Comment: Thorough cleaning. On time. Very easy to schedule and make payment (I use Yelp messenger and Venmo for convenience). Started using them pre-pandemic and continue to use them during. The cleaners have taken all measures seriously, including mask wearing and show removal/covering before entering, among other sanitary precautions. The use of green cleaning products is a plus, especially if have small children or just prefer less chemicals in the home.

Comment: Like many other reviewers, I contacted OC Cleaning based on their stellar reviews. However, it feels like a low-budget, untrained company showed up on cleaning day instead of the professional cleaning crew that is portrayed in the online reviews. I simply dont understand these glowing testimonials. My experience was much different. It was evident the cleaners were rushed and hurriedly put items back in their place or failed to clean certain things at all. I paid $600 for a deep clean, but instead got my surfaces wiped down quickly, a speedy vacuum job and hastily-made lopsided beds. OC Cleaning is overpriced and underperforms. The one good thing is that they act like they care, but that doesnt clean the house.

Comment: We have a vacation home in Anaheim and needed a cleaning company that could come in and wash sheets and towels along with the normal cleaning. Many cleaning companies would not offer this. Thats when we found OC House Cleaning. They have been amazing to work with! They are always quick to respond to my texts and can always get me scheduled when I need to have it cleaned. I highly recommend them. My house looks amazing every time they clean.

Comment: I used OC Cleanings services for a move-out cleaning. I should admit great customer service, very fast responses, precise quote, managed to book one day to get this done. The team came on time and finished ahead of schedule. The house looked extremely clean after their work! Robert and Rachel did great job and made everything sparkling! Their pricing was very reasonable based on the quality of their cleaning and overall customer service. I would recommend OC cleaning for their services and will gladly use them again

Comment: Gave my son and his two roommates a gift of cleaning. We all couldnt be happier. They even cleaned the dirty dishes in the sink! They also quoted 3hrs but once there it only took 2 and I was not charged for what was quoted. Thats how you do it. Very fair. From the office staff to the crew, they were all very courteous, professional, very nice and on time and will use them in the future. Really appreciated the constant communication when on way and when finished. They were awesome!Thank you everyone for putting my mind at ease.

I have used several companies in the past and OC Cleaning was by far the best Ive used. Comment: Jozef and his team are the best. They clean my 1200 sq ft home in 2 hours and always leave my house looking amazing. I have them come every 4 weeks. They are always on time, never go over 2 hours, and are always willing to do what ever I may ask them to do. We have 2 cats and their cleaning supplies are very pet friendly. Im sensitive to strong cleaning supply smells and I have never had a problem. I would HIGHLY recommend OC Cleaning. The best pricing for the best work! Seriously!

Comment: Jozef did a great job cleaning my one bedroom apartment. We had previously hired somebody who took longer and was not as thorough. My girlfriend is pretty OCD and she was very satisfied with the clean. The initial cleaning was planned and executed efficiently. Josef immediately did a walk through of the space and immediately saw the areas that needed the most work. He scrubbed the tub, washed spots on ceilings, walls, and cabinets, did a general dust, vacuumed, then performed a detailed dust, then mopped. We have two long hair dogs and the dust and hair gets everywhere. Jozef used all green products and really geeked out on cleaning method, products, and strategy. Best of all was the price. His price was better than most other offers I received and he did all of this within the time time he said. Definitely a happy customer. Will be calling them back in 2 weeks!

Comment: I had 2 cleaners come in and do a deep cleaning of my baths and kitchen.  They did a good job!  I appreciate that they used only safer, green cleansers,  which are better for my family living in the house, the environment, and the workers themselves.  The owner also arrived toward the end of the cleaning to personally check on the work that had been done.The owner also came back on another day to replace old caulking around the sinks and bathtubs.  It involved much more work than was originally anticipated, but he stayed until the job was complete and the pricing remained the same.  This is an honest and trustworthy business!

Comment: I used that service 2 months ago for my son when he was moving out from Irvine to Oregon and they did a FANTASTIC job ! Everything was spotless clean and on time and my son got his deposit back. The important thing is they not only past my expectations, but the Landlords as well . I highly recommend them .
