help you finish washing when able... Although not a requirement, they do go the extra mile in this laundromat. Free drying for customers. All of there machine works. Restroom available for customers. Change machine works and theres a little Caesars next door if you get hungry. Get to know the staff for the special benefits I mentioned. Enjoy!

Comment: The Men who work there are nice and helpful. The restroom is not to be used so don’t even try it. Literally no soap to wash your hands and no paper towels to dry them. Comment: Depending on the day you arrive, it may not be very full, otherwise you have to wait a bit, it fills up many times, the machines are regular and there are many people drying for free (you have the option) but these take longer because the machines The free extraction machines do not heat up as much, it is necessary to dry up to 4 times with a small size, but the machines that pay for drying faster are in better condition. The location of the place is not very pleasant since there are many homeless people outside wandering around a lot, but I dont see that it represents a problem nor are they problematic.

Comment: A great laundromat. The owner of the place is always kind and thoughtful and helpful towards all his customers there. I always see him cleaning and helping others who need help. He doesnt know much English at all but is willing to help you. The only thing is there is no hot water and no hand soap in the restroom. Another great thing is there is free drying here. I never had a problem here yet.

Comment: This is one of those, Get in-get out laundrymats. Not a very friendly atmosphere, but it varies upon which owner. Theres 3 guys that operate this one. Youll be lucky to go on a day that the nice one lets you slide in exactly at 730 to do your laundry. Any one else and any minute sooner, its try again tomorrow . I only come here because its the closest, but i go to Blue Sky on power inn when I unfortunately have to do a later wash after 7pm.

Comment: Other reviews are correct - it is very clean & nice, and they are friendly. However, you pay for it - for a small washer, the current cost is $3.75 per load. For the large washer, it is $5.75 per load! The dryer is cheap, I think it was $0.75 to dry.
