The cut and styling of the brown tweed came out as contemporary fashion meets timeless classic that was not only perfect for the big day but will also be my prized special-occasion suit for the rest of my life.One above-and-beyond customer service moment came in the days leading up to my wedding when I lost a brass accessory in the store as I was trying everything on for my final fitting. William tore the store apart helping me look for it, and just as I was about to give up hope, he called me two days later exclaiming that he found the piece stuck between the cushions in the fitting room. That’s dedication!The summer before my wedding, I must have shopped around to half a dozen tailors in San Francisco, spanning the more entry-level shops like Indochino and Suit Supply to several of the higher-end options. I am so glad I trusted my instincts and stuck with Tailor’s Keep, whose vibe I appreciated the first time I walked in. For as long as I live in the Bay Area, Tailors Keep has a lifelong customer.

With off the rack vs. tailoring it requires trust, but the team absolutely knows what theyre doing. This is easily both the most dialed - and comfortable - suit jacket and trousers I have ever owned. I have been extremely happy with the quality of their work and the attention to detail they have given to each suit.The materials that Tailors Keep uses are sourced from the best mills in the world, such as Vitale Barberis Canonico, Drago, and Lanificio Ermenegildo Zegna. These materials are way better than any name brand you can purchase. They are incredibly soft, luxurious, and durable.The fit of each suit that I have had made by Tailors Keep has been incredible. They take the time to get your measurements perfectly and then make sure that the suit fits you like a glove. I get compliments every time I wear one of their suits to a business meeting or black tie event.Here are some additional details about my experience with Tailors Keep:1) The staff is very friendly and helpful. Then ask yourself: Do you want your own Kingsman experience (just the tailored suit part) while being custom fit by Michael B Jordans baby brother? Rhetorical question, because who wouldnt say yes to that?! Okay, maybe the Michael B. Jordan part was for me... BUT after coming here with a friend to have some shirts made for his tailored suit, I am seriously considering purchasing a womens custom suit from Tailors Keep.After seeing the final product, I can finally write this review. Tailors Keep is a gem - it just oozes with elegance and sophistication. But theres brains behind that shiny decor. I learned more about collar and cuff design and button sizes, even their origin and evolution. (And this from a gal who has spent many hours in Wilkes Bashford.) Oh, and all this with a hot espresso in my hands at all times. Truly a custom experience with all of the bells and whistles.Tailors Keep is impeccable. In. Every. Way. Given the Hicks Law situation with fabrics and choices, theyve always made me feel comfortable and supported, in an unassuming way, with every step of the design process. For any rare issue that arises, theyve been nothing but helpful in making things right. Their two spaces are inviting, and beautifully sharp. Every garment Ive made made with TK has been incredible - especially since I lean on the bigger side of things. I was looking for a wedding attire, and went to this shop because a good friend of mine recommended it.He recommended me to them, because his friend recommended it to him - sure, one might say, thats one recommendation removed, but am so glad I gave them a shot.I didnt come in with a clear idea of what i wanted, just a general one (color and type of suit), and this was also my first time getting a tailored suit.Clint helped me out during the consultation, and guided me throughout the experience. He had great recommendations on the details, and really eased me through the process. The entire staff was super professional and friendly.I went to the store ~2 months before my big date, and got my suit finished in time (with plenty of time to spare), despite a couple of inevitable alterations (to be expected I would imagine with custom work).My fiancée actually came with me to the first fitting (she wasnt there for the consultation and design session), and she said it was exactly what she imagined (even though we didnt really brainstorm/discuss much of the details beforehand.Highly highly recommend this shop!

Comment: I came in looking for a bespoke suit for work reasons. Id visited over a dozen (12+) other tailors before going to Tailors Keep. I saw the craftsmanship of their clothing on another client in store and knew they knew what they were doing.I worked closely with Clint and Andy on figuring out what went well with me and they listened to my preferences; unlike other tailors Ive been to. Clint introduced me to Andy and got right to it. Andy took great care to find materials, colors, and styles that suited my body. They didnt try to sell me the most expensive fabrics or pressure me into making a purchase. I didnt feel rushed as we went at my pace and Andy was honest and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I raised. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable moving forward. Minor plus, refreshments were offered and certainly helped me relax during discussion.I was only disappointed once when my suits were delayed due to supply shortage of the fabric I chose but they were vocal and kept me in the loop. Theres not much anyone can do about short supply but they did take the initiative to keep me well informed. Everything was pristine and perfectly crafted at a reasonable price when all was said and done.After about 8 weeks (due to supply issues) I walked out in my first, of many to come, Tailors Keep bespoke suits.Kudos gentlemen. Youve made a happy camper.
