But the way the owner has harassed street vendors and has been caught saying racist things has lost them a customer. I do not want my money going to someone who is actively trying to hurt my community and who has no compassion or understanding for the Latino community in Boyle heights. It is very disappointing.

In this place GANG STALKING and MOBBING is practiced, if you are a victim of these Masonic practices, be careful, I am a victim of GANG STALKING and every time I go there to wash, the staff harasses me and people start arriving in groups in quotes to wash in The reality is to stalk and harass me, they usually wear clothes, shoes and accessories of certain colors, and there are noise campaigns, in the laundry room and on the street. Also is very common the restroom is closed and they bring homeless people to urinate in the floor when I go there.

Comment: Service is good machine wash great and also reasonable pricethe customers that goes there are mostly SpanishWhen they see a colored person walk in they quickly start calling their kids and securing their purse this was Sunday December 17th maybe around 10:30am it happens every time I go there but they and and there smears wont stop me from doing my laundry thereI sit on the wooded seat a Spanish kid was sitting there her mother tell her to move from that monkey in Spanish the other two kids was sitting on another chair the girl get up and stand up she and her mother look at me as if I was going to eat them rawI just sit there and pretend I dont know what she saidGod bless you lady 🙏

Comment: EXPENSIVE!!!! At first it was a great laundry and reasonable prices but once they raised the price on gas the owner took advantage of that and raised the price on all machines and dryers. That was understandable because the gas went up by a lot and residents and businesses had to pay more for gas. HOWEVER the state reversed that price hike on gas and everything went back to normal EXCEPT this laundromat! All the other laundromat have a big sign outside stating to their customers that the prices went back to the same way they were but this owner kept the ridiculous high prices on every single machine and guess what??? If you want hot water to wash your clothes is going to cost you $.50 cents more per wash!! Also he lowered the heat seating on the dryers and now instead of drying your load with 2 quarters you need to dry them with $1.25!! Is it even legal that he keeps over charging us even tho the gas price went back to normal and hes paying less for gas now?

Comment: This gorgeous laundromat is cleaned every 5 Seconds you have to be watching where the mobs are coming the place is impeccable machines AAL work drying youll get out of an hour and lots of machines plus they have Wi-Fi Netflix going on the screens and the girls are also sweet and that bathroom is cleaned your than mine at home

I overlooked all thee above until I saw the maintenance lady using one of the carts that customers use for there clothes to take out the trash!! It got me wondering if my cart was clean or was it used before for taking out the trash?? Disgusting .. definitely wont be back to this place

Comment: Ok so it gets really hot in there. The owner I heard just comes in, collects his coins and bounces. He or they need to add ceiling fans or turn the a.c. on! People come and spend money here. Ive just recently started coming here. Yes It would be nice if he gets the a.c. on but I also heard he gets alerts ⚠️ whenever the a.c. is turned on. So I challenge the owners to prove me wrong or do something about it. This business is operating in Boyle Heights and I live here. Dont do us wrong! #smallbusiness #boyleheights

Comment: Ill tell all you folk out there with Laundry on their to do list. This spot makes it easy, they have plenty of machines and the management keeps it tidy... its got standard rates to wash and dry, what I mean is it cost just as much as most laundromats to get your clothes clean. They huge machines for your Blankets and or large loads and the dryers heat up pretty well so in general this spot is above average in Customer service and convince. This unfortunately will come to an end when the 6th street bridge opens up...apart from the small parking lot which brings limited parking spaces for the amount of business the neighboring 7-11 brings this spot gets my approval and Im certain all you will feel the same by the experience, the location is great, but not for a laundromat.. I want to let the management know that your spot is well kept great job People!!!

Comment: Pass …Means to Pass An Object, Like a Football.Past….Means like A Certain Time. No Wash Past 10pm. Not Pass…But Past!The Owner has some issues that needs addressing. When There are no Employees not on duty, Things like Clothing Baskets stolen by the Homeless, and Trumpstool Customers, will Wheel them Unattended Clothes Basket out the door. This is why you have a notice up about getting new ones. A Machine that does not work, Brings You No Money. Owner is very slow about getting these new Machines Fixed. Plus it took a week for the owner to fix the Vending Machine that has Washing Powder. The help, which was no help…said they had no washing powder…had to go to higher priced 7-11 to purchase over priced washing soap. Slow Owner Response!!

Comment: This place is new. Its very clean. Plenty of washers, driers and two long folding tables. Plenty of space. Two flatscreen TVs for entertainment. Free WiFi and outlets to plug in your own phone charger. Coin machines, laundry supply store (open when attendants are on duty) vending machines, ATM machine and one gender neutral restroom.
