Good afternoon,Let me tell you about my experience when visiting this laundry,I showed up to wash at 11:50 am with my clothes from the whole week since I work from Monday to Saturday and while I was washing something happened that I didnt expect,At 12 pm they put this paper on my vehicle and when I left to wash it was already 1:30 pm the paper said that I had parked in an illegal, illegal place!? If it is supposed to be the parking lot of the laundry, what are they talking about, I said, But well, if they dont want me to park, then I wont do it. Starting today, I will stop being their customer, just because I park in their illegal parking lot haha

They close at 10? I showed up at 9:05pm, and the door was locked. I tried to indicate that I only needed to use the dryer (machine at my apartment was busted) and they simply wouldnt open the door for me. I was just trying to dry a single load of bedsheets, I probably would have been out of there by 9:30.OK, I think the hours are different now, but they lock the doors like an hour before the official close time. If youve got a load running youre good, but no new loads after that. Its written on the door, but it would be helpful if it was written here.Other than that, I like the place. The variety of washer sizes is useful when I want to wash bulky items like blankets, or if Ive just got like a months worth of laundry to do. While the big washers might seem expensive, if you consider how many loads they hold, they end up being cheaper than the ones at my apartment. More time efficient, too. I could take 3 hours at my apartment, running up and down the stairs every half hour, or I could just bring my laundry here for 1 hour and be completely done. The dryers are great! Helpful staff, too.But yeah, the parking is a pain. Do NOT park the spots designated for other businesses, lest a mad shrieking harpy descend upon you, frothing and raving, hurling fury and lighting-fast tow-trucks!

A horrible horrible experience, if you want have your clothes to be cleaned and be treated nicely by the owner, NEVER go to this cleaning store. When I pick up my cloth, there are still lots of obvious stains on it. I just said it's should be fully cleaned, because it's your job to make the cloth clean. And the owner was being so pissed and angry, she literally pointed my nose and yelling at me, said “nobody can get this dirty cloth again, we don't do perfect job, nobody can do!” And I was so shocked because this was the first time I have been treated like this. And I have never met anyone being so hateful and angry like this lady before. It was just sooooooo terrible ?? For your own good, never come to this place.

Their new (to-me) space is large, bright, colorful and includes a big outdoor patio to enjoy their delicious, Filipino-inspired desserts and beverages.I love Creme Caramel LA. There are so many things to love about them.Their deserts are creative, delicious and they have rotating, unique flavors as well as their classics. They specialize in custard/flan style desserts but they dont stop there. They also have amazing cheesecakes, bread puddings, bars, cookies, cakes, pies and more! They even have a fun unicorn poop item (spoiler, its a meringue cookie).They dont stop at dessert though! They also have some savory brunch style items and a full cafe menu. Besides the variety, I also appreciate how each item is packaged as a single serving. It lets me order a variety of things to try since I can never pick just one.The staff and owner are some of the friendliest people youll ever meet. They are kind, generous and care about their wonderful, small business and community. The owners are from the Philippines and they use their cultural history to inspire exciting new flavors like the Calamansi Cheesecake.I wish I could stop by more often. I used to live really close to their Valley shop but moved out of the area. They have lots of street parking available as well as a small parking lot. If you are looking for fun, original desserts, they are worth checking out!(side note, their receipt spells it “Grey” and I'm Canadian so I'm sticking with it!)

They sold me stale fake Cuban cigar for $35 - I told them it was probably fake and the cashier swore up and down and made ridiculous claims. She looked stressed and I don't try to make cigars a habit so I thought I'd try it . . . well I just tried it and it was stale and honestly I don't blame the cashier but whichever jerk runs this place and demands their employees resort to telling a first time customer they have Cuban's ?Again it's obviously the owners selfish, cheap and lazy thinking that pulls this kind of “business”If you go here don't buy into the “salesmanship” unless like me you have some pity for the employee. Or just know what you want to get lolThanks Cigar house! Oh and it looks like I'm not the first review to make similar claims. And looks like I'll leave this same review on your other listings : )
