Mark Allen was outstanding in cleaning my carpet with hypoallergenic products. I cannot. thank him enough. When I called him, referred by a friend, he was diligent, careful, helped to move a bit of heavy furniture, and sucked up dirt that had discolored my carpet. He took his time (and cleaned out his water before attempting another patch). When at days end the carpet was still wet, he allowed me to keep his drying fan overnight. It made a difference. Hes a very amiable person, an excellent performer and he will keep you entertained if you let him while working. i do recommend his work.

Good carpet cleaners but be advised that the quote they give will always be wrong. The independent contractor that came said he works with a number of different companies and that the quote they give is not his price. I was specifically quoted $111 and the contractor then said $250 this was for no additional rooms or anything. Great work and not even blaming the contractor or best Sherman oaks but they should not quote one thing or be so specific in the pricing If the contractor has their own price. Give me a range and let me know that it's a contractor not someone directly from your company.

They do good work, but the kid who works there has no personality and I mean no personality. Very cold. I bring in my husbands shirts often and lets just say its not a joy to see him behind the counter. But they do good work so I guess we will live with it.

I got in touch with them when I accidentally spilled saltwater on my carpet. Tanner was incredibly supportive and offered advice on how I could handle the situation myself, considering my carpet wasnt that expensive to start with. Based on this initial interaction, I wouldnt think twice about employing their carpet cleaning services in the future. Their honesty was remarkably refreshing and much appreciated, especially here in Sherman Oaks!

Dont ever trust this business owner and give your business to him. his name is Han and a horrible person. I took my shirt to dry clean and they made a whole on it. he said to bring a receipt to reimbursement but when i got there he said he bought a new one for me. This shirt is from Banana Republic and is sold out. he said that he send his wife all around to look for the shirt and bought it for me. there was no tag on it which he said he dried clean it(The new shirt). The material was totally different and the style as well. and i could tell this is not my shirt. He didnt have my old shirt and didnt want to show me the receipt. Which this all tells me he is a liar and risking his business over $40.00 shirt by lying and loosing me as customer. he was swearing on his mom grave and telling me his is christian and never lie. And at the end he said this is all you get take it or leave it. Please dont go there.

***Do some research before using this company - check Yelp reviews!To say I was disappointed with the outcome would be an understatement.I returned to the house for it to be painted and the floors we dirty, the window frames were dirty, the garage floor which I had been told had been washed was dirty. Kitchen cupboards were dirty, walls had cobwebs. Ovens and dishwasher both dirty.All this after 11 hrs of cleaning a small 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house which was entirely EMPTY.They watched the clock like hawks and slow-played the 7 hours they had so that by the time the 7 hours ran out they had cleaned 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but NO FLOORS WHATSOEVER. This is clearly how they operate as if the time runs out you have to keep paying for more hours.I spent part of Sunday and part of Monday cleaning things that I had been assured had been cleaned.I took photographs which I forwarded to the owner of the company, Cesar, who then blamed me for the teams incompetence because they were tired and because my initial request was for 7 hours of cleaning, which in his view was too little. For context I have had this house cleaned before in FEWER than 7 hours which included the same cleaning list this company was given PLUS washing and ironing.If they were unable to do it I wish they had simply said no.The cleaning team also helped themselves to things that were taken out of the house (some of which were meant to be thrown away anyway) but I then had to purchase them again to redo the cleaning. So this cleaning has cost me the cleaning fee, plus the supplies I then had to repurchase plus precious time lost that I could have spent doing something else.They also removed from the property new cans of paint, paint brushes etc. which I needed and I had to beg the cleaning team leader to return it as the paint had been matched exactly for the walls of this house.This was definitely a waste of time and money as the work was substandard. The owner also did not offer any empathy for the impact that the mess they left me with, never mind the theft of goods from my property.I am now left to pay for services not rendered.Do not use this company under any circumstances - they will work slowly to rack up the hours, they will help themselves to things on your property and when the work is not completed you will have no recourse but to pay them some more.*** UPDATE June 2018: Just received a spiteful email from the owner as he didnt take kindly to my review. He didnt dispute the truth of my review at all just berated me for posting it. Further reason not to do business with this company.***UPDATE July 2018: The response of the owner to my review is categorically untrue and I have emails and text messages from Cesar - who I dealt with - to demonstrate that.I have experienced a great deal of abuse and was harassed constantly after leaving my reviews to get them removed, so this response to my review is face-saving exercise.I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.
