A jacket for $50.Second, they will throw away the hangers that customers brought in, without reminding the customers at the counter. My hanger is $10+ and I thought they would keep it for me because they didn’t notify me that they would not keep it. When I came back to pick up the jacket they told me they threw it away.Third, the cleaning result is not better even with higher price; instead, my jacket looks even dirtier than before cleaning.After all that, they did not even try to recover their problem. I tried to negotiate with them for any discount and they refused.Terrible store!! I’ll never be back

First time I used them, they ruined my white dress shirt by turning it into pink. I decided to let that go and still gave them another chance. The 3rd time I used them, they lost my expensive suit and another one of my dress shirts. Although, after 2 weeks, they found my suit but they cannot locate my dress shirt. Also, I gave them my cloths and they said it will be ready one day before Christmas, but didn’t mention anything about their holiday hours, which you can’t find online either! I went there 2 hours before their normal closing time, but they were closed! I didn’t have my cloths for the day I needed them for! When I went back the next day, they told me that they had a sign on the wall (which was very very small)!!!It was definitely their responsibility! They can easily mention their holiday hours online!!!I don’t recommend this place at all!

However I did feel that the cost was pricey, my clothes were becoming delayed from the promised pick-up date and the customer service was non-existent -- so I turned to yelp for an alternate cleaner in Irvine. The business that came out with the top reviews was Heritage Cleaners.So after going with Heritage for a few times I noticed that the price wasnt all that much different, however what I did notice clearly was the super friendly and helpful customer service at Heritage and punctual pick-up times.After using both business, my conclusion is University Park Center Cleaners isnt terrible, but at the same time isnt anything to write home about either. However the bland customer service and delays in pick-up definitely led me to take my business elsewhere.

I was never asked if I wanted it laundered or dry cleaned when turning the items in. Told me that there’s nothing that could be done for my situation after I paid.
