Comment: On arrival I walked the laundry mat. This place is clean (nice and clean). Machines look new or well Maintained. Friendly staff answer all my little question. Price is the same as other coin laundry. My husband is in UC Davis hospital and im glad I took the chance to stop here while in Sacramento. Big machines so thats a plus - got laundry done fast, easy and wont have to hassel it when we get home.

Comment: Well I used to come here all the time I used to know the lady that work here and I really liked her she had the same name as I did I want to be anonymous but anyways Im here now and I have a little service dog because I have anxiety and she goes with me everywhere and the two people that were in here of the guy following me in here and he followed me and he waited till I open the washing machine and was taking my clothes out and hes like you see the sign out there he was very rude he goes no pets a lot I said well shes my service dog and she has to go with me everywhere I go and hes like no and I said well where do you want me to put her and its hot outside its in the 90s or outside in the heat No Im not doing that Im not putting my little service dog out in the heat she needs to be with me I have an anxiety disorder and I have panic attacks she needs to be with me but obviously they dont care about that so Im going to call the ADA tomorrow and Im going to complain about this place this is not right shes not a normal dog she is a service dog she has to be with me everywhere I go I can understand restaurants and food places I dont take her into but other places I do and nobody else seems to have a problem but you wait until you see me putting my clothes in there You see me taking my dog in there in and out two to three different times and you wait until I go in the last time and you follow me and then you say and youre really rude No I will never be coming here again So glad Im moving out of state

They have laundry detergent and dryer sheets avail for purchase in case you forgot yours. Located next to the stop and shop gas station. Open from 7am-10pm last wash is at 8:30. If you come often ask about there card get 12 punches get 1 free wash!

Comment: By far the most expensive laundromat I’ve been to since my washer broke. I had the smallest amount of laundry today that I’ve had to take to the laundromat, and I spent $33.50!?!?!? WTH! This is the 5th laundromat I’ve been to, I came here because it’s near my daughters school and I’m killing time doing laundry while she’s at her school dance. Big mistake, I should have gone back to the one by DD’s, it doesn’t offer free drying but the wash cycles are MUCH cheaper, and you don’t have to sit inside and babysit the dryers to repress start every 6 min, last 2 times, I went there, it was bigger, more machines, just as clean and I spent $26 and had 3 more loads than this time. Lesson learned! Sorry Sudz, I can’t afford you, it’s back to Launderland I go

Helpful and knowledgeable on what machine temp and setting g even sugested using the go get dryer for the Iteam so it had room to tumbled dry quicker. Its free dry with wash or you can even drop laundry off for them to do completely. And to be honest it looked extremely clean the load I saw her work with.. Clean area not afraid to put your clothes in on someones elses cruddy clothes washer. Friendly and not overly expensive compared to some. Wasnt to busy at all when I went there but can get busy. Convince store right next door too. Laundry has change machine as well as soap softness for sale at decent price. My go to laundry spot.

It was such a great experience, from the convenience, the machine options and mostly the people. Very clean and such friendly and helpful staff and customers. I can’t wait to come back for anything large I need to wash. And I was shocked how fast washing and drying was, I expected a few hours for king size down bedding, and I was in an out in less than an hour. Very happy to have clean and fresh bedding without any hassle. Exceed my expectations and I’m so impressed, I literally can’t wait to come back!

If youre a person of color I would advise you not to go in there after dark I went in and put my very large bag of laundry down in front of a washer I proceeded to go to the change machine and get changed when I reach the change machine a Caucasian woman came out behind me and yelled are you going to use that for laundry?! Without giving me a chance to respond she said well Im going to have to take it. Then I said no Im doing laundry here. She repeated Im going to have to take that change! so she could hear me I pulled my mask forward and I said louder no Im doing laundry here. She responded you dont have to yell!! I responded I wasnt yelling I raised my voice because you didnt hear me and she said well you can go somewhere else and do your laundry and kicked me out. I then proceeded to call her what she deserved to be called and left. Ive never had an experience like this ever in my life in a laundromat apparently you just cant be black and go in after dark there so dont.

Literally just pulled it out of the box and brought it here for the first wash.I put the comforter in the washer and it seemed to have plenty of space to be properly washed. Returned to the washer once it was through and found that it destroyed our comforter. I spoke to the staff and they didnt seem to care that much. Woman I spoke with said that the issue happens sometimes when the washer is loaded with bigger items, clearly an issue they were aware of. She went on to say that the washers were going to be pulled from the business due to this type of issue. When I mentioned the idea of a warning label, since theyve clearly had problems with this in the past, I was pretty much blown off.So, yea, wont be going back. Besides this, the prices seem steep and the parking is horrid.

Comment: Well didnt end up washing at this place. The first impression was not the best. Fist off they really need to fix their entrance. It just about ripped off our back bumper on our car. We walked in and most of the machines were out of order. Besides the fact that they only accept coins and not cards. They are very expensive the small washers are $4 and the large ones like we wanted to use at $14!! That is insane. Needless to say we walked out and looked on Google for another location.

I came here regularly before I got the washer and dryer in my home. Now that Im retired and traveling, I come here for all my laundry, when Im in town. They even have a drop off/wash-and-fold service. The biggest negative is the small parking lot.

Comment: Best laundrymat in the 916! Tucked near the fab 40s is this clean, simple laundrymat where you can drop off your clothes and get your laundry done for you. Its priced right and the staff is always up for a good convo while your clothes get cleaned. Carol is a sweetheart and a great chat, while Tammy can tell you how to get ANY stain out (still dont know what that was:) There is also no rif raf like other laundrymats. With a liqour store next door any drink you want is easily available to pass the time. Theres a reason this place has been in business for close to 50 years. Thanks guys!!

Comment: Last wash is at 8:30 even though its open until 10. Man working was SO rude to me. Basically stood there timing me, telling me I had 6 minutes. I ran around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to get my loads in and he yelled at me for jamming quarters in. Wash load only took 20 minutes, I definitely would have had time to do more loads. I will never come back here. Have had friends say they had similar experiences as well.

Comment: This is the spot, Tikas and Toads love this place, very clean, wash is pricey but the Dry is free. Cant beat that!
