Comment: I brought in, and prepaid for dry cleaning a blouse where the back was longer than the front. When I picked it up, one of the staff ran after me and asked if I had paid. I told her I prepaid and she looked at the receipt and then went inside. Then another ran out and said that they had mischarged me for a blouse instead of a dress. I showed her there was no way the blouse could be worn as a dress and she said it didnt matter how its worn, theres more fabric at the back so its charged as a dress. She insisted I pay $17 more. Had I known they were going to charge so much, I wouldnt have asked them to dry clean it in the first place! This is the whole point of pre-paying. At least my clothes werent damaged like in other reviews, but I cant go back to a place that isnt upfront about what theyre charging...

Comment: Sent a piece of clothes that I really liked for dry cleaning, and the clothes came back shrunk and destroyedAlso the seam on the sleeve fell off after they dry cleaned it, they fixed it but charged me extra for it - if it fell during your dry clean process shouldn’t it be them to fix?They also didn’t give me a heads-up that complimentary pick up had a minimum of $50 - they called and asked if they could charge the full $50 when I only sent in $30 worth of clothesReally just didn’t have good experience with them all the way from their services to the actual quality of the cleaning

Comment: I went there and dry cleaned one wool sweater and one cashmere. They both came back shrunk. The wool one is completely un-wearable. It feels like they just washed it. I remember told them a specific solution to dry clean but they just completely ruined my clothes.

Comment: Good service. No issues. Docked them a star for slightly misleading phone quotes–when they say ‘dresses start at $____’ they are talking about the worlds teeniest tiniest dress, it seems. Actual price was about double that.

Comment: I love this cleaners. Their work is top notch. A few years ago, I inherited my grandfathers motorcycle duster. My granddad was the worst smoker. I dont know what they used but when I got my coat back it smelled brand new! It still does! Im still taking my dry cleaning to Savvy, they are the best! They are dry cleaning my wedding suit w/alterations. Cant wait to pick it up this Wednesday. I will add pics later this week. I definitely recommend using this cleaners. Professional, competent, and understanding.
