DO NOT take your alterations or dry cleaning here, you've been WARNED.. I have spent thousands here (with coupons I admit since why not when im paying thousands anyways in reoccurring biweekly dry cleaning). I have also done several alterations, with more alterations coming there way.. I was completely surprised and shocked at how I was treated today when I showed up with a new suit that I was, once more, paying for a hem alteration and dry clean. I'm not surprised at how I was received given the entitled, unprofessional and extremely rude service that has been given to me this whole time, specifically the front line greeters. I was told by the alteration rep that he doesn't want to “do double work and that I was annoying” because I would bring up questions regarding if he can do minor adjustments on HIS WORK after I tried them on at home because it was off… Keep in mind they were just questions and I never acted on or brought them back for adjustments or, in his words, having to do “double work”... I told him the only time he had to do a “readjustment on his alteration work” was ONCE… ONCE!! and his response was that “once is enough for me”.. Trust me, you will spend thousands of your hard earned money here only for them to treat you with a “we don't need you and go somewhere else attitude”.. Please take your business somewhere else where you will be valued and not be called “annoying” just because you ask valid questions that you don't even actually act on, but are just curious.. They are all rude and dont try to correct their mistakes or take accountability, instead they will blame it on you the customer. I've noticed most of these “5 star reviews” have unrealistic shady names that I wouldn't be surprised are made up, being that they are completely unethical as well.. Trust the constant multiple negative experiences from others with this company and just avoid doing business here altogether, youll be glad you didn't spend your hard earned well deserved money here.

I am someone who has a hard time being accountable to herself when it comes to working out. As a nightshift nurse, it can be difficult for me to motivate myself to work out when sleep seems more important. Getting a personal trainer was the best thing I could have done, and I had tried a few, but none were as great as Andy. Andy as a personal trainer is incredibly motivating, attentive, and invested. Our 1 on 1 training sessions, although only 30 minutes, are amazingly productive--I work out so hard in such a short amount of time! Even though I am dying during our workouts, Andys positivity pushes me to work out harder. His ability to make me believe that I can do movements I had never done before is affirming and is even better when I see myself getting stronger and faster.One of the best things about Andy as a trainer is that his workouts are tailored to you and your needs. It doesnt feel cookie-cutter, and he describes the benefits of each movement we are doing. I am someone who likes to learn and understand, and Andys knowledge of the human body is admirable. He clearly explains why we are doing each movement, which helps ME workout better. My short-term goal working out with Andy is to get wedding ready--so we work out my wedding muscles. Even though it seems like every workout is his favorite workout, it is refreshing to know that Andy has aligned his goals for me with my own.Moreover, Andys training doesnt just end after you leave the gym. He provides homework for you to do at home each day, allowing you to continue your strength training and accountability outside of your sessions. Each workout is laid out specifically, making it so much easier for me to work out! I have a hard time thinking of what exercises I need to do, but with Andys homework assignments, I dont need to worry about that.Training with Andy has made me stronger, leaner, and more confident in myself! The effects of working with him transcends more than my physical appearance, but also my attitude in life. I actually LOVE working out now-- a statement I never would have said before-- and it feels weird when I dont make time to work out every day. His energy is contagious and ultimately makes you want to be better! His investment in me as a client and a human is so apparent and encouraging. I am so grateful to have Andy as a part of my team!

At 38 years old with no prior gym experience, I didnt know the first thing about working out. I had decided to prioritize my health at the new year. My goals were to swap fat for muscle, learn how to lift heavy to stave off osteoporosis, to learn good form and to avoid injury in the gym. What originally brought me to Train with Dave is their scientific approach to fitness and diet. They dont push trendy, extreme measures. Instead, they teach sustainable lifestyle changes. Although Im at the beginning of this journey, I can already see changes taking effect. Everyone around me is commenting on how much toner I already look.They assigned me to Gio and it has been a fantastic fit. I never dread showing up for the gym. I had tried some non gym fitness classes in the past and I used to absolutely dread the loud, smelly, frenzied environment. I feel peace as I approach this gym. The facility is clean, well ventilated and never feels overly crowded. There are no gym bros grunting their way through sets. Gio is as calm as a placid lake. He is thorough with his corrections but would never berate or scream at you. Its a sweaty, but almost meditative experience. Hes great at monitoring for potential problems. Gio is on top of making any adjustments to the routine that is needed. The approach is personalized. Hes well educated and well trained. I confidently recommend him to my friends.The app they provide has been incredibly helpful. It gamifies the process and makes me more competitive with myself. My diet is logged in daily and I receive guidance from Gio. I was given a lot of nutritional tips that have made getting the right macros feasible. I am never hungry. In fact, I dont believe I have ever been this full in my life, but my clothes are looser than ever. Theyre hands on with every aspect of your journey, from diet to training to at home workouts.Theyre incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling. It makes it possible for me to train even with my erratic schedule.Im already so happy with my results, but I cant wait to see where Ill be 2 to 3 months from now. I have no regrets with the time and money I have invested into training at TWD and Gio.

