I was a customer for years, and I was more or less ok with the service and product. I had noticed, in the past, reluctance to acknowledge an occasionally less than adequate job when mentioned. This time, however, after bringing several shirts, some of which were for dry cleaning and the rest for laundering, and asking (as I always did) for light starch in the laundered shirts, the young man shook his head yes and placed them all in the same bag. When they cam back, all of the shirts had stiff collars and cuffs, the way my laundered shirts appeared. When I called to complain, the owners response was abusive and belligerent. He shouted to me that he separated the shirts, that they were not stiff, but pressed, and that I was somehow trying to belittle the employee who had received the shirts from me. He had a hard time listening to me and insisted that I was complaining to somehow malign this new employee. Obviously, this is THE END of my patronage. If you continue to go there, DONT COMPLAIN! Too bad, because the older man who does the alterations is nice and competent.

DR JS GETS THE JOB DONE.My wife has a faux fur jacket which had been pretty much ruined at another cleaners (green touch in Van Nuys). There was a strong disgusting scent of urine permeating the jacket after cleaning. A different cleaner simply couldnt get the smell out. Yet another cleaner (across the street from Dr. J) wouldnt even try because they werent confident in their ability to get it cleaned properly. My wife was despairing that the jacket would never get the smell removed, she thought she was gonna have to simply throw it away.Dr JS GOT IT CLEAN! He was understanding, friendly, and assured her that he would do everything he could to clean it properly. And he did! When my wife picked it up, the smell was gone!Thank you Dr Js Cleaners for doing the job right. It is good to find a cleaner we can trust. Well be coming back!

Dont ever trust this business owner and give your business to him. his name is Han and a horrible person. I took my shirt to dry clean and they made a whole on it. he said to bring a receipt to reimbursement but when i got there he said he bought a new one for me. This shirt is from Banana Republic and is sold out. he said that he send his wife all around to look for the shirt and bought it for me. there was no tag on it which he said he dried clean it(The new shirt). The material was totally different and the style as well. and i could tell this is not my shirt. He didnt have my old shirt and didnt want to show me the receipt. Which this all tells me he is a liar and risking his business over $40.00 shirt by lying and loosing me as customer. he was swearing on his mom grave and telling me his is christian and never lie. And at the end he said this is all you get take it or leave it. Please dont go there.

They do good work, but the kid who works there has no personality and I mean no personality. Very cold. I bring in my husbands shirts often and lets just say its not a joy to see him behind the counter. But they do good work so I guess we will live with it.

Dropped off my items on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready the following week on Tuesday after 5pm. I came in the next week on Tuesday morning thinking they might be able to give it to me earlier and i handed my receipt to the lady and she gave it back to me and pointed at the date and i replied back saying that was today. She then said to “come back after 5pm”. I came back later that day after 5pm to pick up the 4 pairs of pants i had dropped off a week ago to find out that not only could i not take at least one or two of them with me but, none of them were finished. The tailor had not started on any of the items i dropped off a week prior to the pick up date. The tailor and another lady told me to come back the following morning as my items would then be done. When i came back the tailor was unsure of which items were mine as she told me she lost the tags to my items so she wasn't sure which ones belonged to me. I did get all my items back in the end but over all poor poor poor service here.

LEGACY 1HR CLEANERS RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!! I never do this, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else so I feel compelled to share.Recently I discovered it had some minor rust -colored stains on the bottom of it (somehow while hanging in my closet - my mistake for not getting it preserved)...) and took it in to see if they could help. First of all, they had the dress for over a month, and never called me with any kind of update. I had to check in weekly, asking when it would be ready. Then they finally tell me its ready, and the ENTIRE thing (take a look at the photo) is covered in stains- head to toe! Completely destroyed - not to mention they totally shrunk it as well. When I picked it up, I was like, what happened?! And they said something about the process they used to try to get the stain out must have somehow dyed the rest of it (?!) but that its a cute dress and I should try to “have it dyed a dark color.”Im so upset. Its obviously a sentimental dress which I planned to pass on to my daughter and now its completely destroyed. Not only did they not even offer an apology, let alone any kind of compensation, but when I complained they were downright hostile to me. They made comments like “this dress is 30 years old” (I bought it new in 2017) and “there's no way it cost that much” (after I told them the price - and then sent a link). I've never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully.I just want to warn everyone else so no one else gets their clothes ruined by this place.

I couldnt be happier with the work that the team at DR Development did in my home! We bought a home in December, and another company completing repairs before we moved in negligently removed our bathtub from our newly renovated bathroom. It was incredibly stressful for us. DR Development was referred to us by a family friend and they immediately gave us a quote and were ready to start on the work within a week of our initial call. They completely remodeled the bathtub space, taking out a window that could have caused moisture issues over time, placing concrete under the tile, replacing damaged floor tile, and giving us an even better bathroom than the one we started with! Pini and his team were so kind and communicative through the whole process. We have an eight month old, and they were very sensitive in communicating to us when we should be out of the house with her, and cleaning up every day to make sure the dust didnt get too bad. They even returned a bathtub for us that we had purchased as a replacement after we decided to install a different (and better!) one. I would highly recommend DR Development for anyone who needs home renovations. Their service was above and beyond.

Hexagon Construction recently completed a large-size solar addition to our home, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, top quality, total professionalism, I would highly recommend Hexagon as a 5-star service provider.We had been considering solar for our home for some time and I had done in-depth research, taking bids from multiple companies. Ultimately, we selected Hexagon primarily because their owner/principle, Eli, took the time to meet with us several times, walk us through the details of the project and answer all of our questions (sometimes the same questions more than once!).Eli is very knowledgeable and thorough, his patience and dedication to getting us comfortable with the work they would be doing, the steps/timeline involved, costs, materials, etc. etc. is a testament to the importance of knowing your customer and providing actual customer service.The job itself went smoothly and Eli's crew were also knowledgeable, respectful, and professional while at our home.Also, to note, barring a couple uncontrollable weather delays, once started, the end-to-end process from prep to installation, inspection, and permission to operate, followed the timeline that Eli laid out upfront. This is of key significance to me because in dealing with many contractors/projects over the years, often, the timelines provided can be overly optimistic and/or not fully thought through, so that fact that Eli gave concise estimates and actually delivered on them, that goes a long way in my book, separating Hexagon's capabilities and trustworthiness from the rest of the pack.Well certainly be using Hexagon again in the future.
