Had an absolutely amazing experience entrusting my family heirloom rug to Ali and his familys owned rug restoration service!!I was originally wary of entrusting my familys priceless rug to a cleaning service, not wanting it to go through an industrial one-size-fits-all process. But I could not have had a better experience with Babash Rug Services. From the get-go, Alis transparency into the process, timeline, pricing, no hard selling, photos/videos of their track-record of successful projects, and vision for the future, were incredibly reassuring. The amount of care they put into an individual rug is absolutely incredible, and frankly, unparalleled.I had also consulted them for damage in the fringe area of my rug. Ali and his father gave me transparent pricing and personalized, non-hard-selling advice as to how they can hand-fix it, or what could be the repercussions of not dealing with the damage. Even then, they respected my wish to leave the rug as is, even encouraging my decision to preserve the identity and history of the rug!Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend the business to anyone entrusting their precious hand-made rugs for a thorough, careful, and personalized restoration and cleaning. The after looks a little grey but that's just because it was right after the treatment and still wet and rippled. I'm writing this while it dries because I'm so happy with the service itself and their customer service in general. I highly recommend this company. The service guy was super nice, very fast, wearing a mask, lugged all the fancy equipment up my steps, and was done in under 40min. My area rug is approx 9x12. The price was reasonable. I left a message and received a reply the same day and an appointment within two days. Absolutely will use this company again.

Great Service - would highly recommend! Brandon arrived a few minutes early, did a walk through, gave me the price for the job - which was more than fair, and rocked it out! Carpets looked great. I highly recommend Citywide Carpet Cleaners for efficient and professional service. This is the second time Ive used this company and both experiences were excellent. My call was returned quickly, we set up a date and I was called a half hour before the scheduled arrival time and the technician was right on time. Shneur happened to do our carpets and upholstery the time before and just like that first visit, he was very nice, helpful and conscientious to do a thorough job. Our carpets and chairs came out great. Pricing is very fair for quality work.

Jerry and Brian came highly recommended from a close friend and they did not disappoint! Right from the start I felt that I had finally found the right guys! Their communication was precise and on time, which is not all that common these days! They provided me a detailed fee proposal the same day they came out and walked my project. Their install team was on time, clean, and so respectful. These guys went above and beyond! My 4 year old cried when he got home from school today and they were already finished, he wanted to say good bye and thank them directly! My floors look amazing, as well as the wall patching and texturing they took care of for me! 10 out of 10, I wont use any one else from here on out!

Called a few weeks in advance to schedule an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. Did not receive a follow up call on the day of to confirm that they were coming. I received a window of 8:30-10:30am to expect a technician, and no one ever showed. I called around 10am to see if they were still coming, and the guy on the phone let me know that a dispatch had not been confirmed. He had me hold for several minutes while he figured out the problem. He then let me know that I could expect a technician in the next 15 to 30 minutes. No one showed. I called back 5 times and got sent to voicemail. No one has contacted me since, or showed up. Terrible customer service.

I have a small place with too much stuff, plus a spoiled kid with a million toys and Im also in the middle of planning a champagne prom party. So much party supplies, my kids toys over consuming my living room, and too much stuff in my kitchen thats basically being used as a storage room. This crew came in and totally reorganized everything for me. I had clean dishes (pots n pans) on the floor bcus I had nowhere to put things. Thanks to this crew, I have extra room all around. They cleaned the windows/ blinds, inside my refrigerator, mopped, cleaned shelve tops, etc.. but most importantly THEY ORGANIZED.. its so clean and organized that Im scared to move or touch anything lol they did such a great job!!
