Comment: I’ve been using this laundry service never had problems but I took my laundry in 12/01 and when I let the owner know I was missing items she said she would get back me to that same day I called but she never got back to me and I’m still waiting for her to get back to me…. So I just want to say be careful when you take Yur laundry to this laundry service if there expensive items you may not ever see them again….exactly what I thought you would say I’m not blaming You I have no reason to do that it’s a fact …. I won’t be using your service any longer because of that… I hope Yur employee enjoys using my things as much as I enjoyed them….,

Comment: I love Lolas laundry because I live right across the street and they allow me to borrow their laundry cart to take my clean clothes to my house after I finish my laundry everytime. The dryers are really quick at drying my clothes also.

Comment: I dont love the ladies working in the day who talk about people in gossipy, judgemental whispers, and act like the customers suspicious and might steal going steal the bathroom, or rip people off by letting them put in $6 for be wash them when the customer has to suddenly leave and take out their clothes, not only not return their money, but deny service of fluff and fold and charge $1.00 after you spent the previous $6 and didnt use the washer at all... Completely unhelpful during an emergencyI love Olivia. She is welcoming to all, protective when needed, always looking out for her customers, keeps the place spotless, has a smile on her face, patient, and instead of gossip or being snarky, she stays busy working and is the hardest worker I know.

I dont want to be bother nor smell them and watching homeless ppl begging the customer for food and money, you will lose business if this continues. Lolas is my favorite place to wash clothes . Comment: After a VERY frustrating two days of checking out laundries, I gave it one more chance and went to Lolas Laundry on Northgate. BOOM! Instead of the laundry gulags, I found myself in the clean, well attended, well outfitted public laundry of my dreams! I went back to my college days where it was a treat to go to the laundromat.Lolas staff and customers will help if you havent used a public laundry in a decade. It also has a wash and fold service, plus a variety of machines offering just the right capacity and price for your needs. The coin and soap vending machines, plus a snack machine make this a luxury, compared to the run down, awful alternatives in Natomas and even West Sac.Its great to give a max review for once and Lolas deserves it!

Comment: More expensive than other laundromats and I see why. It’s exceptionally clean, and it’s better organized. Only more expensive by $0.25-$0.50. At least there’s a way to assure any problems will be fixed here, unlike the Launderland on Truxel & W. El Camino.Launderland just gives you your money back and the guy says he’ll tell the owner whenever they come in. If he has the owner’s number, then he should tell them at the time of the problem and put a sign on the machine. But he doesn’t. The same problems exist there.3 stars here because the Caucasian lady (her shirt says Michelle) gossips about customers. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars. That’s something you do in private if something is bothering you. But she thinks no one is listening. Even when it’s not about me, it’s rude. She gossips about everything, even if it is not a problem. She shouldn’t do that. There’s always someone listening. The other women don’t talk much. That’s how you know they’re focused on their job.

Comment: I have been going to LoLa for two years now can I just say that this place is really great I had my five months old and was loading the dryer with one had all the ladies have seen me for Every other week through pregnancy even after my son was born and one tenant offered to hold my son so that I can load the dryer these ladies are so sweet the owner is a very nice lady and her son is also sweet I love coming here I feel welcomed every week.

Comment: The restroom is always locked with no key in sight. I washed here when I was 8 months pregnant and really needed to go to the restroom and I almost ended up using the restroom on myself because there was no one around with the key. I dont know if it was a long employee shift change or not but not being able to get into the restroom was very inconvenient for a 8 months pregnant customer. ☹

Comment: I did not have a good experience in this place. There was an attendant wandering around but then she would disappear, it will tell you to call a phone number but nobody would answer. You have no access to a bathroom as it is locked at all times and if you cant find the attendant youre out of luck and so are your children. You have nowhere to wash your hands, unless you find the attendant.

Comment: Clean, cleaner, cleanest laundromat in the area! The equipment is new, the place is big and bright unlike some laundries that are dark and dreary. Four TVs and free wifi so I wasnt bored. The wash took 28 minutes and my clothes were dry in 25 minutes so I was in and out in an hour. I couldnt find Lola to thank her but Ill be back.
