Comment: We finally found a company that actually cares about how the office is cleaned and actually delivers on its promises.Our building looks great ever since Momentum Janitorial took over the daily cleaning duties. The management team is also very responsive and the company did a good job training their staff and making sure they were ready before bringing then into our building.

These are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe Momentum Janitorial.From top to bottom our office looks great. Our employees are happy and they comment on how good the bathrooms and kitchen area looks. You get what you pay for is what we learned the hard way and we are now very happy to be getting a great cleaning service for our office space.

Comment: We own a property management company in Newport Beach and Mometum handles the commercial office cleaning duties for a few of our larger properties throughout Orange County. While occasionally a few issues do come up we have had no major issues. We are very pleased with the staff they use as well as the excellent communication from the mangers.I would recommend giving this company a try.

Comment: They do the commercial cleaning fur our office building. Awesome company to work with and you can tell right away they enjoy what they do. Our office building is 59,000 sq.ft and weve got over 100 people walking through our doors every day and our building always looks and smells amazing when we arrive in the morning.Id give 6 stars if I could!

Comment: The team over at Momentum Janitorial are true professionals when it comes to office cleaning and janitorial and Im sure you will notice the enthusiasm with which they discuss their office cleaning program.Our office was a complete mess when they took over. The managers promised me we would see a difference and within just a few days our restrooms and kitchen started to look and feel much cleaner. Ive also gotten many compliments from my co-workers about the quality of cleaning.Weve had the misfortune of hiring a few bad office cleaning companies and without a doubt Momentum Janitorial is the best commercial cleaning company weve had.

Comment: We are very happy with the service that Momentum Janitorial provides us. They come in nightly Monday to Friday and provide a full office cleaning. We have about 80 staff members here and our office is about 50,000 sqft and they do a fantastic job of keeping it looking clean day in and day out.There are tons of commercial office cleaning companies on here and we know because weve been through half of them. If your like us and your tired of going through janitorial companies every 6 months and instead your looking for a company that hires good people, takes pride in their work, and a management team that is pro-active then you should hire this company they are really good at what they do!

Comment: Let me first put out the disclaimer that when we were taking bids for the commercial office cleaning at our Irvine and Anaheim locations that Momentum Janitorial was not our first choice. Simply put we had an agenda from the finance dept to cut cost and go with the lowest price which is what we did and thats why we didnt originally choose Momentum.What a HUGE mistake and if I can help anyone avoid the same issues we went through that would be great. The adage goes you get what you pay for and it couldnt have been more true from our experience with choosing the cheapest vendor. Everything from not showing up the first day, excuses, bad cleaning, old and broken down supplies, to just poor attitude.We finally had enough and decided to give Momentum Janitorial a try and it has been a complete reversal. This company while not the cheapest they are professional, responsive, courteous, and they do a wonderful job cleaning both of our locations. I would give them a 5 star but i docked a star for pricing.Bottom line is if your tired of janitorial companies that give half an effort then call these guys and you wont regret it.

Comment: As far as commercial office cleaning companies in Irvine go Momentum Janitorial is one of the best we have ever worked with. They seem to really care about the cleaning service they offer and the management team is really easy to deal with and their price is fair relative to the market. We are very pleased with the office office cleaning service being delivered by Momentum Janitorial and look forward to continuing using their service.
