Comment: Jerry and Brian came highly recommended from a close friend and they did not disappoint! Right from the start I felt that I had finally found the right guys! Their communication was precise and on time, which is not all that common these days! They provided me a detailed fee proposal the same day they came out and walked my project. Their install team was on time, clean, and so respectful. These guys went above and beyond! My 4 year old cried when he got home from school today and they were already finished, he wanted to say good bye and thank them directly! My floors look amazing, as well as the wall patching and texturing they took care of for me! 10 out of 10, I wont use any one else from here on out!

Comment: Jerry scheduled my appointment two days after contacting him. His crew led by Sean were super efficient; in and out within 2 hrs. They even left their big drying fans overnight so the carpets could be super dry in the AM. The price was great too!

Comment: Quality Carpet Care is the best carpet service around! Jerry and Brian started cleaning our family home about 15 years ago in Agoura and still continue the same excellent service today. They are extremely professional, prompt, and do an absolutely amazing job. This morning my carpets were full of dirt from kids/dogs but after Quality Carpet Care did their magic the carpets look and smell spectacular! Comment: Is there were more than five stars I would use them. Quality is the correct name as I have watched them take care of customers over the years. I met them when they were just starting out with their business in the early nineties and watched them become great businessmen. I have referred them to friends and family with great reviews. They have been at my home over the years cleaning carpets, upholstery and recently replacing carpet. They were patient with me making a selection for new carpet, offered samples and answered several questions. When the crew was here I was impressed how quick the installation was and the clean up! My carpet is beautiful!

Comment: I highly recommend Quality Carpet Care for any flooring needs. Jerry and Brian were quick to respond and explain what was needed for our hardwood floors. We got them sanded/resealed and they look brand new. They also recommended baseboards that really made a huge difference. It was a hassle free process that I didn’t need to oversee because of their updates and photos of the progress.

Comment: Quick response, professional and HONEST. I contacted Quality late afternoon and they were on-site the very next morning to assess water damage in our home . The damage turned out to be minimal and Jerry gave us options to take care of it on our own where as another contractor would have certainly taken advantage and tell us we needed tons of work. They were professional, courteous and took the time to educate us on our options. We will defiantly go back to Quality when it’s time to upgrade our floors!

Sergio and Chuey did a beautiful job Removing pet stains and the overall cleaning. I prefer local businesses and will continue to recommend and use them again.

After my wife and I finally decided on the carpet we were going to be happy with we had These guys give us a price, and I’ll say their price was roughly 40% less than the previous company we’ve used for over 20yrs. They were fast efficient and pleasant to work with. Great job guys.
