Comment: Showed up at 8am to drop off some dresses to be cleaned and a skirt to be altered. The door was locked, I figured maybe someone was running late so I waited. I could see a woman inside and she kept looking at me. We made eye contact several times but she never came to even explain why they weren’t open. After 15 minutes of waiting outside I had to leave before I was late to work.

Comment: Great tailor. Prices are erratic. First time very reasonable. Second time 80.00 for hemming jeans and a skirt. 😯. A posted price list would be great.

Comment: I took my long black trench coat on Wednesday afternoon, witch had lient and some small stains (probably some type of sugary liquid that I spilled while drinking). Whent to pick it up by Saturday morning. I make sure to checked the coat before leaving and because the clerk said that some lient was still there and not removable. Well the coat was the same as when I took it in. It probably had a bit of less stains but it still had my hair on it and even some white hair ( I have long black hair). Its like they just pass the steam cleaner once and baged my coat. I asked for a refound because I paid ($26) for something that was not even done well. The clerk said that he could issue a refound and I had to wait until Monday for the store manager to approve it. Ill go back on Monday to get my money back.

Comment: This is ridiculous. I asked them to have my zipper fixed, and it’s been there a month, still not done yet! And their reason is they called me, but no one agreed on a $30 price for change the zipper. Actually, I called them every week to ask the progress of my zipper changed, their answer is always “next week next week”.

Comment: A great cleaners. Do their job correctly each time. Believe me I have been to some cleaners that ruined the elastic on my skirt, ruined a mohair sweater.Each time I take some thing to the White House Cleaners they do the cleaning correctly. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!

Comment: Tailoring is expensive and quality is not great.I took my gown to get only tailored. When I got it back: a hole was on it, one of the straps was not done and the inside of the liner was butchered.I am not a happy customer especially 1 week away from a wedding that I will be attending.

Comment: If you have clothing that you care about, dont take them to this dry cleaners. They recently lost the belt to a NEW cashmere bathrobe AND some PJ bottoms about a year ago. When I complained they told me I never left the item but recall specifically telling the sales person to tag the belt as a second item. I was treated poorly by the sales manager and only after continuing to complain did I receive a refund but they refused to give me my item back citing that they needed to keep the robe for insurance purposes. Items also dont come back clean on certain occasions and Im convinced they just steam iron and rehang unclean clothing. Ive been a loyal customer for 2+ years and have had issues with White House several times. I now would rather drive 2 miles to a dry cleaners that runs ethically than come here.

Comment: White House Cleaners and their tailor/ seamstress Angel, are very professional and attentive to detail. I appreciate how they listen toquestions about fabrics and explain various options. Though I live about 20 minutes from White House Cleaners, I do not mind going the extra distanceto have them care for my familys clothing. Customer service is A+!
