Its All Clean San Diego
4275 Morrell St b, San Diego, CA 92109, United States
It's certainly all clean! What a great business run by an amazing guy. I needed to get my carpet cleaned professionally after moving out so I went with this business. He's quick to respond, gives you the best quotes for the amount of time and work he puts in, and does a thorough and detail oriented job! They say you get what you pay for so even if he doesn't end up being the cheapest quote, I would highly recommend spending a few extra bucks for great quality work without someone constantly trying to upsell you once they get there just bc they gave you the cheapest quote for the lowest quality job! Definitely go with It's All Clean for your next carpet cleaning needs, I promise it'll be worth your money and you won't be disappointed!!! Go get squeaky clean everyone!
Peninsula Carpet Care
6428 Thornwood St, San Diego, CA 92111, United States
Not the cheapest but certainly the best cleaning service out there. They are the only ones that lived up to the promise of permanently getting rid of those tough stains. Others would come and clean my carpets and a month later, the stain would be back with a vengeance.UPDATE 07/11/2014:The first time they came to my house, they charged me $145 for my whole house (1 large livingroom/office area + 3 bedrooms). They did a great job, no complaints there. The carpet was clean and stayed clean for a good 2 months, which is a little better than my previous carpet cleaning guy. Having said that, the previous carpet cleaning guy only charges me $80 for my whole house. Thats $65 more, but I bought into all this talk about cleaning with all this natural products and not leaving any chemicals in the carpet.Last week, I called to have them come by and clean my house again. They showed up today, this time two guys showed up (one with a clipboard and another with a rolling measuring tape). They walked into my house saying, Ok, its going to be $0.50/sq foot and start measuring my living room. After they measured, the guy with the clipboard made the calculations and right way tells me, the living room is going to be $130. I was a little surprised since the previous time it was only $145 for the whole house, so I said something and it was as if they were playing good cop, bad cop. One guy says, we can call and talk to our boss, meanwhile the other guy is saying, no, no, our boss said to charge $0.50/sq foot. Then they went on to measure one of the bedrooms, which was completly empty and the good cop is like, we can charge you $0.35/square foot for this room since its completely empty and the other guy says, no the boss said $0.50/sq foot.Needless to say, I didnt do it. The quote to do the whole house came out to almost double what they charged me the first time. While their service is good, I cannot justify spending 3-4x more than what my previous guy charges. I guess Ill be calling my old carpet cleaning guy again, since Peninsula Carpet Care is more interested in making sure they turn a BIG profit off of every visit, instead of trying to keep a happy, repeat customer.

Eco-Dry Carpet Care
3821 Utah St #5, San Diego, CA 92104, United States
Rob was a consummate professional. He was on time, thorough, & very quick! He's a lean, built carpet cleaning machine! I did have to move furniture and other items that were on the rugs and carpets that he cleaned, which I'm sure is one of the disclosures I didn't read. So, make sure you can be there the whole time in case extra attention is needed, or just move stuff the night before. For best results, you have to wait about 4 hours before you can move stuff back on, so plan for the backend as well. Lastly, the price was insane! 2 bedrooms, 4 rugs, & 1 large L-shaped couch for $275. Quotes from a couple other guys were starting at $500 for the same work. Not sure if there is a less expensive company, but price for quality and time were on point.
Weekend Maids - Housecleaning Service San Diego
9393 Activity Rd ste d, San Diego, CA 92126, United States
I just had a nightmare experience with weekend maids where my passport and social security card was stolen along with other personal valuables. I was in the process of moving and had moved most major items like furniture but still had many personal belongings in the home. I told the maid to just focus on the bathroom and kitchen as those needed a deep clean. I let her into the home and returned to work for a while, then came back to pack more of my items and see the work she had done. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was nothing had been cleaned after two hours. The next thing I noticed was many of my belongings had been moved around. Long story short I quickly realized things were missing which were in plain view in her car. I confronted her and she claimed she thought it was trash she could take. She said we could get my hiking backpack out of her car which I saw in plain view, but when we opened her car I found countless of my personal items in her car including: my passport, my social security card, hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards, my $500 nikon camera, my pearl necklace, my $140 laptop charger, two pairs of my fiances shoes including motorcyle boots, his motorcyle helmet, his diploma, his guitar, my makeup, my shampoo/conditioner-too much to all list here. I was in shock, gathered my belongings and asked her to leave. Not only did she steal hundreds of dollars worth of belongings, I can only imagine the havoc she could have wreaked on my life by having my passport and social security card. I took time off work to deal with this and was so upset. When I called weekend maids to report this, they offered me a discount on a second cleaning and said their CEO would call me, which he never did. Please do not use them-not only could you have expensive material possessions stolen, sensitive personal documents can be taken and used to steal your identity and wipe out your bank accounts. I have heard stories of cleaning services provided being less than expected but never have I heard of or experienced a nightmare like this with such little accountability or follow through from the business

I dont think Ill use any other company to clean my home again. Pablo, you rock!!! :0) Thanks again if youre reading this.
