Comment: Its great if you doing large loads Do not use the small white washers, up front! They have a tendency to get stuck on different cycles. So it may take you 2 hours to get one load of laundry washed

Comment: People work here usually are very nice and accommodating. However, today, my clothes came out dead cold when I set the washer to be hot. I told the Filipino lady who worked there. She basically said she saw the clothes were there for a while that’s why they were cold and basically called me a lair. Well, I was nearby the machine myself so it wouldn’t be a while but 5 minutes tops but either way, the clothes should not be dead cold even in the center.If she said they would look into it or fix it, it would have been completely okay as these things happens but trying to argue with me and calling me a lair was not acceptable and bad customer service.I will still come back because other people who work here are supper nice.

Comment: The use to make sure people actually washed and not just dried.... machines smell. Had to clean out all of the detergent bins. Rather expensive to have these conditions.

Comment: Clean, cozy place to do laundry. Friendly, usually they have a bowl of fruit, theres a vending machine and bathroom. it was my living room away from home when I lived in that neighborhood lol

Comment: I used to really like this laundromat. The industrial dryers used to dry my clothes in 20 to 30 minutes. The large washers were priced perfectly at $6 and $8. Now they are $6.75 and $9.00. The small dryers are worthless and the large dryers now require more time to dry. My pockets feel the difference.

Comment: Overpriced, with undersized washers and weak dryers. A $4 double load washer only holds 1 load of clothes, and 30 minutes drying on high temperature, and your jeans are still damp, plus a pay-card system that sticks you with a worthless piece of plastic in lieu of change. Never go here.

Comment: Coin laundromat close to home. When I first visited, the staff was so friendly and explained everything step by step that I was able to use it easily.Laundry is $4 and drying is 50 cents for 10 minutes!All you have to do is load money onto a special card and use it, and there is no card charge haha, sure!!

Comment: Little more pricey than other places but for the clean and welcoming atmosphere and location it is expected. FWTW, my washer took far longer to finish the cycle than what was on the display. Only mentioning this if you like to walk away and come back at the end. Dont care it took longer, guess it means cleaner.

Comment: Easily the best laundromat Ive ever regularly used. There is always staff on duty and theyre always friendly. When I have dry cleaning, its almost always done a day early.

Comment: Clean, nice machines. Free WiFi, restroom for customers. Free parking at back door in Kezar lot. Love this place! Been coming here for 7 years. They also offer alteration, dry cleaning, and even rent PO boxes.

Comment: Amazing service. Great machines. The helpful service was so good, I assumed the employees were owners. Easy to use yourself or very reasonably priced laundry services. I opted for the VIP same day service and was thoroughly impressed and happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Comment: With a free load every 8 washes it sets the price at about $3.50 a load. many services. owner is nearly always around. good price. dont check your laundromat cards balance in a washer. it will eat a loads worth. check it in the money loading machine.
