Comment: I was given an accurate and fair price quote over the phone. There were no surprise additional costs which I have experienced with other carpet cleaning companies. The office gave me a three hour arrival window as well as a call and text 45 minutes before the the carpet cleaners arrived. The technician discussed the process with me before hand and did a great job. My technician was very professional and friendly. I had very dirty stairs and he was able to get all of the dirt out so they look like new. I will be using Active Chem- Dry from now on!

RJ was extremely helpful! He came out right away for an estimate. We received 3 estimates and ended up going with Chem Dry because of a referral and the price. So happy with the service! Comment: The field rep was super polite, his estimate was double what I was quoted on the phone, over $800. We reluctantly went ahead with the deep clean. I chose Chem-Dry for the no residue claims. We were told that the carpets would take 2-4 hours and the couch 4-6 hours to dry. Its currently over 24 hours with the house wide open and the carpet and couch feel wet to the touch. We now have all of the cushions outside in the sun and the furniture still out of the rooms. I will never use this company again. Super nice and polite is not enough to win my loyalty, I feel pretty much ripped off.

I have so many complaints about this service I cant even bring myself full justice in this review.For starters, they HOSE you to even ATTEMPT to treat pet stains. Literally DOUBLED the price of cleaning my whole house just for spots in the living room. They charged us $300 to base clean 2 small bedrooms and a living room. However, he so kindly included an area rug at a discounted price. Then he charged us $300 just to use their pet cleaner which obviously did not work.For starters, I am in my twenties and have zero experience with carpet cleaning.. So, when the cleaner quoted me I was shocked but I am a renter, so I neededto make it right and have these carpets cleaned. However, I spoke to my mom a few minutes later and she said she had never heard of anyone paying over $600 for carpet cleaning. She demanded I tell him to stop immediately and let him know he was taking advantage of me because I am young and didnt know better. Long story short, he had already sprayed down a bunch of stuff and couldnt just stop but insisted this was going to clean our carpets and if it didnt he would come back. Well, guess what he did have to come back. After less than a week all the spots returned, so he returned to spot clean.. well guess what, they are back again and We need to replace our Living room carpet which will cost just as much as this cleaning. This AWFUL company took our money for their gain. Shame on you Active Chem Dry, we will not be back.

Comment: I was extremely happy with my entire appointment!The technicians RJ and Fredrick showed up promptly at 9AM and immediately got to work. RJ was knowledgeable and friendly in answering all my questions regarding a quote, the cleaning process, and billing.The appointment took 2 hours for deep cleaning 2 bedrooms, living room, set of stairs, and a 3-seater couch. It would have been a shorter appointment but RJ and Fredrick took extra time to tackling the stains on my couch. He took the time to explain all the steps, the pricing and what to expect after he was finished. I love that they warranty their work as well. He was very honest about his work, and explained what the cleaning would take out of the carpet. My 11 month old baby was getting ready to go down for a nap, and he completed her room first so that the service wouldnt interrupt her sleeping schedule. I thought that was a very nice personal touch. He also assured me that his products are green and safe for my kids and pets. It gave me peace of mind to know they wouldnt be inhaling any toxins. Comment: I just had my carpets and sofas cleaned by RJ at Active Chem Dry. I must say that Im so happy with the results. First of all, RJ was very careful with his equipment and basically carried every piece over to each carpeted area so our new wood laminate floor wouldnt be damaged. He was very thorough and explained everything that was involved in his cleaning process. Once he was done with our carpets, he cleaned our sofas, which were filthy after 11 long years of wear and tear. He recommended a deep cleaning for them in order to remove the body grease that had settled into the fibers over time. The result? I no longer have to cover my cushions up with a blanket. After reading through countless companies because there are a billion carpet cleaners out there I found RJ. I wasnt sure what I was going what to expect although the the initial conversation on the phone was pleasant and it seemed as though he was an honest hard working person. Well today RJ showed up about 10 minutes early and went to work. Now the result, and it was exactly what RJ said it would be. I got exactly what RJ explained to me I would get. I have to say that usually the carpet guys spend less than 45 minutes doing the small house we have but RJ spent at least 1 1/2 hours getting the job done correctly.
