Embassy carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my rental property carpet that I didnt think could be saved. Over a decade of usage without proper professional cleaning left big dark grey sections on the beige carpet in all major traffic areas. I called Embassy Cleaning to give me an on site estimate. Steve, the owner, promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up on time with his son Josh. I really appreciate that they gave me an honest estimation and set my exception right; explaining what could or couldnt be cleaned, and the good news was that the carpet could be cleaned to a decent state. Right after other interior renovations were done I called Steve again and set up a next-day appointment. Father and son came as scheduled and I was shocked to see how clean the carpet looked two hours later. To sum it up, I was really glad that I found Embassy cleaning; their service, including communication and the actual job, is impeccable. It was just a pleasure to deal with honest and efficient contractors like Steve and Josh, and every time I see the clean carpet Im thankful for their service.

3.5 stars, good job. If you grew up like I did, with your mother teaching you to clean corners with a toothbrush, you'll probably be disappointed I with this cleaners. But if you just want it to be generally clean, they're perfectly fine. I just realized that this is the second time we had a household have used this company. When I called and spoke with Mark I told him specifically I wanted the inside and outside of my windows cleaned, and I was dissatisfied with the company I used before who said outdoor windows was a man's job. He laughed at this and said it was ridiculous someone would say that. Now I realized this was actually one of his crews! LOL. I don't know if it was the same crew, but they cleaned the windows inside and out very well. I get the feeling that the lead cleaner actually knows how to clean very well, and the other ladies pretty much follow the directions. The areas I suspect the lead cleaner did are detailed, but the other areas or not. For example they did clean out my closet, but did not open the closet door to sweep behind it. Behind the toilet, and underneath the toilet seat was also not great. The bathroom was cleaned well, but residue from the cleaning agent was left in the sink. There's also a pretty good amount of dust left on the floors in the corners, but I did tell them to make sure to dust the baseboards and that got done pretty well. They got up most of the fingerprint marks from the high touch areas that I wanted. I think if they had some more sophisticated tools they could be more detailed. For example they need a good vacuum and magic erasers. I did think it was strange that the price went from $120-$200, especially since this is a 400 square-foot room with a tiny bathroom, no kitchen or walk-in closet. But maybe they realized what house they were at when they got here! LOL, previously another household member who had a really bad experience with them. My experience was pleasant, and Mark did say they can come back and do what they missed, but I feel like they should just be more detail oriented the next time. We've tried out a lot of cleaning companies and most are about the same. I'm going to have to spend about 40 minutes cleaning the details that were missed and I consider that to be pretty good.

I worked for this company and the owner Darren was very unprofessional. He violates many labor laws and treats employees very unfairly and disrespectfully. As for the company being GREEN it is not. Never once have I used any green environment friendly chemicals while cleaning peoples homes. One time we were provided products. The owner lied to the customers about my reason for not going talking to them about personal 8nfo that was completely false and hear say by another employee. I had a 3 day excuse from urgent care signed and dated and sent to him 3 times and he never contacted me personally nor did I ever try to steal a customer. He told clients I was a no show due to being out all night drunk when that was not the case at all. He embarrassed me, he lied to customers about me and fired me for going to the ER for a documented bad kidney infection that caused blood in my urine. He deleted me from the app we have to do everything on so I can see my conversations hours history that he can change and control anytime he wants. He changed the probation period many times to accommodate his reason. Fired me and refused to give me my final pay .. now I need to address the matter legally. He only converted with my partner about work or clients. So I was never apart of stealing any clients nor has there ever been one disrespectful message or comment from me personally. Yet he still fired me for going to hospital lied to clients and humiliated me to clients under false accusations he has no proof of other then hear say. I have documented hospital records to prove him wrong. I have to collect my last pay by contacting legal services now for the wrong doings I personally have dealt with due to issues between him and a completely different employee then me. We are not one voice or person. You dont punish both employees when 1 employee has an issue with you. He is childish and every message I had sent was always very professional never rude or disrespectful. He has yelled at me and made me look bad to our customers for something that never personally involved me. I was sick sleep in bed as he and the other employee spoke about unprofessional personal matters Infront of clients. He trashed my name and I was always kind. He should never be allowed to manage any employees or companies in the United States in my eyes.

Jozef did a great job cleaning my one bedroom apartment. We had previously hired somebody who took longer and was not as thorough. My girlfriend is pretty OCD and she was very satisfied with the clean. The initial cleaning was planned and executed efficiently. Josef immediately did a walk through of the space and immediately saw the areas that needed the most work. He scrubbed the tub, washed spots on ceilings, walls, and cabinets, did a general dust, vacuumed, then performed a detailed dust, then mopped. We have two long hair dogs and the dust and hair gets everywhere. Jozef used all green products and really geeked out on cleaning method, products, and strategy. Best of all was the price. His price was better than most other offers I received and he did all of this within the time time he said. Definitely a happy customer. Will be calling them back in 2 weeks!

Save your money to just replace your carpet. I have so many complaints about this service I cant even bring myself full justice in this review.For starters, they HOSE you to even ATTEMPT to treat pet stains. Literally DOUBLED the price of cleaning my whole house just for spots in the living room. They charged us $300 to base clean 2 small bedrooms and a living room. However, he so kindly included an area rug at a discounted price. Then he charged us $300 just to use their pet cleaner which obviously did not work.For starters, I am in my twenties and have zero experience with carpet cleaning.. So, when the cleaner quoted me I was shocked but I am a renter, so I neededto make it right and have these carpets cleaned. However, I spoke to my mom a few minutes later and she said she had never heard of anyone paying over $600 for carpet cleaning. She demanded I tell him to stop immediately and let him know he was taking advantage of me because I am young and didnt know better. Long story short, he had already sprayed down a bunch of stuff and couldnt just stop but insisted this was going to clean our carpets and if it didnt he would come back. Well, guess what he did have to come back. After less than a week all the spots returned, so he returned to spot clean.. well guess what, they are back again and We need to replace our Living room carpet which will cost just as much as this cleaning. This AWFUL company took our money for their gain. Shame on you Active Chem Dry, we will not be back.

Let me first put out the disclaimer that when we were taking bids for the commercial office cleaning at our Irvine and Anaheim locations that Momentum Janitorial was not our first choice. Simply put we had an agenda from the finance dept to cut cost and go with the lowest price which is what we did and thats why we didnt originally choose Momentum.What a HUGE mistake and if I can help anyone avoid the same issues we went through that would be great. The adage goes you get what you pay for and it couldnt have been more true from our experience with choosing the cheapest vendor. Everything from not showing up the first day, excuses, bad cleaning, old and broken down supplies, to just poor attitude.We finally had enough and decided to give Momentum Janitorial a try and it has been a complete reversal. This company while not the cheapest they are professional, responsive, courteous, and they do a wonderful job cleaning both of our locations. I would give them a 5 star but i docked a star for pricing.Bottom line is if your tired of janitorial companies that give half an effort then call these guys and you wont regret it.
