Comment: Swansons does a very good job at dry cleaning. They are thorough and conscientious about removing hoods, belts, etc., before items are placed in the solvent-based commercial washing machines, and clothing comes back in good condition, wrinkle/lint/hair free, and squeaky clean!

Comment: My first trip to Swansons: friendly customer service, a two day turnaround, very reasonable pricing, the clothes look beautiful and each time I went in the afternoon there were no other customers. Parking is minimal but there are spaces on the side street. Theres great coffee shop 50 ft away. And a very good hospital down the street if any health problems suddenly arise.

Comment: A toilet/shower backup flooded my duplex unit and contaminated several delicate and costly items. A search on Google brought up Swanson’s cleaners, with its ratings almost a perfect FIVE stars. So I decided to try this cleaners, and they were courteous and efficient, having cleaned the items super fast. And they were perfectly cleaned as well. Additionally, Swanson’s delivers for free!

Comment: Wonderful experience with Swansons! They had an extremely fast 2-day turnaround for 13 items (including two three-piece suits!), handled my items with care, and emailed me as soon as the items were available for pick up. Top that off with wonderful customer service, and I will definitely be coming back.They even handled my more difficult item (a white linen shirt with a tomato sauce stain) with a level of transparency and skill that I admired. They were upfront with me that they would do what they could with the garment, but couldnt make any promises. Upon receiving my item, 98% of the stain had been removed and they had left a tag on the garment, letting me know that they did as much as they could with the garment without having to damage it. That was good enough for me! The stain is now so small it would be hard to recognize without someone pointing it out. Needless to say, the shirt is now back in my regular rotation -- thanks, Swansons!
