The store hours say, Open until 10:00 pm I showed up at 2:30 pm and I was told you were closing. THAT IS A FACT. Just so you are aware, it was business related, not personal and I have this right as guaranteed to me under the FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION. My COMMENT WAS NOT PERSONAL AGAINST YOU!You should be ashamed of yourself for making derogatory personal comments towards customers who spend $20.00 a week, every week within your establishment.YOU SIR, OWE ME AN APOLOGY FOR MAKING THAT PERSONAL ATTACK. You took this from a legitimate business comment into a personal attack against myself and all of my forefathers who have fought and died so that you may run a business in a free country.

Well I used to come here all the time I used to know the lady that work here and I really liked her she had the same name as I did I want to be anonymous but anyways Im here now and I have a little service dog because I have anxiety and she goes with me everywhere and the two people that were in here of the guy following me in here and he followed me and he waited till I open the washing machine and was taking my clothes out and hes like you see the sign out there he was very rude he goes no pets a lot I said well shes my service dog and she has to go with me everywhere I go and hes like no and I said well where do you want me to put her and its hot outside its in the 90s or outside in the heat No Im not doing that Im not putting my little service dog out in the heat she needs to be with me I have an anxiety disorder and I have panic attacks she needs to be with me but obviously they dont care about that so Im going to call the ADA tomorrow and Im going to complain about this place this is not right shes not a normal dog she is a service dog she has to be with me everywhere I go I can understand restaurants and food places I dont take her into but other places I do and nobody else seems to have a problem but you wait until you see me putting my clothes in there You see me taking my dog in there in and out two to three different times and you wait until I go in the last time and you follow me and then you say and youre really rude No I will never be coming here again So glad Im moving out of state

This place is one of a kind. I parked in one afternoon and it was one of those hot day when i dragged myself to wash my clothes and a guy came up to me right away and asked if I'm there to get my laundry wash, Immediately i said yes. Then he handed me a rolling laundry bins. I thought to myself, wow this guy is very welcoming. As i came to throw my clothes in the machine, i get a very instructional advice of how to properly wash my clothes step by step, stuff before that I really didn't care about..I usually just throw in my clothes and wish to finish right away.. but he made me realize that clothes are like humans they need attention, love and care. He told me that the laundromat had open not even over a month. And he feels as if the past management push away a lot of costumers cuz of a bad ownership. But i will tell you, this place need a lot of chance and has a very big potential. It's clean and newly renovated. It's close by Sac state. Owner is very friendly. If you find this place on your map give it a go i'm sure you won't regret it.

I've been coming here for years and had nothing but nice things to say until today on a Wednesday morning when one of the guys that works there was very disrespectful to me.It was not busy for him to act like that but I was loading my dryer when he comes and takes my clothes out so that he can dry his clothes . I'm not an aggressive woman . I told him “are you serious right now?” He said yes and told me to go to a different dryer . I told him he was disrespectful and he didn't care.I've seen the owner and the other worker which are nothing but nice but this guy has alway acted weird but today was the line .Hope the owner sees this

This was a very nice place once, now the new owner raised the prices, shut down the restrooms, took benches away. This new owner should go back to the drawing board. There are a few good people that have been washing there for a long time that just happen to be homeless. Now they are not allowed to use this place and basically are threatened by owner. Also, the great attendent has been let go and the new one is as rude as they come, unless your driving a nice car. Shame on this new owner for tearing. Down our once good place to wash.

Gross. Don't ever come here with your kids!! EVER! Husband and 3 yo son came here yesterday for a couple loads and at first we were like oh okay this is nice. Then about 2 minutes later it all changed.As my son and I sat in the car no longer than a minute there was a homeless guy with 2 females parked in the back with their van filled with tree trimmings. Well as I happened to look up I seen the guy staring at my son and I MASTERBATING!!!!GROSSSSSS - they hurry and left when they seen me telling my husband. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty ?

Been here long time ago, stopped coming for the same reason. After a while I decided to give it a try again cas' is closer to where I live. I was washing my kids blankets I was literally standing in front the machine when supposed to be spinning didn't spin at all. After the cicle stoped I got my 3 tweens blankets they were soak really wet, I told the lady who was there and she said because I put to many things, i was using the biggest washer they had.She didn't tried to help me or anything, so rude. Plus they just follow people every time you are filling the washer. Never come back here. Old machines this is what happen. :/Also the dryers doesn't dry good :/That's why they don't fix the washers, so you spend more in the dryers.

Lovely small business with great attention to detail. They can do same day wash/fold service, and they do not use scented detergent at all - which is nice for some in my family who are fragrant-intolerant. And they fold things so well I have completely stopped doing my own sheets (folding flat sheets is a PITA...)! Lastly - and perhaps most importantly - everyone there is so sweet and helpful. A gem of a place.

Not really feeling the love at the Love Laundry. It may have just been the closing staff, but she continously inconvenienced us (my partner and I) while we attempted to wash and dry our clothes.First, we are homeless, and dont have many opportunities to wash laundry. I had recently acquired enough money for a 6 load wash. When I loaded the machine, the employee made a point to tell us how much our laundry stinks.I tried to wash on a heavy load, so that the smell would get cleaned out, but it charged me 25 cents over the $9 I had. I asked if she could just spot us a quarter, and she declined.Honestly, this wasnt as big of a problem, because I understand that you guys have special policies. She just told us to set it to medium, and it seemed to work out just fine.Things started getting tense again when we were sitting on the bench, and she began cleaning for the end of the shift. She specifically came to us, and kept trying to clean under our feet, making us have to move.She didnt do this with the other customers sitting on the other benches; she waited for them to move, and came back to clean after the fact.When we tried sitting back down again, she said that she needed to lift the benches up, so we would need to stand, or sit outside. Once again, other customers were not treated this way.Finally, we had finished drying and were folding our laundry before the laundromat closed at 12:00. All other customers had left by this point, and she came back around after cleaning just to make it a point that our laundry smelled bad.Ive washed my laundry at other Love Laundry locations throughout Sacramento, and have never been treated this poorly. Im certain we were being discriminated against for being homeless, because we were clearly seen cleaning and rearranging our vehicle.I dont ever advocate for the termination of employees, based upon individual cases of discrimination such as what I experienced tonight (02/25/2020). Though, I would appreciate it if management took necessary measures to educate this employee on her behavior. Thank you in advance for reviewing my comments, and updating your procedures accordingly.

This is ultimately the best laundromat there is around in Sacramento or even outside of Sacramento they have 9 load washers for $9 I go to Midtown and they are charging outrageous prices for Less wayless you end up getting charged $16 for 8 loads of laundry when you can come here and do 9 loads for simply $9. Their staff is amazing they are very friendly however they do not allow any nonsense around their business at all which is nice because we are in Del Paso Heights but if you come to the laundromat you will never know because they do not put up with that they are very professional and theyre staff works non-stop on staying maintained and sanitary. Ive never been there and seen any of their employees sitting around doing nothing nor have I ever seen any mess or filthy this at all so it is always nice to know that youre not doing your laundry in a washing machine that is filthy and you dont know where its been which can be a question on anybodys 9 if you have been to a bad laundromats this laundromats and staff always cleans their machines after every customer so nobody goes behind nobody. It is by far the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been the best laundromat I have went to other competitors around and I cannot find anybody who can compete with this laundromat. So if youre tired of getting ripped off from going to Midtown or any laundry mat and paying $8 to do 6 loads of laundry and then you also have to pay for a drying most of the time, which you do not have to here, I recommend you come to this laundromat.
