My clothes look brand new and I even had a zipper fixed on a child dress that looks better and more durable than it ever did! I will be back! The owners are so kind, helpful, and accommodating and not to mention that they complete everything so quickly and to the highest quality. I asked them to clean and press a bridesmaid dress with a same day turnaround and they did it perfectly and with no hesitation as to the timeline. I am extremely picky about where I take my clothes to get cleaned but this place is top notch. Never going anywhere else again!!!

They got a stain out of one of my wife’s gowns that she thought was never going to come out. She was so pleased with the results! They saved the gown. Also, the customer service is top notch. Comment: I’ve had problems with a few other dry cleaners. They’re not always as careful with your clothes as they should be and some use chemicals that occasionally leave your clothes with a slight whiff of, well, chemicals. But Steamer Cleaners is fantastic. I’ve never gotten anything back from them with so much as a missing button and everything is always done on time and beautiful. They use a mild, non-toxic and odorless solvent so no issues there. Download their app and it lets you tell them you’re 5 or more minutes away so they can have all your stuff ready to go the minute you walk in the door. If they find an issue (like a moth hole) they’ll call right away to inform you and ask if you still want it cleaned. If you don’t, you saved yourself a few bucks. The prices are also reasonable.

Comment: Beware of this business. They ruined my curtain panels but did reimburse me. But when it came to my anthro velvet coverlet damage, the owner Nicole and also Jose refuse to respond. They also couldn’t find this for days when they returned the rest of my order. Also note that I received a blanket back that was never cleaned at all but put in a bag to appear to be cleaned. The service was horrible. Half of the time they never showed up for delivery. My order was $600. Now I have to go to court.

Comment: As a person who is fastidious about his shirts, I specifically asked as I dropped some shirts off for laundering, that they do not put the plastic butterflies under the collars. The person checking me is wrote a pinned on note no butterflies and as she was writing, said that sometimes they listen, sometimes they dont.The enclosed photo shows that one shirt came out very well, they other had the butterfly and as usual, caused a bubble effect in the collar, which does not lay flat once worn, bubble is there constantly.I know that this is a very small matter and low down on my importance scale, but still it infuriates me because someone doesnt read whats requested. Not too sure if Ill go back anymore, seriously.

I took my super expensive Gucci dress in to be cleaned, I have always been so nervous to take it for cleaning due to a bad experience in the past I was reassured repeatedly I need not worry they almost had to pry the dress out of my hands I was so nervous. They kept their word . Steam cleaners did an amazing job the dress is good as it was the day I bought it. Incredibly friendly staff and if you’re lucky enough to meet one of the owners specially Nicole you’re really in for a treat. It wasnt really an option for her to go to her prom and she was heartbroken. Comment: I used to use this place twice weekly (used being the operative word) and every time I collect my things I have to repeat my phone number at least 3 times.... my problem however, is that Im sick of these guys shrinking my clothes, not washing it in time and thaj trying to blame me for them dying my clothes because I sweat in the t shirts I use when training at the gym..... save yourself the time and money by going somewhere else.

Comment: Prices are unpredictable at times. Ive had alterations done that were affordable, and then I’ve gotten hit with crazy $42 charges for sewing a pocket closed on a suit jacket. It was done incorrectly btw. Ive also noticed that even if I say laundry,(and you must) you may still get dry cleaning at a higher cost. So when you go here, be specific, be polite, and patient. But check those charges before you leave.

My Dad, who lives in Sherman Oaks, has been going to Steamer Cleaners since they opened their doors many years ago. On my monthly visits to my Dad, I now schlep my dry cleaning & alterations 115 miles to Steamer Cleaners because they do such an excellent & fantastic job!! I just cant seem to find anything like Steamer Cleaners where I live. 😢The entire staff is an incredibly awesome group of people too! Im always greeted with a warm & friendly hello, like Im part of the Steamer Cleaner family & I just love that. 🤗Another unique feature of Steamer Cleaners is if youre out of a job theyll clean your suit or dress for free so youll look super spiff for your job interview. In addition Steamer Cleaners has partnered with The Princess Project of Los Angeles which contributes gently used formal wear for a teens prom. I dont know of another cleaners in all of Southern California who is so committed & generous to its community! This is one of many reasons why Im a number one fan & customer for life! I came to Steamer Cleaners as soon as possible to hopefully get this stain out with no damage to the suit. When I got there, parking was easy, and the counter people took care of me quick. As soon as I got to the counter, it was like a genie appeared, before I could look around a Counter person came out from the clothes conveyor and greeted me.After telling them what had happened, they ensured me that my suit would come back looking almost brand new. Then next day when I came back I was amazed! It looked like there had never been worn. I was very impressed and pleased.Ill have to say, I do like their location (being on a corner) and the building is really nice, they keep outside and the inside clean and sharp. I highly recommend you use Steamer Cleaners if you want your clothing, professionally cleaned and kept in excellent condition! The quality of work they did on my suit, tells me they probably set the standard.As for cost, well, I am a student, so money is tight, but like my dads says (when I listen), somethings are worth paying for because they are worth it. I was planning on going to a different location and thought...hey why not, check this huge location on the corner out!Immediately walking in, I was greeted by a gentleman ( forgot his name) but he has like hazel eyes. Very personable and helpful! I couldnt stop looking everywhere, the high ceilings of countless clothes and a cute little snack table with popcorn and mini cupcakes. I have sensitive skin and have never been able to have my clothes dry cleaned because of the chemicals but Steamer Cleaners is chem-free and I never thought this day would come. After several bad experiences with lost and damaged garments, I have finally found a place I can fully trust. My clothes are always perfect and the tailoring department is top notch. I just cant say enough about how happy I am with their services!

Comment: Way too expensive. Ridiculous actually. Plenty of other great cleaners to go to and save 50%. Not exaggerating. $3.25 to launder and press a shirt. $3.50 for a shirt with cufflinks? $20 to dry clean a suit? Seriously?
