Comment: I had an amazing experience with Sky Clean Air from start to finish. The day before my appointment I received a reminder text message reminding me of my appointment. The day off the appointment I received a text message of their eta. Josh and Marcus arrived to my place prompt and ready to go at 8:30am. They both very kind and provided friendly service. Josh was very informative and walked me through the air duct and dryer vent cleaning process of my home. He was very patient with me as I was asking a lot of questions regarding the process and how it worked. He even showed photos of what my vent looked like and before and after. They started with the air duct cleaning and Josh even provided recommendations on the filters I should buy in the future. Next, they worked on the dryer vent and as they were cleaning there was so much lint you can see it coming out. It definitely was clogged and needed the cleaning. They went above and beyond my expectations and they gave me a reasonable quote for both, so in the future I would call them again for any vent cleaning needs. Most importantly they were very thorough and cleaned up after they finished their work, they even wore booties in my place.

My initial appointment was for an inspection where they would advise me of the scope of services. The full scope of work was greater than expected and would take multiple days to finish. Daniel and his team were kind, respectful, patient and explained in full detail all the moving parts of their scope of service. They manage to fit me in that same day to service my newest emergent need. In addition they found a leak which had caused structural damage and was posing an even larger problem than the things I had originally called for. Nadav explained to me step by step what task would involve. Everything he promised me he delivered upon and outdid my expectations. The crawlspace of my house had standing water and began to stink with a moldy, earthy smell. I discovered that the smell was coming up from some ductwork in my crawlspace that connected my HVAC returns. It had failed, and I was facing a serious dilemma. Iesha found out that the owner of the company was providentially only three minutes down the street. He immediately came with Erik, and the two did some troubleshooting, then offered me a very elegant solution to seal the ducts in the crawlspace and cut another return into the drywall just below the furnace door. They did all this within the day, thus resolving the smell problem, and then cleaned my utterly disgusting furnace and vents. Comment: I went to the BBB website to specifically find an A+ rating heating and air conditioning company. I found Sky Clean Air and called for an appointment. I left a voicemail message and within 15 minutes Giselle replied to my call. I was able to make an appointment for the following day to have the air ducts cleaned. The following day, owner Daniel Lazmi showed up on time, went into the attic and took pictures of the air ducts. Daniel showed me pictures that showed some air ducts had rips inside of them. This was a surprise to be because four years earlier I had purchased a very expensive AC unit which included ALL air ducts to be replaced, unfortunately only a few were replaced. Daniel replaced ALL the air ducts but not before placing a rug up the stairs and down the hall. When Daniel was done replacing the air ducts, he literately vacuums under every air vent in my house. Daniel’s professionalism, expertise and wonderful personality made me a very happy customer.

They answered my questions and were very descriptive with any issues found and best action plan to take. When it came to the process of correcting my issues with the filters and Air conditioning unit outside. They came back with vivid digital photos of what was found. When they pulled off the motor in the main house they showed me the dust that had accumulated on the filters. Extremely honest and efficient business techs. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
