Comment: I dont wash my clothes at this laundromat all the time, I actually only made a stop here because I was running errands in this part of town. What I love about this place and what stood out to me is they SANITIZE the washing machines after every single wash. I watched them and they even test strip it after! I have never seen that before and was always repelled by the thought of who couldve washed their clothes and what kind of clothes before myself, now I have peace of mind its 100% clean. They also scrub this place DOWN. I was the only customer there and they went to town! Anyways, Ill be back! There has been some changes to staff and the owner unfortunately had a medical issue. Thankfully he is doing fine and his family is stepping in to help out. They are all nice people and generally are helpful and kind. I hope the owner Joe can come back soon.

Comment: Nice machines, pretty clean, I just dont like how the machines take quarters only...its Hella tedious having to put them in one by one ....they should update to one dollar coins-would be way easier. No big deal tho

Comment: First time I came here the laundromat was clean and all washer and dryers worked, 2nd time homeless washing clothes in the sink, 3rd time- well never got to wash my clothes, I was there at 9am (supposed opening time) and no one there, 9:30am no one there, 10am still not open!! My time is valuable and if they are discourteous enough to not care to open on time, keep a clean place then I will go elsewhere!!

Comment: This couldnt have been better! Not only was Joe open and transparent with all the services his business provides, he even got to let me and my friends pet his French Bulldog Luna. The wash and fold service is literally the cheapest in town! You won’t find a better deal AND a better owner than these two! Highly, highly recommend. They’re also super communicative through text. But its clean, theres an attendant, my clothes came out astonishing bright from their hot water the washers use,...n theres a liquor store n gas station in the same parking lot! You cant go wrong here. And one more thing, they have the gigantic dryers here. Yessss!But dam!, I should have taken pictures. You got to trust me people.

Comment: Well maintained with a full time attendant who cleans out the machines after each use. He checks the dryer temperatures to make sure they are performing correctly. Helpful in choosing the right size washer and dryer for my 8x10 rug and estimating the time needed to dry it. You can also pay him $5 to watch your wash and transfer it to a dryer then call you when its done.

Comment: This is my favorite laundromat to go to!! They have1.) Self-Service washers & dryers2.) Store Drop-off/Pick-up Service*3.) Front-Door Pick-up/Drop-off Service** Options 2 or 3 = Cost of machines + small fee. Using your soap, etc., your laundry is washed, dried, and expertly folded with care when returned!Appearing as an average laundromat, new ownership/management brings a customer-oriented style that rises above and beyond all others: all staff adhere to strict clean/sanitize methods of entire store; unmatched in professional, courteous, and friendly attitude; all of which have a lot to do with their standards of business ethics. One can only hope to find this kind of thing anywhere at all. Plus I get my clothes clean. 🙂

Huge washing machine got my sleeping bag and several coats very clean. One of the owners greeted me on arrival and showed me around and thanked me for coming in today…Something you don’t see much anymore. Will definitely go back.

Comment: Yesterday was my first time at this establishment and let me just say I have never had a more pleasant experience doing my laundry ever. B (like bumbleBEE), one of the owners, met me as I walked in and immediately offered me help carrying in my much overdue laundry. He educated me on how much the machines can handle load wise....both with the washers and dryers. And if that wasnt enough hospitality he even offered to help fold my laundry too. This business demonstrates the very definition of customer service and then exceeds the mark. I dont think Ill be going anywhere else to do my laundry from now on. Thank you B for taking my rather bad day, and turning it into one of the best laundry days Ive ever had. You rock!

New to the area and my understanding is that 2 brothers had purchased the Laundromat recently. 1 of the brothers, I had the privilege of meeting, hes the repairman and while I was there, he was extremely friendly, very helpful, I also witnessed him assist another customer in folding a big comforter. If you care about customer service, this is the place to go.

I’m taking advantage of the wash and fold service offered, clothes are clean, folded, ready for pick up earlier than expected. Don’t delay get it done today, you’ll be very happy wether your doing your own washing or having it done. Thank you for being an asset to the community.

Comment: Editing my review. Came at 9am (their posted opening time) to wash a rug and a comforter. They werent open. I called and the guy said his cousin didnt show up. I came back at 9:35 and some chick already had her regular laundry in ALL of the big machines (except the broken one) and half of the medium size machines so I cant wash the items I needed washed.I most likely wont be back

I parked in one afternoon and it was one of those hot day when i dragged myself to wash my clothes and a guy came up to me right away and asked if I’m there to get my laundry wash, Immediately i said yes. Then he handed me a rolling laundry bins. I thought to myself, wow this guy is very welcoming. As i came to throw my clothes in the machine, i get a very instructional advice of how to properly wash my clothes step by step, stuff before that I really didn’t care about..I usually just throw in my clothes and wish to finish right away.. but he made me realize that clothes are like humans they need attention, love and care. He told me that the laundromat had open not even over a month. And he feels as if the past management push away a lot of costumers cuz of a bad ownership. But i will tell you, this place need a lot of chance and has a very big potential. It’s clean and newly renovated. It’s close by Sac state. Owner is very friendly. If you find this place on your map give it a go i’m sure you won’t regret it.
