Rinse - Laundry & Dry Cleaning Delivery
151 S Utah St, Los Angeles, CA 90033, United States
Update on below with lovely photos of holes in the area and near vicinity of where the stain was on the photo they had sent. Yup, this would be photos of the white Co dress! This is when sarcasm really kicks in... Thanks for removing the stain that wasnt there when it was picked-up from my place and replacing them with holes.Original review:What is there not to love about a dry cleaning and laundry service that picks up and delivers between 8pm and 10pm? Let me count the ways...I used to love Rinse. It was convenient, even with hiccups here and there. I am a realist. No service can be perfect, so I dont expect perfection. Having said that, there was that time when Rinse returned an item, that I had dry cleaned at another cleaner multiple times without any issues, not cleaned because their service partner determined that it couldnt be dry cleaned. Error on the caution, it is annoying but I got it.Pick-ups and deliveries being an hour late... Hey, things happen. I continued on using the service. So, my last pick-up happened on Monday (04.15) and it will be the last pick-up for Rinse.I have used the service enough to know that I get a confirmation email with photos of items they received, usually one day after the pick-up. Great, right? Come Wednesday (04.17) at 5pm, and no confirmation email and my dry clean items are suppose to be ready for delivery on Thursday (04.18).I reach out to Rinse and they advise me that I shouldve received an email because the cleaning is done and ready to be delivered on Thursday (04.18). I also had an alteration item, which they had assured me in an earlier communication that I would be contacted after they review the piece and before sending out for alteration. Yup, didnt receive any communication about the piece.I ask them to send me the confirmation email with photos of items and to deliver the dry cleaned items with the alteration piece, which they quoted delivery for next Thursday (04.25) after I followed up twice on its status.Their reply? None of my items have been processed (aka: not been dry cleaned) and thus they cant send me the confirmation email with the photos. Wait! You will soon understand why the photos are important part of this nightmare. This was the first time I sent Rinse high-priced ticket items. I wanted to make sure that I can trust them... That they will promptly send photos of items received and not misplace items. So, I used their service for months before trusting them with a Co dress and a Marc Jacobs dress. After getting conflicted status about the items, I ask them to deliver dry cleaned items to me on Thursday as their original quote and include the dress (Marc Jacobs) that was sent for alteration without being serviced. Their customer service sends a text message with an attitude to confirm my request. I mean would you trust the service at this point? I just wanted everything returned to me as soon as possible. When I text to confirm, I receive another text message with another conflicting status on my items. They do have the dry cleaning ready and in their office to be delivered, but now the Marc Jacobs dress may not be available to be delivered even without having it worked on. They would have to check to see if it can be returned to me as I had requested - to be delivered with dry cleaned items on Thursday (04.18) without alteration. You know because they had advised that the dress was still being reviewed.Oh! You will love this part. They finally send me the confirmation email with photos. The Co dress (white) has a big yellow stain in the photo. That dress didnt have a spot when I placed it in the bag for pick-up. Now, I am not into conspiracy theories but... They didnt provide the confirmation email with photos like they have always done in the past until I asked multiple times and only after providing me with conflicted status on the items. The stain is pretty big in the picture... Conspiracy to cover up possible damage to the dress? Perhaps, someone spilled coffee or something while dry cleaning it.
Rosie Wash Express Laundry

I was referred by a friend of mine and loved the idea of being able to have my laundry done for me in order to save time, but sadly this will be my first and last time using your services. Maybe I am just poorer than I originally thought but $242 for three bags of clothes that werent even filled to the top seems way too expensive to me. These are prices that folks in Beverly Hills would probably be accustomed to paying. We live in South Central Los Angeles and are working regular people. My receipt stated that we had 95 pounds of clothes and we have no way of being able to confirm that is correct. Dirty clothes weigh more so even if we weighed the clothes after they have been washed the weight would be less. Also we paid for Tide laundry detergent and Suavitel fabric softener to be used however the clothes literally smell like nothing. I use Arm & Hammer detergent regularly and my clothes always have a scent after washing so I would expect the same from a higher grade detergent such as Tide. I am not trying to bash your business however I do feel the need to inform folks thoroughly so that they know. I understand that you have to make your money but your services are not within our price range unfortunately. I do like the way everything was folded. Thank you for that.