Where do I even begin! I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff and surgeon is! I did extensive research to find the right surgeon for my procedure. And I have had consultations with many over the years. None have had the kind bedside manner, level of knowledge, nor giving me that feeling of caring about what's important to me and what I'm looking for. I did my homework before meeting with him, and I thought comfortable asking him questions so that I fully understood the procedure. So many other surgeons that I have met with haven't listened or even asked what my needs are. Dr. Anton treats you like an equal and cares about you as a person. He took such great care explaining everything to me and took copious notes so that when it was time for the surgery he knew exactly what needed to be done. I had no nerves the morning of my surgery. I have had surgery in the past and I've always panicked, but I felt so secure in his hands. If you want the best outcome, and a surgeon who takes double the time to make sure that your surgery is done with the most expertise, then do not hesitate to book with Dr. Anton.Now onto the staff. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these women. From the anesthesiologist, the OR nurses, the front desk staff, the medical assistants. All top-notch, genuine, kind, caring women. Thank you Bernadette for always being upbeat and positive and being so patient with all of my questions and emails. Thank you Dani for the thorough pre-consultation and taking the time with me to understand what needed to be done on my end. Thank you Holly for being so kind and taking good care of me in the OR. Thank you Dr. Yang for being the absolutely best anesthesiologist in the entire world! It was the only time I woke up and didn't feel sick, I actually hadn't even realized that I had had surgery upon waking up. This is one of the most blatant acts of trickery and theft that I've ever encountered with a business involving repair and installation in my entire life. I am not using hyperbole; please take a walk with me here and read the following so that you can be prepared to fight back against businesses like this that take your kindness for weakness.I've been living out of the country since 2010 in Hong Kong, and the tenants that we have living in our condo currently pay directly to any technicians that come to the condo for repairs or installations. I will arrange the technician after asking questions and fetching a quote, and then the tenants will arrange to be home during the time the technicians some to do the repair work needed at the condo.I informed my tenants about the upcoming job, which was quoted at $150 — and I even asked our tenants to give a $20 for a tip provided the work goes well, and ONLY if the work is confirmed as complete and guaranteed, as agreed in our Yelp communication with MDTECH prior to arranging the microwave installation.What Pavel did was take advantage of me being out of the country by adding a remodeling fee of $87, even though the cubic space was identical to the previous microwave that was installed there. There was no reason to do this. Even the officials at Home Depot made this assertion when they came to drop off the microwave unit itself, so MDTECH took advantage of a situation and added this fee for no good reason at all.They also added a base repair fee of $20, which I can live with, but again, something that was not mentioned as a possibility for fees with the entire job.Oh and then the diagnostic fee of $69. Pavel just failed to apply that fee towards the sum total of the cost of the job. What he could've done at the very least was indicate that the diagnostic fee was added but then subsequently deducted on the invoice since the job was actually performed and completed. So another act of dishonesty and that is beyond unprofessionalism - it's just plain shady business practice.So to summarize, Pavel took advantage of a situation of knowing that the tenants do not know the amount of the quote he gave me, inflated the price with unnecessary fees (or fees that he decided to COMPLETELY leave me in the dark about), and had them sign. Almost $300 for a microwave installation, and the unit itself cost a little more than $400!BUYER BEWARE: Shame on you MDTECH for this blatant act of criminal theft. I plan to take this matter to the BBB and Consumer Affairs, followed by whatever else necessary so that others do not experience what I have.

My husbands dress shirt needed to be pressed for our wedding. Ive already washed it at home and it was clean. When I went in, the lady at the front said itll be better to do wash instead of just doing a press. I followed her advice.Went to pick up the shirt the next day, only to find theyve used too high of heat to burn the glue on the collar, creating a black outline on the collar. The lady kept insisting that this is how the shirt is, we cant do anything about it. When I insisted that doing a wash and iron doesnt have this effect since Ive washed and ironed it at home before. She said shell try again by same day. I came back before closing to pick up the shirt to find that the is ruined and cannot be fixed. I showed the lady the receipt of purchase and she said she will talk to the manager and let me know how theyl l credit me so I can buy the replacement. This was 11 days ago. I havent heard back from the manager. I also reached out via their chat feature and was completely ignored.Since we needed the shirt, we bought the replacement the same day and took it to a different cleaners to get it washed and pressed.Attaching the shirt View Cleaners ruined and the new one I bought for comparison.Update June 26:Manager finally reached out and provided a credit.

