Comment: A friend referred us to the Dinsky team and we were so lucky to work with Matthew Karic during our house search. As first-time home buyers, we had many questions about the process but Matthew was an outstanding resource, patiently answering every one of our questions. He guided us through the offer process, helping us put in an offer on the first house we wanted, and devised a competitive counteroffer that the seller accepted. Matthew spends time to get to know his clients and is so personable, that he also spent time to get to know the listing agent. I’m sure that helped tremendously in securing a winning offer on our dream home. The Dinsky team is well-resourced and we were grateful for their guidance in identifying outside vendors who could help us with all aspects of the home buying process. Comment: According to the Urban Dictionary, “dinsky” means beyond excellent, as in: That flying squirrel was totally dinsky.” We would add realtor Andrew Dinsky to that definition. When it comes to selling homes, Andrew is totally dinsky. We entrusted him with the sale of the Sherman Oaks ranch wed lived in for 25 years. We’re not flippers, investors or developers; were a family, putting our beloved 1,900 square feet of memories up for sale. When we met Andrew, he won us over with his gentle manner, clear thinking and command of the San Fernando Valley real estate market. Andrew is the LeBron of listing agents. He pointed out the things we needed to freshen up, suggested reasonably priced contractors, managed the work as necessary and problem-solved when the inevitable glitches popped up. Andrew markets his approach as “no drama,” and he lives up to that billing. Andrew Dinsky has a sparkling reputation and it was an easy call to hire him and his crack team. They took care of the many chores the come with selling a house at top-dollar, including carpeting, cleaning, repairs, photography, promotion and extensive staging. The Dinsky Team was there for us, getting bids, waiting for workmen to arrive, taking care of sundries like new keys and closing out satellite service. This sale was not an easy one, and the team was always there, finding back-up offers, negotiating good terms, and guiding us through escrow to a successful close.

Comment: The house hunt can be an incredibly nerve-racking and uneasy experience, especially in this truly insane market. However, we were fortunate enough that our friend referred us to Andrew. The second we teamed up with him, it was a major weight off our shoulders. We knew we were in good hands and felt confident wed get a house. And sure enough, shortly thereafter, we did! And we got the house we most wanted. Through and through, from the search to negotiations to the closing, Andrew and his amazing team(!!) helped us seamlessly navigate the entire process. We really cant recommend Andrew enough. You will be in the best hands. Hes a great guy with exceptional knowledge of real estate and all the ins and outs that come with the business. Hes also extremely well-versed when it comes to the house itself, so when you visit homes with him, he can dissect the good and the bad, and tell you whats what. Its so important to not overlook the necessity of a realtor having this quality. It was a huge help to us while considering homes and when doing inspections. We were impressed with Andrew’s knowledge of the neighborhood and liked his tone - he was honest and friendly (not overly aggressive or pushy). Andrew told us about a potential seller in the same neighborhood that was moving out of state, but they didn’t want to list their property. Andrew managed to get us in first and our offer was accepted! We had a long escrow and a rent back which caused a few bumps in the road, but Andrew and his team remained responsive and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