They are the best laundry service in LA. I had few bedding items( FOUR bedsheets and THREE mattress pads) to be cleaned. They saved me not only tons of money but also time. The pricing is reasonable and the Customer service is the absolute best!!! Kind and willing to help. Very clean and professional! I even got $20 off on my first order.Im glad to have picked the right place to wash my clothes at..If I need to wash and dry my clothes again this would be the place I would come back to..I recommend this to everyone.
Luludew Diaper & Home Delivery Service
5508 Alhambra Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90032, United States
I've been using Luludew diaper service for about 16-months, now. My son has had the the best experience with the All-In-One (AIO) diapers. It's the easiest and cleanest option for babies bums. Parents, if you want the best for your babies and do not want foreign chemicals on your baby's skin then consider trying this diaper service. I couldn't bare the thought of using disposable diapers on my son's skin. Additionally, it's a sustainable diaper option. The delivery service is prompt and extremely convenient. I do not have to worry about dropping off dirty diapers or picking up clean diapers from anywhere except my front door. Also, I have more than enough diapers delivered weekly. I always have an abundance left over. This is an excellent business, I highly recommend their diaper service and their laundry detergent. The detergent is clean and made with essential oils and has such a soft and minor aroma. It's 100% better than the free and clear options in the stores. All babies have sensitive skin, and this detergent goes a long way because it's concentrated so you only need a little for each wash. Did I tell you it's inexpensive? It's all my baby knows. Thank you Luludew for serving your local communities.
Desis Coin Laundry
2377 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006, United States
That Desis keeps taking peoples $ who are none the wiser their supposed warm and hot water washes are, in fact, cold is shameful. My request to receive 1/2 my money back ($2 for a $4.25 wash) when I selected hot water and the washer delivered only cold (the glass being cold on the front load gave it away) was reasonable. The attendant even acknowledged the water was cold, but refused to compensate me in any way. She said whether or not the washes have hot water depends on how many people are washing, but not even 1/3 of the washers were in use at the time.I asked to speak with the man who was taking quarters out of the machines (using a wheel barrel of buckets) and, after he felt the front of the washer I was using and other washers (while I waited 15 - 20 minutes), he talked to the attendant who then told me it is the owners policy they are allowed to put quarters in for a second wash when there isnt hot water. Well, first of all, why didnt she offer that solution at the time she acknowledged the hot water wash was cold!? But not helpful to me, in any case, as I only brought enough oxygenating bleach for my one load of whites. And, honestly, how many people are going to wait another 40 minutes while a single load washes again and the rest of their laundry is drying? Not me, and not many, as Im sure THEY KNOW.You also might want to consider that Desis used to keep the doors on both ends of the store open, which helped with air flow. Now one of the doors is always closed and locked, which, besides keeping it very hot in there, is a safety issue in the event of an emergency, earthquake, etc.
Love Laundry W Pico, LA
5960 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035, United States
Over priced. Only getb15 dry time at a time. So you have to constantly be there to restart your clothes. Out of the 15.minutes dry time 10 is drying and 5 is cooling down, which is a waste because you have to restart it to keep drying, so you go through 3-5 cool downs. There are more washers than dryers and people and are in line waiting for dryers constantly. The ladies have attitudes, they are running around like crazy staring people washers because the crefit card machine is working. So you have to pay for your wash at the desk and then wait until she runs around and starts all of them for you.. its a horrible method. They wont allow you to use paid dryers, always tell me no. Always want to check if I have clothes there washing before Im allowed to use the restroom. Smh. I have decided to just go elsewhere even though I live across the street. It less stress elsewhere
Los Lavaderos Coin Laundries
2625 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, United States
Very clean and peaceful experience, and I recommend this laundromat to anyone, especially those needing to stop in late evening, afterwork, etc., to take care of their laundry prior going home, or those that might be going out for an evening about town, but first need to stop in and wash that favorite shirt, or blouse, or garments of choice that needs to be tighted up, prior to making that grand entrance at their pre-selected venue of destiny, well folks this is the perfect facility for you to do just that as it is well lit, secure, reasonably priced, with attendants on duty to assist you if needed, or if youre in a hurry, you can drop your clothes off, and have one of the staff members there take care of washing, drying and folding for you, and simply pick them up on your way back, which is what I personally like the most.?? oh yeah, and best of all, they have an electronic pay system, so you dont have to worry about bringing quarters, and not having enough,??nor do you have to be concerned with detergents, laundry bags, etc., as the attendants have all those items stocked and ready for purchase? Happy laundering folks!!?

Vermont Coin Laundry
1420 Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90006, United States
There are tons of washers of different varieties and sizes. I love that there is an option for prewash which is essential for washing my scrubs. There are also lots of snack and beverage options in the vending machines. I really loved the layout and the fact that there are several places to sit, and fold. My clothes also washed super well courtesy of their awesome high quality IPSO washing machines. I'm a firm believer in supporting small businesses and this place is it. I'm definitely going to be coming back. The prices for washers/dryers are also a major plus in comparison to other laundry places in the area. 10/10 ??
Laundry Room - Fluff & Fold Service
1802 Hillhurst Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027, United States
I have been going here for half a decade and always loved this place (as much as anyone can love the laundromat lol). However I had a very strange experience tonight, where upon arriving at 8:35pm the gentleman working there tried to shoo me away saying the last call to start laundry was 8:30pm; even though the place closed at 10pm. He further insisted he could not make an exception for me as he already made plans to leave after the one other remaining customer left (who was currently drying his clothes). I begged the guy to at least let me wash my clothes, promising I wouldnt keep him any longer than the other customer and that I absolutely would be done before the official close at 10pm. He ultimately relented to only letting me use the wash. After my clothes finished washing, the other customer was still there doing his laundry (and the worker was nowhere to be found) so I went ahead and started drying my clothes thinking Id just leave when the other customer finished if the worker guy made a fuss. The worker must have seen I had started drying my clothes from a distance and called the manager Kerri, who showed up shortly after. I could see them mean-mugging me from afar, but the other customer was still finishing folding his clothes, so Kerri didnt say anything at first. As soon as the other customer left, I could sense what was coming so hurriedly started retrieving my clothes from the dryer as they both advanced upon me. Kerri very aggressively told me off for being rude to the worker; saying she saw me on camera (Im not sure what she could have seen except me politely pleading with the worker to let me wash my clothes?). I assured them both I had every intention of leaving as soon as the other customer was finished so as not keep him, apologized multiple times and thanked them for allowing me to do my laundry. I further assured Kerri I had not been rude in anyway to her worker and I appreciated him letting me wash my clothes. Her response was well your standards of being polite are different than ours, and its best if you NEVER come back here. This all went down at about 9:30pm as I was leaving; 30 min prior to the official close and literally not keeping the worker a minute later than he would have otherwise had to have stayed on his shift.
