Comment: This was a very nice place once, now the new owner raised the prices, shut down the restrooms, took benches away. This new owner should go back to the drawing board. There are a few good people that have been washing there for a long time that just happen to be homeless. Now they are not allowed to use this place and basically are threatened by owner. Also, the great attendent has been let go and the new one is as rude as they come, unless your driving a nice car. Shame on this new owner for tearing. Down our once good place to wash.

Comment: Machines are always available and clean 🫧. I love the fact they are starting wash and fold! Friendly attend is always willing to make it a great experience.

Comment: Horrible each washing machine that’s the same has a different price some of washing machines won’t even fill up with water doors are Difficult to close lock work Attendant. Only gave it a one star for being clean .

Comment: Most of the machines were broken and Ive done laundry all over the country and its the only place I ever seen with locking mechanisms on the actual thing with a timer on the washing machines it was dirty in there no attendant and the strip mall that its located in very small and theyre all Middle Eastern people are friendly though I had to walk to the liquor store to buy detergent because they were detergent machine was broken and no public bathroom

Comment: Garbage washers and dryers. New owners don’t care of the upkeep. Last time I’m ever coming here. Been coming for 7 years. This place is not the same. There’s no one ever on site or to call when machines take your money! $7.50 for the largest loaders are ridiculous! They don’t have the prices up for a reason. Garbage and filthy. Always a bunch of homeless walking in and out. This is my last time I ever come here. Parking always sucked here too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Comment: 2nd time visiting this place and I have to say Star Laundromat is a joke! Yes I WAS a paying customer.Washes barely work and dryers barely dry! Don’t waste your time or money .. and to top it off they have bugs, bed bugs to be exact!

Comment: This is my first time here and this place its nooo good most of their machines dont work and to dry it only gives you so little time each quarter... i place my clothing to wash and the machine tock my money and their no one here to even tell or ask for help! Definitely never coming again!
