Comment: They destroyed my whites and failed to remediate it. They dont follow instructions you add either for items, they will throw everything in together washing and drying. Difficult to get in touch with them. Last load I did with them my items had a musty, yeasty smell. The driver doesnt follow instructions and ended up bothering my neighbors. A failure of a local business.

Comment: Honestly, I have no problem with Washclub. I mean they are doing my dirty laundry and they come back clean. The tip is included with each order they pick up. Very respectful when picking up and dropping off my laundry.

Comment: They are awesome. Speedy service, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. I sent them all the clothes going with my daughter to college and all the clothes from the backs of everyone closet that have been packed up for over a year. Over 100lbs of laundry in 24hours! I must also mention, they folded and packed all of the clothes to ship out!! They Rock!!!

Comment: Have ruined 4 sets of bathroom rugs in the past 2 months because they continue to put my white rugs in with other laundry which discolors them making them an off grey color. Has cost me approximately 160 dollars to replace them not to mention the inconvenience of having no bathroom rugs for days while I wait for another set to arrive. I put instructions in every time yet they persist in ruining my bathroom rugs. Finding another laundry service.

Comment: This place is great in terms of picking up and dropping with a short turn around time. The only issue is the person that delivers is obviously a smoker and my personal laundry bags which I bought specifically for this delivery purpose come back smelling like cigarettes. Luckily the smell doesnt get inside and affect my clothes but its still gross to have to bring in something that reeks into your home. Also, they kind of fold haphazardly. Maybe Im just too picky when I fold and make sure sheets etc line up. Not a huge deal but I do have to refold them.

Comment: Very disappointed in how services were handled with regard to my clothing being washed incorrectly to the point of being discolored and as a professional myself I understand how things can happen beyond your control. However, customer service is providing a service beyond expectation. Why was I not compensated automatically? Im still waiting for someone to take the initiative and make it right

Comment: THEY LOST OUR CLOTHES!!! Said they were probably delivered to another customer and to keep our fingers crossed that they’ll be returned. BEWARE!! My maternity dresses are gone and my husbands dress shirts are gone. They don’t make the reimbursement process to cover their mistakes easy either. They told us that we had to retrieve every receipt with a date at the top and credit card transactions to verify that we actually purchased items in order to get a reimbursement. Oh and their preferred method of reimbursement is in their own store credit. Lol!! AS IF WERE EVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and use a different wash and fold service.

Comment: Was having a really tough month and couldnt make it to the laundromat. Courteous staff and very timely. Was more than I expected, but pretty sure that was my fault for not calculating correctly. If you dont mind spending some money for convenience, and just dont want to worry about laundry, this is a good choice.

The most amazing service ... they pick up and deliver at your house, always on time, great communication, clean laundry, folded and wrapped neatly!This is a Godsend for working moms, busy dads, workaholic new grads, maybe even for students in a dorm, washer-dryer breakdowns, and just the laundry overwhelmed Bay area resident!Pros: fast, affordable, easy, great results! Cons: None!

Comment: Great service!, their pick up times are convient. 7:30p-10:30p. Everything is washed and folded to perfection. The only thing I would critique is that use way too much paper to wrap the clothes. I nearly fill up an entire recycle bin every time.

Comment: They come get your laundry, they wash it, fold it and bring it back. its great. it seems a little impersonal to schedule everything over the internet, but i got over that pretty quick, and you can always call them to schedule instead. as far as laundry services go, theyre inexpensive and theyll wrap your clothes in blue paper, which is always awesome.