Haidilao, which most of us seem to know for their famous dancing noodle dish, has food as tasty as the dancing noodles are entertaining. This is such a fun way to transform hotpot into a choose-your-own-adventure style dining experience.First, there may be a small wait even with reservations because theyre just that popular. However, the host is pretty good about checking in. Also, who can complain about a wait when youve got delicious Asian bugle and wheaties styles snacks to slowly munch on (dont ruin your appetite) and roasted barley tea! There are also a ton of fun things to do, ranging from karaoke, painting pottery, to escape rooms, for longer waits.The menu is exploding with options. Its a bit of a headspin for first timers, but youll be grateful for the options when you come with bigger parties with lots of different tastes! Highlights include the option to have up to 4 different broths going at once.Its hard to go wrong with the broths - every broth I tried is tasty in its own right. However, pork bone broth is the clear flavor winner as you barely need any dipping sauce with whatever you cook in that broth. The tomato broth is nice for vegetables and has extra tomato-y, juicy tomatoes that stew inside.The fatty beef brisket, beef tongue, varied mushrooms, and varied tofu plates were all fantastic. The variety of the tofu and mushrooms, including the wonderful tofu skin, mixed and matches with any broth flavor. The meats are all tender and soak up the broths like a sponge.Youve got so many options from vegetables, seafood, meats, mushrooms, Tofus, and crispy fried delights. Dont forget to try their crispy little buns that come with condensed milk. Youll be in fried bun heaven. The multi-meat meatballs are also a fun dish to order. Their shrimp balls were A+ in the golden chicken broth.You can start, end, or accompany this hot pot adventure with a snacks, desserts, and dip station. Fun flavors like fermented black bean are available, but they also have the classic sesame paste and sesame oil. If you arent sure how to mix the dip options optimally, they have a sheet showing you popular dip combinations. Dont forget to grab some shrimp chips!While by no means cheap, Haidilao provides such a fun experience and is a great place to go for a family night out or to indulge with some friends. Servers check in pretty frequently and ordering is easy too. The only thing Ive missed out on during each visit so far is the dancing noodles! But I can confirm its worth visiting, with or without those dancing noodles.

I thought they did a good job with my first dry cleaning so I came back with my fave fleece jacket. A few days later I picked it up at the dry cleaner and came home, when I removed the plastic cover I noticed that my jacket smelled horrible like nasty wet towel that doesn't smell clean at all… My new fleece jacket looks worn out already for some reason.I was going to take it back to the dry cleaner but after I read one of the reviews I decided to take it to somewhere else instead. I'm very disappointed…

I went to this store with my boyfriend to get clothes for his upcoming interview. The associate, Travis, was A-MAZING. My boyfriend and I are very introverted people, but Travis approached us with a calm demeanor that made it easy to talk to him. He helped my boyfriend with measurements to find the write shirt and blazer, and even gave him a heads up on how the shirt may fit well on the neck, but baggy in the torso. He was right, but his honesty was refreshing. After that I felt like we could trust him. He knew when to give us space to contemplate, but yet made it known he was available for questions or help. It has been a while since I have seen great customer service like this. Clothes are great quality, but are pricy so keep that in mind.

Would leave a zero star review if possible. The vet techs at this location are incompetent- they did not thoroughly look through the documentation I provided them and ended up pushing a vaccine on me that my cat did NOT need.I was hesitant because I originally thought she only needed her rabies shot (which is what I booked for) but figured they were the professionals so they know what they're doing. They told me her FVRCP booster was up, and I should get that as well since that is a core vaccine. I asked them if they were sure because I remember going to the vet only a few months ago this year, but they said yes that's what her certificate says. I should have trusted my gut, because after going through my paperwork again in the car I called my vet and she confirmed I was correct. So not only was my cat double dosed, but I was unnecessarily charged.In trying to solve the issue, Vetco let me know they cannot refund me at the store or through my credit card remotely (even though they clearly have that information on their end), and instead have to wait 21+ days for their “investigation” (them looking at 1 paper I had shown the original vet techs) to take place, and for them to mail me a physical check… to top it all off they couldn't even provide me with any sort of documentation that this conversation happened! I told them I was worried I would have to call again and restart the whole process and would appreciate an email of some sort and she blandly just said “no we don't do that”.Long story short- do not use vetco as a vaccine clinic! They only care about the money they make, not your pets health, and not you as a customer of theirs.
