Comment: Incredible! I use the wash and fold service and am highly impressed. For around $2 a pound I can get my laundry picked up, washed, folded, and dropped back off in the same day. The owner George and his entire team are extremely professional and helpful. I‘ve been using this laundromat for the past few months. I’ve been inside and used the machines before too. The laundromat is extremely clean and all of the machines work well.

Comment: Well, my girlfriend and I were traveling on Amtrak. We were staying at the Westin Bonaventure. They could not get our clothes washed but they gave us the name of Wash and Fold Laundromat. I called George. He said,he would get them done for us and return them by between 3:00PM and 4:00 PM because our train left at 5 PM, he walked through the door at 3:30 with our clothes washed folded, and immaculate. He saved our day !

Comment: This may be a poor area but Im glad I went. Lulu (sp?) was a very helpful nice lady who probably works 18 hour days for very little pay and no recognition. The rest of the place was filled with people just like her. No matter where I stay in LA from now on Im going to wash my clothes here and visit Lulu and the folks from this neighborhood!

Comment: The place is dirty and the dryers don’t dry, I set it to high and you will need to spend 1.25 for it to dry that’s an hour worth. I have been to places where the dryer dries in 25-30 mins. Definitely won’t be back here.

Comment: Went at around 2 am and the laundomat wasnt taking my bills. And there was a homeless sleeping inside as well so it felt a tad dangerous. Also if the laundromat is open 24 hours at least have 1 clerk working in case of any problems that might occur. There was no clerk present, therefore, the laundromat felt unsafe late at night.Shouldnt open a business 24 hours when there is no worker.

Comment: I’m from Boston staying at a hotel without washer and dryer. This place is across the street from the police station and appeared to. E safe. I arrived at 6 am and used the coin exchange machine and vending machines to get detergent. The attendant does not arrive till 7 am. But when she came she was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. My hotel was 3 miles way so I ubered there.

He open the door an said i put too much detergent an i was like what do u mean . I pretty can understand what the sign said I am not blind . I understand English . Then after I talk with him he said oh maybe because you wash too much clothe an I was like again . You just try to ignore thing an don’t want to resolve the problem . All I want is to get my clothes dry . Then the other lady come an put 2 gallon of water into the machine. I wait for a while an see if it dried because they what the owner is trying to do . Then nothing happen . The owner didn’t say anything just ignore me an I have to take all my clothes out an it wet then I have to try to find another place to do my laundry. What a mess . My time my money is not a lot but the reputation of this owner is so low .

Staff always available and friendly except I didnt feel comfortable when a lady had permission to sift thru the trash then found a blanket and shook it! Half of the place with new machines and the other half are old ...i got to the location at 9:20 pm outside on the glass window right next to the entrance there is a sign that says new business hours 5:30am LAST WASH at 10:00pm as im walking in a lady says are you going in so i said yes and. She said we are closing soon....so i said well doesnt it. Say last wash at 10 and she looked lost so i said can i atleast wash it and air dry it at home since it was just 3 shirts and 2pairs of pants for an interview tomorrow she was nice enough to atleast let me do that then as im putting my clothes in the machine another lady approches me and says u cant so i said the lady in the front said to go ahead and she said really?? So i said yes and she said ok. And went to get the lady in the front to confirm then whispered [pretty loudly]to her hell be done 2 minutes after10 thats y u say no after 9 .....pretty stupid if u ask me....they should think about changing the sign to last wash at 9. And last dry at 940 so they can close and be out by 10:00 pm and not a minute later and to top it off i left before 3 other people
