Comment: Malachi did an awesome project with my parents carpet cleaning. He was respectful and took the time to explain he was doing to my elderly parents. They appreciated the customer work he provided. Highly recommend company and ask for Malachi to do the job!

Comment: Julian did an amazing project for our house. We had two rooms cleaned, an area rug and a sectional. He took an 11 year old sectional that had never been cleaned and made it look as wonderful as new! He took his time and made sure we were completely satisfied which we are! Thank you Julian!

Comment: Called a few weeks in advance to schedule an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. Did not receive a follow up call on the day of to confirm that they were coming. I received a window of 8:30-10:30am to expect a technician, and no one ever showed. I called around 10am to see if they were still coming, and the guy on the phone let me know that a dispatch had not been confirmed. He had me hold for several minutes while he figured out the problem. He then let me know that I could expect a technician in the next 15 to 30 minutes. No one showed. I called back 5 times and got sent to voicemail. No one has contacted me since, or showed up. Terrible customer service.
