I was driving on the 101N during rush hour and a van associated with this business cut me off dangerously as it was bumper to bumper traffic. The van driver needs to be taught how to properly use a blinker and wait to merge into another lane as to not cause an accident. It's ridiculous seeing individuals carelessly believe they own the road. (License plate: 97661U2) please teach them to be safer and morethoughtful drivers!!!

Dropped off my items on a Monday morning and was told it would be ready the following week on Tuesday after 5pm. I came in the next week on Tuesday morning thinking they might be able to give it to me earlier and i handed my receipt to the lady and she gave it back to me and pointed at the date and i replied back saying that was today. She then said to “come back after 5pm”. I came back later that day after 5pm to pick up the 4 pairs of pants i had dropped off a week ago to find out that not only could i not take at least one or two of them with me but, none of them were finished. The tailor had not started on any of the items i dropped off a week prior to the pick up date. The tailor and another lady told me to come back the following morning as my items would then be done. When i came back the tailor was unsure of which items were mine as she told me she lost the tags to my items so she wasn't sure which ones belonged to me. I did get all my items back in the end but over all poor poor poor service here.

DR JS GETS THE JOB DONE.My wife has a faux fur jacket which had been pretty much ruined at another cleaners (green touch in Van Nuys). There was a strong disgusting scent of urine permeating the jacket after cleaning. A different cleaner simply couldnt get the smell out. Yet another cleaner (across the street from Dr. J) wouldnt even try because they werent confident in their ability to get it cleaned properly. My wife was despairing that the jacket would never get the smell removed, she thought she was gonna have to simply throw it away.Dr JS GOT IT CLEAN! He was understanding, friendly, and assured her that he would do everything he could to clean it properly. And he did! When my wife picked it up, the smell was gone!Thank you Dr Js Cleaners for doing the job right. It is good to find a cleaner we can trust. Well be coming back!

I came to Steamer Cleaners because a good friend recommended this place to me when someone (not such a good friend) accidentally spilled a drink on my new suit! I came to Steamer Cleaners as soon as possible to hopefully get this stain out with no damage to the suit. When I got there, parking was easy, and the counter people took care of me quick. As soon as I got to the counter, it was like a genie appeared, before I could look around a Counter person came out from the clothes conveyor and greeted me.After telling them what had happened, they ensured me that my suit would come back looking almost brand new. Then next day when I came back I was amazed! It looked like there had never been worn. I was very impressed and pleased.Ill have to say, I do like their location (being on a corner) and the building is really nice, they keep outside and the inside clean and sharp. I highly recommend you use Steamer Cleaners if you want your clothing, professionally cleaned and kept in excellent condition! The quality of work they did on my suit, tells me they probably set the standard.As for cost, well, I am a student, so money is tight, but like my dads says (when I listen), somethings are worth paying for because they are worth it. So with that said, look for their coupons online (I did).

Where to start with Raymond's Cleaners. My suits and shirts are always pressed and cleaned perfectly. My wife's dresses and coats are always presented perfectly, just like the day they were purchased. Raymonds Dry Cleaners also pick-up and deliver, which is so convenient — and their delivery staff are friendly, just awesome. Prices are fair, immaculate quality, and friendly customer service. Best dry cleaners in the Valley and certainly on Ventura Blvd.

*PLEASE READ, IF YOU PLAN ON COMING HERE*Only writing this review, so you guys can improve your customer service and work ethic.I brought a work uniform to rainbow cleaners because they were literally 8 minutes from my house. I had them only do alterations to the uniform. The manager promised me they would be ready by tomorrow. I got caught up with work so I came the day after they promised it would be ready. I come in on a Saturday and see that my clothes was bunched up on the counter, not hung up and ready to go. When I tried the clothes on, that's when I noticed that they didn't do what they charged me for. So I'm beyond upset because I needed this uniform. The girl working there got on the phone with the manager and wasted about 30 minutes of my time sending him pictures and him trying to coach her how to refund me for what wasn't done. Then she stated that she would refund me and we will fix the pants for you.Fast forward almost 2 weeks later, I go to pick up the clothes and they charged me, even after all of the inconveniences on their part. Dealing with rainbow cleaners has wasted so much of my time and the alterations weren't good anyways.I would advise to never use the alterations services here, just stick to getting your clothes dry cleaned. Also, the lovely young lady who works on the weekends, needs to be a bit more trained on the job before being solo.

LEGACY 1HR CLEANERS RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!! I never do this, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else so I feel compelled to share.Recently I discovered it had some minor rust -colored stains on the bottom of it (somehow while hanging in my closet - my mistake for not getting it preserved)...) and took it in to see if they could help. First of all, they had the dress for over a month, and never called me with any kind of update. I had to check in weekly, asking when it would be ready. Then they finally tell me its ready, and the ENTIRE thing (take a look at the photo) is covered in stains- head to toe! Completely destroyed - not to mention they totally shrunk it as well. When I picked it up, I was like, what happened?! And they said something about the process they used to try to get the stain out must have somehow dyed the rest of it (?!) but that its a cute dress and I should try to “have it dyed a dark color.”Im so upset. Its obviously a sentimental dress which I planned to pass on to my daughter and now its completely destroyed. Not only did they not even offer an apology, let alone any kind of compensation, but when I complained they were downright hostile to me. They made comments like “this dress is 30 years old” (I bought it new in 2017) and “there's no way it cost that much” (after I told them the price - and then sent a link). I've never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully.I just want to warn everyone else so no one else gets their clothes ruined by this place.

I was a customer for years, and I was more or less ok with the service and product. I had noticed, in the past, reluctance to acknowledge an occasionally less than adequate job when mentioned. This time, however, after bringing several shirts, some of which were for dry cleaning and the rest for laundering, and asking (as I always did) for light starch in the laundered shirts, the young man shook his head yes and placed them all in the same bag. When they cam back, all of the shirts had stiff collars and cuffs, the way my laundered shirts appeared. When I called to complain, the owners response was abusive and belligerent. He shouted to me that he separated the shirts, that they were not stiff, but pressed, and that I was somehow trying to belittle the employee who had received the shirts from me. He had a hard time listening to me and insisted that I was complaining to somehow malign this new employee. Obviously, this is THE END of my patronage. If you continue to go there, DONT COMPLAIN! Too bad, because the older man who does the alterations is nice and competent.

Worse experience we have ever with dry cleaners, my wife is a professional tailor, and dealing with dry cleaners on daily bases but she is faced such ignored service at first time, however first orders went just alright, but last time they damage the item, she drop the black and white dress from Macy`s store, and when she picked it up the white turned into gray, well that kinda thing could happens to everyone but this people never admit they responsibility, more the 3 month the owner have promised to solve this problem, finally we just have to left with damaged item, with no money returned, with no apology - this people does not honor their responsibility to the customers ! Be aware !

A horrible horrible experience, if you want have your clothes to be cleaned and be treated nicely by the owner, NEVER go to this cleaning store. When I pick up my cloth, there are still lots of obvious stains on it. I just said it's should be fully cleaned, because it's your job to make the cloth clean. And the owner was being so pissed and angry, she literally pointed my nose and yelling at me, said “nobody can get this dirty cloth again, we don't do perfect job, nobody can do!” And I was so shocked because this was the first time I have been treated like this. And I have never met anyone being so hateful and angry like this lady before. It was just sooooooo terrible ?? For your own good, never come to this place.