Glisten Co Cleaning Company
4444 Mission Blvd Suite #107, San Diego, CA 92109, United States
I really was hoping for better from this company, when I booked I made it clear this was a very dirty house I needed to get a cleaning for a move in. As the pictures show, they didnt even touch some surfaces. This was the lightest, laziest clean Ive ever had done. The booking process was a little confusing since I reached out to the number listed and spoke to Patrick and then had to confirm my info with someone else who gave me a call and then told me a higher price, I had to show him screenshots of the texts but he did honor the original price. The day of the cleaning only one guy showed up and was here for over 7 hours. The company should have sent him with another person because it clearly wasnt enough time for him on his own. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned thoroughly, most of the windows and their sills were entirely untouched, webs left throughout most if not all the spaces and he didnt even clean the floor on my first level. surfaces in living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were just as sticky or dusty as they were originally and were obviously missed. I gave Patrick a call to try to correct this and was just told theyd address it with the team. Now Im out over $500 wont be able to schedule another cleaning on time for my painters.Edited to add to the owners response: I wasnt expecting any kind of maintenance, thats what the crew at my house right now is for. they were supposed to clean and barely did that, they just should have told me they couldnt do it with the one cleaner or should have had me wait a few more days. I wish I wouldnt have been told they were going to clean the garage or blinds so ill remove those comments since now theyre saying they dont do that. Theyll say whatever they need to to get the job though I guess! the cleaner entirely missed surfaces and walls they specifically said would be cleaned. Im talking about sills, counters in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen and even the only floor to be cleaned downstairs in the living room was untouched. This is a cleaning company which may be good for light cleans. NOT deep ones or move outs/move ins unfortunately.
SD Air Quality - San Diego Air Duct Cleaning
5044 Ruffner St, San Diego, CA 92111, United States
I write this review because I am glad they were willing to come when it was very hard to do in the middle of a pandemic last December. They appeared professional and wore shoe covers on the way in,And did a diligent job too at cleaning the vents. And also helped us diagnose and answer some HVAC related questions.Though my only disappointment is that a gash was torn in the duct following their cleaning, which was ok before their service. Resulting in no blowing air coming out of the vents downstairs(we have two zones in the house) while my energy bills skyrocketed as the furnace was heating the attic or at least 60% air coming out of it, there was air coming out of upstairs vents though. I called them back immediately after noticing there was no air coming out of the downstairs vents when I turned on the furnace after they finished cleaning and left, they couldnt/wouldnt discover the problem when they came back days later. It took me months of paying abnormally high gas costs and enduring half the house cold, to finally find a HVAC contractor that could diagnose the problem which was a large hole that had been discovered in the airduct going downstairs, thus the furnace was heating the attic instead. While I understand that accidents and unexpected things can happen even with the most abundance of precautions during duct cleaning. Though as a company that specializes in air ducts I expected them to be able to at least inspect the ductwork and find the problem, since they were able to take pictures of some of the ducts the day they cleaned. If they had found the problem early, and not left me in the cold, I would recommend them to other people. I was originally tempted to leave a two star review, but since they came, cleaned my ducts, helped answer, my questions, and acted professional I decide to rating them as I did now.
San Diego Expert House Cleaning
841 Turquoise St #105, San Diego, CA 92109, United States
Alex Corral provided bi-weekly cleaning services to me for seven years in a two-bedroom condo at Alicante - and would still be doing so if health issues had not motivated my move to a retirement facility (which has its own housekeeping). I am a retired University Administrator and Professor, always said to be a “tough grader” of both subordinate and student performance. It would suffice to say that I give San Diego Expert House Cleaning a grade of A+. More specifically, though, besides the impeccable cleaning, I want to commend the honesty, dependability, and courtesy exhibited by Alex and his employees. I confidently entrusted a key to my unit and a gate lifter for parking in my second space. Never in all those years was I disappointed, and today Alex remains a good and trusted friend.
West Pacific Services
4445 Eastgate Mall #200, San Diego, CA 92121, United States
I am a facilities supervisor that is responsible for 9 buildings in a combination of office and manufacturing space. I have been using West Pacific Services for 3 years now. We have day porters during the day that take care of the lunchrooms and the bathrooms. During the night we have a cleaning crew that does the cleaning. We have a lot of people in our buildings during the day and they do a great job keeping everything clean without causing disruptions. The night crew does a great job at waxing the floors and cleaning carpet on a rotating schedule. When we have a problem or a special request they are very responsive to take care of our needs. I can highly recommend West Pacific Services for doing a great job
