If the owners reply and say I’m just crazy trust me that is blanket like companies use when they know they did something wrong. I am normal person who was a victim of theft in their own home.I recently purchased a new bracelet for my birthday last week. I went out to dinner Sunday night and when I got home I took off all my jewelry and put it in my jewelry bowl Sunday night.I work from home and no meetings or dinner engagements that required me to wear jewelry on Monday or Tuesday night.Wednesday I had this maid service come and clean my house. I was home the entire time they were working . I did not check ny jewelry bowl on Wednesday because I never in s million years think someone would steal from me especially while I was homeThursday morning I noticed that my bracelet was gone!!!!! I know I had not not worn that bracelet all week.I called the owners of the company and told them what happened. In a nutshell they originally offered me free service up to the cost of the bracelet ($1,360) and I rejected them immediate. I do not want these people in my home ever again. They then went back and forth contemplating to either credit my credit card for the amount or they even suggested to purchase the bracelet themselves. This is all true. I have the receipts. In the end I just decided to file a police report and report the loss to my insurance company. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. They were taking too long to correct their employees behavior and I didn’t want to wait too long to file a report. Bottom line don’t use this company and don’t leave your valuables out(that was my mistake)

I took pictures of the microwave that was not cleaned completely. They were supposed to be there 2hrs. 3 people. He quoted me 220 to 275. They were there maybe 1hr and 40 min and he charged me the max 275. When I called to ask why he gave me some round about answer. They did not vacuum or clean any baseboards. One bathroom ceiling was cleaned the other wasn’t. And the top of the microwave and the side of it which the landlord pointed out was still greasy. I had to clean it myself. Trust the reviews and do not use this company.

Comment: I hired this company a week ago for a deep clean, then come every two weeks to maintain. I should have seen the “red flag” waving when they asked for my cc number to hold my appointment. I was told I would be charged if I did not cancel with in 24 hours, this is why they needed my cc#. Cesar quoted me $300-$350 depending how long they were here. $50 per person, per hour. 3 employees showed up, on time. It took them under 2 hours to deep clean my house. They did an awful job. I saw one employee scrubbing my oven, it was all shiny and clean, until you looked at the top of the oven, which was left untouched. My master bathroom shower, toilet, cupboards must have been wiped down with a dry cloth, because it hadn’t been scrubbed anywhere. I emailed Cesar saying that his team was here for under 2 hours and I shouldn’t be charged more than $300. I also mentioned my master shower and included photos of his quote to me via text and the dirty shower they barely touched. He completely ghosted me AND had charged the full $350 before they even got to my house. Save your money and time, these guys are shady and obviously don’t care about good or repeat business. Also read their YELP reviews, I only read Google reviews, these must be their family and friends posting good reviews on Google, because seriously, this company sucks.Don’t be duped like I was.

On Yelp they have a 2 star rating and after today I can see why.The cleaning is VERY VERY Sub Par. I was quoted $200 for 1 hour with 4 cleaners. I live in a small apartment in studio city. My place is usually very clean and all that really needs attention is the kitchen and bathrooms. More than half of my tables still have dust on them and the vacuuming was a joke. If you want your place to be actually cleaned, look else where.

Kitchen cupboards were dirty, walls had cobwebs. Ovens and dishwasher both dirty.All this after 11 hrs of cleaning a small 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house which was entirely EMPTY.They watched the clock like hawks and slow-played the 7 hours they had so that by the time the 7 hours ran out they had cleaned 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but NO FLOORS WHATSOEVER. This is clearly how they operate as if the time runs out you have to keep paying for more hours.I spent part of Sunday and part of Monday cleaning things that I had been assured had been cleaned.I took photographs which I forwarded to the owner of the company, Cesar, who then blamed me for the teams incompetence because they were tired and because my initial request was for 7 hours of cleaning, which in his view was too little. For context I have had this house cleaned before in FEWER than 7 hours which included the same cleaning list this company was given PLUS washing and ironing.If they were unable to do it I wish they had simply said no.The cleaning team also helped themselves to things that were taken out of the house (some of which were meant to be thrown away anyway) but I then had to purchase them again to redo the cleaning. So this cleaning has cost me the cleaning fee, plus the supplies I then had to repurchase plus precious time lost that I could have spent doing something else.They also removed from the property new cans of paint, paint brushes etc. which I needed and I had to beg the cleaning team leader to return it as the paint had been matched exactly for the walls of this house.This was definitely a waste of time and money as the work was substandard. The owner also did not offer any empathy for the impact that the mess they left me with, never mind the theft of goods from my property.I am now left to pay for services not rendered.Do not use this company under any circumstances - they will work slowly to rack up the hours, they will help themselves to things on your property and when the work is not completed you will have no recourse but to pay them some more.*** UPDATE June 2018: Just received a spiteful email from the owner as he didnt take kindly to my review. He didnt dispute the truth of my review at all just berated me for posting it. Further reason not to do business with this company.***UPDATE July 2018: The response of the owner to my review is categorically untrue and I have emails and text messages from Cesar - who I dealt with - to demonstrate that.I have experienced a great deal of abuse and was harassed constantly after leaving my reviews to get them removed, so this response to my review is face-saving exercise.I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.

The last time I used them, they arrived more than 2 hours after the end of the window that they said they might arrive in, they did a poor job cleaning, and they knocked two pictures off the wall - one frame broke and in turn tore the other. After contacting both managers of the company, they offered to repair the frame, but the way the entire situation went was upsetting, and unfortunately not only will I never be hiring them again... but I felt so offput that I had to leave this review as well. Id say you can hire them at your own risk, but I also have to offer the huge caveats that they might be late, they might do a poor job cleaning, and they might break things.

Comment: For my girlfriends birthday we through a party at her studio, next day we woke up with the aftermath, called youve got maids and they came in cleaned up everything top to bottom within hours. even helped remove some broken furniture. i highly recommend this company they exceeded my expectations.
